Best plot twist would be they all being pizza deliverers or construction workers. Everything would be explained! As I said before, Akuma no Riddle is pretty bad, but watching something bad can be enoyable at times. Jojo totally makes up for it, though. Gotta love seeing manly man act manly and do long speeches during manly fights.

I was thinking the anime could have worked better if they were warriors, policemen in training, pizza deliverers or whatever besides assassins. It'd still be bad, though. Also, it's ridiculous that someone would jump in a knife fight when they have a gun. Plus, the ways ichinose used to extend her lifespan were just cringe worthy. You'd expect the little girl who can swing that huge hammer around would have a prety good equilibrium (or if not, massive strength). You know.... To not go flying with the hammer whenever she swung it. Apparently, cellphone to the face is enough to disrupt that. And all of the other stupid things.
-
Well, it takes considerable strength to even carry that thing. No way in hell those thin arms could handle it, much less swing that thing around. There are so many other bad points in the episode I don't even know what I should say, really. I just noticed you said "the girl" and realized I forgot her name, talk about a remarkable character that stays in your mind This episode of Jojo was pretty fun, though.

Uah, Akuma no Riddle keeps getting more ridiculous. Why is it so bad? I should have dropped it already, but it's so close to the end. Well, even with all the problems, some times watching an anime with not particularly good characters, poor tricks, third rate drama and bad action is one way to enjoy your evening.

Heh, I see touhou there. Pretty cool.

Well, asking is more than fine. I think it's only reasonable- I'd certainly ask for credit if someone were to use a tl I made as a base. I mean, it'd certainly better for me if someone did credit it. That credit would be translated into more people appreciating my efforts and more people reading what I tld. Plus, the person is taking something I did, so it shouldn't be much of a big deal to add one line and a link to it. I (as always) think both sides are ok. People hurry to much to say doing something is right or wrong. I'm yet to find one situation (in my life and even in history) where I thought something is unforgivable or definitely wrong, but this is just thread derailing by now, so I'll stop~

First of all, you'll generally get by unpunished with this. Different languages have different ways to express concepts, so while you're translating off someone else's tl, it often won't end up looking all that much like theirs. Most people won't notice anything if you say you tld it from the original work (since most people don't even bother reading two tls of the same thing in the first place). I actually don't think it'll be a dick move to the original tl team because they'll most likey not notice anything and it won't be screwing up their work or their effort. No one will get mad and it won't affect them at all, so I can't see the wrong there. What the eye doesn't see (and doesn't kick you in the back without you noticing) the heart doesn't grieve over, after all. It may be kind of a dick move to the people reading it and the original author, since the meaning will most likely be quite different from the original work. It's like that game where you whisper a phrase into someone's ear and they pass it to another person, when the phrase reaches you back, it's generally quite different. So you'll be giving them a work with a considerable level of difference to the original one and claiming said difference is much smaller.

Not really half-rape, just plain old rape. Tons of it as well. Well, it's generally comedy-rape, but rape nonetheless. It could still be adapted, probably. They could make the whole thing into dark comedy and have the sex happen offscreen or something.... Don't know about the quality, though.

Her speech was influenced by Ino (well, not the "des", that's just her being unable to say desu for whatever reason, but the "you bastards") If you're that curious, you can start reading the LN by the chapter 1 of the third volume. It picks up exactly where the anime left. http://www.baka-tsuki.org/project/index.php?title=No_Game_No_Life:Volume_3_Chapter_1

What's the avatar above you thinking?

Eh? Is there something behind me? -
I'm actually somewhat disappointed in blackbullet, the drama and action are kinda bad (quite cliche as well) and it seems it's strong point is, well, loli fanservice. Not my type of thing. Watched the eight episode of NGNL. I knew what would happen since I read the LN, but it was still very nice. (this spoiler is about the next episode, not this one) Also, Ino is drawn like that, huh? I imagined him as more of a slender old man. Izuna is fine and all, but the warbeasts are all about Miko. A pity she never gets much attention in the story. Well, it's going to get pretty fun from now own~

Pretty nice thread, just look at all the time value you'll get by looking at the whole thing in one place instead of having to search for every single song and interpret it. Nice job, nii-chan.

9/10, it's better than the previous one.

It'd be pretty convinient if we could do that as well. Is there any reason for it not being an available option?

VN's without Romance (or very little):Better or Worse?
Kaguya replied to babiker's topic in Visual Novel Talk
As nii-chan said, they aren't. I'll give you some examples of tld VNs like that- Steins; Gate Forest Swan Song Sekien no Inganock Umineko no Naku Koro ni Ever17 Remember11 Saya no Uta Higanbana no Saku Yoru Ni (complete school setting, but has absolutely nothing to do with romance) Rose Guns Days Dysfunctional Systems World End Economica Shikkoku no Sharnoth There are many more, by the way. This is just an intro to these games. I picked the ones I think are the best amongst the tld games while trying to keep genre variety. I also excluded some amazing games from this list (like Ayakashibito) because they present both romance and school settings, even though neither is the focus of the story. Some of these have some romance, though. If you want to completely remove romance, there's less examples, but that's mostly because of the origin of VNs and the main target of them, I guess. It's possible to make VNs like that, though (like higanbana). I reeeeeeally dislike VNs in which the story is only about romance, though- not a fan of moeges. If you want some tips on VNs that aren't like that, you can ask me at any time~ -

Unlimited Chat Works - Random Talk
Kaguya replied to allpukmaster's topic in The Coliseum of Chatter
Seems convenient. Well, a lot of people also think Natsume is the true Rin. http://vndb.org/c1863 They're both tsunderes, though. Not my cup of tea. -

Unlimited Chat Works - Random Talk
Kaguya replied to allpukmaster's topic in The Coliseum of Chatter
Heya. How is everything going here? Felt kinda bored so I decided to pop up for a while. Anyone knows the tl status? -
Well, people often don't know/care about the meaning of this type of term. I can't do anything about it besides explain what it means.
-
It only counts if they are already in a relationship. If the protagonist already has a girlfriend but then is seduced it's NTR, if there's someone who loves him but they're not on a relationship, it's not.
-
Akuma no riddle is in fact pretty bad. I'll watch it until the end just because, I guess. JoJo Stardust Crusaders is pretty nice, though. So fabulous. And all the nostalgia.
-
Well, I'm into anything besides scat or guro. NTR can be very nice sometimes. I generally find NTR scenes quite funny, it's always nice to see the face of the protagonist while it happens. I don't know of many good, story-based VNs with netorare, though. As I love tragedies the most, seeing a previously strong-willed protagonist become an incomprehensible crying mess after a well-written netorare scene is awesome~

Thanks for the feedback- your points are fine, but I'll have to disagree on almost everything First off, about G&C- that is in fact the place where everything goes. As long as you don't go against our guidelines, you may talk about whatever worthless thing you want there- for more "serious and meaningful" discussions, there is GD. The need for the G&C subforum has already been discussed at length, and I think it's a necessary evil. If you think a particular thread there is legit, just send a report and tell that it should be in another forum. Personally, I think the core of fuwa is friendliness. We're actually growing a lot (there are like, 5 times more active users than there used to be when I joined) and our policies are being reviewed as we grow. Joining hands with other sites for more growth would be fine, but remember that fuwanovel tries to be different than the rest of the VN community, which is largely elitist and toxic. As we have conflicting viewpoints, getting a partnership with them is pretty hard. You were just talking about how to get more people in, but you must realize people enjoy different things. See my "what makes a thread interesting to you" thread, for example- there were people there who said they liked nonsensical, topicless threads where they can play around. G&C is currently serving for that purpose very well, so I think it'd actually be bad to remove it. Dropped Projects- Tay has been very busy lately, so he stopped his own projects. The chatbox thing was actually never approved in the first place. I talked to Steve about the Member of the Month thingy, and there were some pretty good reasons for that (though I won't be able to reproduce his argument right now. Perhaps he can do so, if he sees this thread). The main site isn't getting heavily updated because we lack a coder, but fear not, changes are coming, eventually. There was some talk about renovating the blog to put more interesting content there, for example. Well, great post. I love seeing members dedicate so much of their time to improving our community- Even though we disagree, the feedback is much appreciated.

Someone needs to make a team, take a random moege and make the protagonist realistic. It'd be the funniest VN ever. This thread is making me laugh too much.
