Got in several episodes of Gintama finally. I can see why Gintama was so popular back in the days. Gintoki is very similar to Onizuka from GTO, personality-wise. GTO was also huge back then. Now-a-days, I don't even know what the popular male archetype is anymore.

It looks like Yui-nee's taken over the post of the old teacher for Shu, obviously why he picked her first . I don't deny Shu's and Ruri's closeness, because they're both of the 4-eyed race variety; but also because of their closeness Shu is able to tease her a lot. He also teased her a lot when the old teacher was around. If they do end up with each other, it's more like the, "Hey, we're getting older and we're running out of options," types to me. Which will probably happen since Shu is a replica of her grandfather.

So I upgraded to windows 8.1 and had to reinstall several VNs (ones that didn't come pre-packed ready to play), including YUNO. YUNO uses a really old installation process where you have to uninstall it from clicking the actual uninstall.exe that came with it. If you delete it manually like I did, you won't be able to reinstall it again because I'm guessing it's in your registry. So there's my problem. I was trying to re-install the game but it froze near the end so I had to delete it. I clicked the whole folder and threw it in the bin. Without the files it can't uninstall itself from the registry, and with it still in the registry it can't re-install the game. I'm no expert at removing anything from the registry though.

There were hints of her liking Raku in that chapter where she visited her Grandfather. Shu's love is his ex-teacher anyhow. I could actually see him with a beautiful older lady like that. It fits his character.

When I've beaten the main routes here as well. Though in Kamidora, I considered myself finish after just doing Yuela's. However, since I put in blood and sweat to complete every objective in Sengoku Rance, I put a higher standard in finishing that game. Sengoku Rance is about finishing every detail to be conisdered finish IMO.

Just be nice to whoever you like. You'll get a surprise at the end. Was there ever a major Muv Luv thread here in the past btw? It seems like there's people here and there who cement is as the most amazing story mankind has told, but hardly a lot of people.

Juuni Kokuki is a pretty deep fantasy, as far ancient fantasy settings goes in anime. I also like mythology and politics based on ancient China. The Japanese portrayed it pretty well here.

This is tricky since Fantasy and Sci-fi tend to blur the line. In those cases those are called Sci-Fi fantasy. I believe you are just referring to Fantasy no? Then we have Star Wars that looks like Sci-fi on first glance, but many Star Wars expert consider it a Fantasy. It's not to be confused with Star Trek, which is an actual Sci-fi. Anyhow enough with the babble. I think when it comes Fantasy, Berserk was probably the series I came obsessively close to following for years. Only recently have I left it by the wayside, but that still doesn't change it's overall appeal standing for me. Claymore comes second, but like Berserk I dropped it long ago.

I'm going to try it only because you mentioned MLA as your favorite.

It's a plot twist when a new character appears and transfers in the school? I thought that was pretty standard story telling by now. The biggest plot twist already came when they introduced Maru. It's probably been the most nonsensical plot device this manga has offered so far .

It's probably impossible to predict when they'll come exactly. You're more likely to catch them if you have a time bracket you can leave the recording on for. I actually installed security cameras around my house after getting my online shipments stolen several times. That thing has enough hard drive space to run a week straight without turning off. I'm not sure how much your parents are willing to spend, but it's a long-term investment for your house worth looking into. You wouldn't believe how respectful people overall are towards my house now. Even putting up a fake sign that warns people about security cameras is better than nothing.

Marika I guess would be perfect if she didn't panic every time Raku showed a bit of interest. That could be part of her charm, but definitely does nothing to further her rapport with Raku. Yui does practically the same thing Marika does and goes a bit farther. That's why I thought Maru reminded me of Yui instead of Marika at the end there. Yui is a bit older and I can see people being put off by her age. She doesn't have that innocent charm of a Kouhai anymore. She's damn sexy to me though. edit: Oh and Maru-chan is awfully insightful wouldn't you guys say? Not that it's hard to notice, but she's the only one, along with Yui possilby, to have caught on to Onodera's and Raku's feelings for each other without being told.
