"We’ll also be lending our voice to requests for adult versions of games, ensuring that Japanese developers can be confident in a judgement-free zone of enthusiasts waiting to enjoy the product of their labors." LET'S TRANSLATE!!!

Okay I understand your want to give back to the community but please learn Japanese to some extent before you try to do any translation. Also to be honest your english does not seem up to par either. I wouldn't even call myself a good translator and I can see how many mistakes you made in the translation of the introduction (to be fair though it used a very strange format). First off, I think the title is supposed to be Psychologic Love Comedy (Which I'd probably change to Psychological Love Comedy because I don't trust Japanese companies to know english well especially after seeing some of their file names.) Second of all here is my hastily done translation of the introduction: When you are disconnected from happiness, we loop. In a place that is not here, in a time that is not now a boy, Hirakase Haruki, awoke. Meeting a girl in the same circumstances, Yuika, they began to share a secret. Immediately after, both again parted from consciousness. Before they had awoken, the world had returned to it's state of a few days prior. There was a tall wall surrounding the academy sector, there were people with special powers, Haruki and Yuika were assigned duties. (Not 100% sure about this line here is the raw "陽希とユイカに課せられる義務") Little by little, even while bewildered, they adapt to academy life. A little while later, they began to act. Working towards their shared secret. And so they realized the world's loop is connected to Haruki's happiness. They wonder: why did we lose our memory? why is the world looping? where does happiness lie? So not only did you skip a bunch of lines you clearly MTLed (Machine Translated) it which in my books is a big no-no unless you explicitly state that it's MTLed. On the off chance that it is not MTLed you clearly do not have a good enough grasp of Japanese yet. Try getting formal instruction. If you can't there are a lot of great online resources that can help. Here are some that you may find useful: Maggie-Sensei (good practical japanese lessons for once you've got the basics down) Realkana (Learn Katakana and Hirigana. I don't know if it's the best place because I just googled it.) Kanjialive (a great tool for learning kanji, as for what to put into it just look up the list of kanji for various levels of the JPLT (Japanese Language Placement Test)) KanjiTomo (Probably the best free Japanese OCR (Optical Character Recognition tool) Tool which doubles as a dictionary. Use it for identifying japanese in images.) Jisho and weblio (Very good Japanese to english dictionaries. Weblio is better for idiomatic phrases and verbs and Jisho is really good for individual words [do not fully trust its verb conjugation identifier]) Any website that teaches you about particles (These are probably the most important part of Japanese grammar) Any website that teaches you how to conjugate verbs (Use maggie-sensei for casual forms of speech. This is probably the second most important part of japanese grammar after particles) Once you have at least grasped most if not all of the particles and most of the common verb conjugations, then you should be fine to start translating anything. If you attempt to translate before you grasp those you learn almost nothing and the translation makes no sense so no one benefits. If you don't want to at least learn these simple basic things, do not say you are translating as it is basically insulting anyone who actually translates (It's like saying "I can cook" to a chef when all you can do is use a microwave, not only are you flat out lying you are disrespecting what the chef does). Anyways, sorry if I came off a bit harsh but sometimes it's better to nip something in the bud before it grows out of control. If one person gets away with an improper translation it sets precedence for more and then real problems happen. I also tend to get a bit ranty when things hit close to home (I'm part of the Baka-Tsuki LN community and it had a problem where a lot of people (like 30) were passing poorly edited MTLs off as "translations" on a project called Mushoku Tensei. Then they started doing the same on other projects and shit hit the fan. Actual translators did not want to be associated with those rubbish translations so they either left the site, went radio silent for a while, or straight up quit translating altogether. The site has never fully recovered from that even after changing policies to prevent that from happening.) I hope you at least listen to this advice. If you read this far thank you for doing so. Edit: I've made some small spelling fixes and made clear that I'm not sure about one of the lines now.

    LET'S TRANSLATE!!!

What would you say your Japanese skill level is at? I'll be blunt, your translated intro was pretty shoddy. I understand and appreciate your enthusiasm, but your efforts are misguided here. You do not seem capable of producing a translation that is of acceptable quality even for the low standards of fan translation. I very strongly suggest that you drop this endeavor. edit: I have to say, I'm actually pretty shocked and heavily disappointed at the amount of encouragement that's going on here. What's happening is akin to someone encouraging some frail kid to go toe to toe with Mohammad Ali. This is just irresponsible at this point. I'm sorry PUBAK but you are simply not ready for translation yet. Furthermore, to translate the work with the above level of quality is both disrespectful to us and the original creators of the work, it's so bad. Please stop.

  7. There're many ways of saying the same thing. You can suggest something kindly or even give some good advice and another completely different is to say for example "just stop". While I don't agree with everything that Yaskob said I can't say anything to him because he gave the user some useful advice , see the difference there? But I guess it's hard to leave all the pedantry and arrogance aside, it seems that the goal of the message was more to look down on the user and humiliate him rather than anything else.

  8. think that one in particular is one of the very worst examples of thrilling and believable netorare. heck i even felt relieved when this most annoying piece of a wimp got his chicks screwed by others, btw. i couldnt care less. oyako rankan is pretty much on a same non-existing emotional level as dasaku & its fd, totally not possible to emphatize with anyone there, except for some of the formers heroines, maybee. not wanting to sound like an ass here, but the way it´s presented in a distant manner somehow reminds me at those short 2-3line-ish news about indian women got gangraped and killed, like you read it, you comprehend it, you forget it shortly after. always been under the impression netorare/netori is meant to hurt/feel great on an emotional level whilst reading, because you (reader) selfinsert into the protag aka the more believable and sympatic/asshole-ish he is to you, the better. this is the personal opinion of a dude who even faps to mecha, so take his words with a grain of salt. edit: good ones for example are the original "maro" from elf, some stuff by lune bitters, anim mm, or lilim. heck even "tsuma shibori" & "i can" had its moments, but the very vast majority of said genre is simply put uninspired trash which follows no logic and has no value to it, literary dick-cheese so to speak (apologizes for badmouthing dick-cheese)

  10. There are different ways to go about saying stuff like that though, that's what I'm getting at here, people didn't respond to Decay or that other guy because of some blind worship or because they thought he was completely off and PUBAK was ready to translate but instead they rose up because of HOW he said those things.

    LET'S TRANSLATE!!!

Considering the thread starter has dropped the translation project, this thread has suddenly become as useless as underpants in a nudist colony ... and probably just as unwelcome. Should probably be locked before the eye-stabbing starts ... but not before the beard pulling. Beard pulling is always entertaining. Good luck in your future projects, PUBAK. While you're not at a good enough level yet to translate, I'm confident you'll eventually make it. You have a good attitude and don't take criticisms personally.

    LET'S TRANSLATE!!!

You are so full of yourself. This kind of thinking is so toxic to the whole world not just the visual novel community ....you are just a resentful little man, lashing out words of discouragement, with so much hate on them... it's actually pathetic and frightening to see someone saying this kind of things and BELIEVING them, yes the worst thing is that you believe in what you are saying... Who are you to judge the "standard" of fan translations and saying that he doesn't even meet the so called "low standards"? Who are you to say when someone is or isn't ready to do anything? Comparing a translation of a visual novel to a fight against Muhammad Ali....are you out of your mind, are you on prescriptions or something? Using the word "disrespectful" for a fan translation.... wtf! Disrespectful and low is what you are doing here! He doesn't need any standards and sure as hell doesn't owe YOU or anyone here NOTHING, if the company at some point decides that they don't t want his translation they would do so as many companies have done in the past but until then you are no one to judge his work or say anything to him, specially not in the way you are saying it. And please refrain from now on of using the word "us" in your posts since clearly you are not a spokesman of anything I believe or think. You are the first user I will block in fuwanovel, I like to keep toxic people away from me. And please don't take my post out of context.... Get help, you really need it! さよなら

    Booby Quest Review

Visual Novel Translation Status (09/10/2016) For the title here while not very creative, the meaning should be very obvious here (Combining booby because we had many big boobs woman here and quest was from Dragon Quest in regard of the setting which remind us of old RPG here). While the image header VN (Kyonyuu or Funbag Fantasy) was not my taste here, at least I knew that our Bookwormotaku here like this very much. Oh, and if Decay here like the localized title here, he should be thanking Arunaru here for came up with the localized title here. And in case of some user here was curious about what's the premise from Mangagamer recently announced title, what I knew is that the husband found out about his wife adultery, and instead of filing a divorce to the court the husband decided to watch his wife had sex with her lover here (It's obviously NTR here). Not interested, but at least I knew that I didn't need to speculate for Mangagamer next partner at Atlanta later. Oh, and from Decay's musing here apparently that most of eroge artist didn't care too much about drawing penis and vagina because it'll be censored anyway by mosaic if we knew Japanese law here (Not that I care about mosaic in the first place though). This week I kind of make this in hurry, so I'm apologized if I had some short coming here. Anyway for first updates here we had Sekai and their usual update here. Maitetsu here was had some significant update here by almost 5%, bringing the progress to 31.09% translated. Tenshin Rahman was had quite average progress here, and right now it was at 45.88% translated here. Chrono Clock, while the progress here was quite stable and slow here (32.92% translated here), I think it would be quite hard to fulfill the promise at Kickstarter if they didn't upped their weekly progress here. Although if the progress that shown here was also with editing and QC progress here it would be very different story here (Or maybe slightly different story here). Oh, and for Wagahigh we had slight update here after very long time here at 23.72% translated for the progress. For fan translation usual progress here, we had Tsui Yuri finally continuing the translating progress here (74% translated), Bishoujo Mangekyou give usual update here (58% edited, 53% QC-ed, and 21% proofread), Majokoi also had usual update here (37.3% translated, 28.7% edited, and 12% edited. Quite slow imo). Speaking about Tsui Yuri here, for Dergonu's new project here (I'll call it Shibukuzu) right now he was in the middle of translating, but he didn't said which scripts so the progress was still at 1 script translated here. For other projects here, Nocturnal Illusion Renewal was 3.2% edited for the 2nd time here; Loverable was at 15.02% translated and common route at 57.65% translated; Ushieta translation was finished for one route here (Airi's) although they not willing to translating H-Scenes though; Shin Koihime Musou wad releasing sort of prototype patch (Because it was only translated one chapter here and it's raw translation here); and finally Dracu Riot completion was had some progress with the promise to releasing the patch with all route translated here with only Miu's route was fully edited here, and they also give promise to edited all of non-Miu heroine route here (I'll keep my eye on this, even though if I may honest here I'd already satisfied with all route translated here, edited or not). Oh, for more news here Guilty Crown Lost Christmas translation was released here, and from what I knew that yhis VN also had translation in Indonesian language (Personally I would be more happy if some Indonesian translator here had release complete translation patch for either Natsuyume and Hatsusaku here instead of Guilty Crown here, but whatever). Before I close my review here, let me tell you that this week we also had pleasant surprise here for anyone else who wait or following Libra progress here (Me too). Right now they managed to finished translating Calen's route and they move on to Aoi's route with 15% translated for the progress here (Hopefully included editing and QC here for the progress once again). Oh, and obviously we must wait for next week if you looking forward to Mangagamer updates here. That's all for my VNTS Review now, and see you next week.

  14. None of these titles you listed are pure fap games. These have quality story. The definitive NTR game is Boku no Kanojo wa Gatenkei (I'm sure Maro no Kanja wa Gatenkei is good also). I didn't eat for 24+ hours and lost 5 pounds while reading that. That's what I expect from a good NTR game: emotional investment.

@Infernoplex reeeaaaaly thanks for the efforts you put into helping me.I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. <3 and thanks for the advices, encouragements and also discouragements. I am aware of this fact that my English level is not good enough to satisfy everyone.(and probably if I go with this kind of translation it would become something like the english version of "kono oozora ni tsubasa wo hirogete" which moenovel released and everyone (including me) had their minds overheatd after reading it... but don't worry. after reading the comments I realized that I should stop for now Until I reach my translation level to an acceptable point that most people would approve it. @Decay thanks man.I'm grateful.these kind of comments are what I need to realize my weak points and downsides. and also @Yascob thanks for the time you put into your reply.they are useful. (this comment became somewhat of a thanks letter.) well I won't give up on this VN so easily but first I should do something about my TL. I hope that this game will be translated so if there was some other project that wanted to translate this VN in the future, I would be really grateful if any of you notify me.

  18. You can probably tell by my avatar, but my favorite character is Michel. @DharmaFreedom, the VN can be pretty dark, but as a whole it's much more somber and sometimes depressing than scary. If you're interested you should definitely pick it up, I think it's the sort of thing that you will like if you think you will, if that makes any sense.

  19. Nutaku and LewdGamer have insisted to me that Nutaku's business partners are the main reason for the content alterations, not Canadian law. Maybe Canadian law enforcement doesn't care unless the content passes through Customs? Or perhaps Nutaku wants to make the situation seem less hopeless than it is? Hard to say. Unlike LG, I don't take everything the industry tells me at face value. Exposing their own weaknesses isn't their job. It's mine. Nutaku has promised not to censor games or to pressure developers to censor their games to be sold on Nutaku's downloadable store. Furthermore, censoring the loli scenes in Maitetsu would be rather pointless; if you're going to censor most of the scenes, why release an adult version at all? Nutaku has suggested that if a censored game were sold on their store (for whatever reason), they'd be perfectly fine with a patch being distributed outside of their store, much like JAST did with Shiny Days. That seems like an acceptable arrangement (provided users are notified the game is censored).

  21. I loved how my 'favouriteness' was constantly changing. First I loved Mel and adored WhiteHairedGirl, then I very much liked Merchant, then Maria was my favourite, then Giselle, then Morgana, then Michelle, then Morgana again and so on. I love them all. Well, almost. I hated Nellie in first chapter and don't really have any fondness of Jacopo (ugh, why is he the one with 'romantic' connection to Morgana? :< They'll probably have their own story in fandisc, sigh... But maybe I will like him in that. Who knows, it's FataMorgana.) But if I would must choose one character I would love to read more about I would pick Maria. She's just perfect mixture of crazy, assertive, strong and funny. No-nonsense, no airheadness, no politeness, just pure enjoyment. (Did I mentioned that I have thing for short haired girls? ) Also - I just got reminded by the characters section on vndb. Habi was completly omitted in Extras. :< EDIT: While looking for this Marias' screen I randomly found this: Nice

  32. Swan Song for sure. The POV switches a fair amount but the main protagonist fits this perfectly. eden* also features a stoic protagonist, and is a well respected, short-ish single heroine romance story. As much as I hate the protagonist in Wanko to Kurasou, he fits the bill here. edit: Crap, you already played this one. Not only that, it's on your list of protagonists that DON'T meet your criteria? Dude is cold as fuck. Uhh absolutely not either of these, lol. One of the biggest aspects of Cross Channel is how the protagonist is completely unable to control his emotions and impulses.

    NikuNiku review: lazy edition

so, since im the lazy sidekick for the TL, it was only fitting that I finished this fucking amazing gory mess of a vn after everybody else was done lol. So here is my review, in super lazy edition +superb endings +/- great BGM, short loops (around a minute each) (favorite bgm track: https://clyp.it/epwzo4pz ) + the voice acting is amazing - the main antagonist wasnt voiced + great suspense all around +well constructed scenario with great characters +ruby-sama <3 +lots of nice scenes for guro fanatics (they even fuck you over with surprise feels in the middle of over the top guro scenes, thats quite impressive tbh) - Mia as a protag is really nice, but her character doesnt stand out as much as the others. But shes fucking moe in a good way, also banya is amazing at writing female characters thats just plain awesome in general, so its not because shes a pushover or the regular danzel in distress (im looking at you grisaia writers) but because her personality can feel kinda dull at times - can be kinda predictable for some, but to its defense, it feels like the writer accounted for this and had different theory "traps" set all over the plot that was there to confuse you this gets a solid 9/10 from me, it made me feel the same way that saya no uta did and its only a very very small portion of vns that does this. good job banya. Cant wait to read extravaganza now for sure.

I voted for Myiako, but my heart is crying that there is no love for Angel, or that Momoyo, voiced by best milf in VN voice acting scene - Asakawa Yuu, is ranked so low. ;d So 10 pts for Miyako, 5pts for Momoyo and 2pts for Angel.
