Noraneko 2 Censored Overseas Release Announced
littleshogun replied to littleshogun's topic in Visual Novel Talk
Ignoring Kiririri here, what I think about Fruitbat here would be that they like AGM here in that the latter policy is to only translated all age game, so perhaps like Pulltop with AGM there's a contract in that Harukaze should localized censored version here. Not that I don't have a hard proof of whichever have the biggest responsible here, but seeing that Fruitbat did consistently localized all age VNs I would put the blame on Harukaze for accepting the contract with Fruitbat here. Granted that we can say that Harukaze did fear Valve's tantrum, but it's not like it couldn't be circumvented here have Harukaze ask right partner (ie Mangagamer, Sekai, Nekonyan, or even JAST is fine). Also the reason of not enough money for sex scenes voice is definitely weak, because they can just removed the voices in the sex scenes and the fans will find a way to adding the voices while they can slowly gather the money to pay the licenses. I guess there's no use to cry over spilled milk here, because it's already happened. As for Pulltop, well they have JAST for Princess Waltz and Mangagamer for their Konosora store for the reminder, so there's no reason for them not to work together with either one of them to licensed Miagete. I understand though if they did hesitate to work with either JAST or Mangagamer back at 2013 with Konosora because they may have a crisis happen, but I believe that Pulltop should already have a stable situation at 2017 so at least they can try to ask JAST or Mangagamer for Miagete. At least they sort of redeem themselves by localized Umikana here in that I can say it's the best Pulltop's overseas release, if only because it's originally all age VN in Japan and it's obviously mean that there shouldn't much fuss about censorship here. Also while VNDB change MoeNovel was Will Plus subsidiary according to one interview (Presumably to avoid MoeNovel's critic that conveyed towards Pulltop), I still treat MoeNovel as Pulltop anyway because most of their VNs are from Pulltop and that two of Will Plus VNs (Damekoi and Starless) didn't have the sex scenes censored to appeal 12 yo French Girls. You may argue that MoeNovel have Cross Channel, but if we remember that Frontwing have both of Sharin and Subahibi then it's normal. PS - I just learn that JAST also have a fair share of censorship, but at least their censorship is not as much as Pulltop to say it in a simpler term. -
Silver Colored Faraway Track 4 - The Caprice on October
littleshogun posted a blog entry in Pretty Cure on Fuwanovel
Welcome to this week VNTS Review. For this week since we have Momiji's route from Ginharu started being worked on I decided to use the title 'Silver Colored Faraway', and of course it's the fourth time I used the titling hence 'Track 4' word here. I'll explain more on the title at PS later, so let me say that the second part of the title was taken from one of Kanon 2006 title specifically episode 4 (Holiday Caprice) which to say was quite a coincidence here. As for this week while my focus here is more on Ginharu, we have four nukige released with two of those are quite dark in that both of those contain several extreme sex scenes. We also have Noraneko sequel being announced, which to say was not quite interested here mainly because it's more like FD to me and not to mention being censored. Let's see what I can write for this week as well. About Amayakase here while it's good that JAST was quickly released this as soon as it's announced, it's just too bad that it's not quite interesting to me because when it come to nukige I would prefer them to work on Yamizome. Although in case you like to have silver haired cousin who like to take care of you including the sexual need, then feel free to play Amayakase here and have fun. There's Magical MILF from Cherry Kiss as well, in which we'll going to have five housewives who is the former magical group are about to fight the evil that was return with the risk of being raped. While I secretly hoping that we'll getting more magical girl VN and that Magical MILF sort of fulfill my wish, I can't say that I like the design because their breast is too big and it distract the costumes here. I know that the premise is to have very big breast magical girl, but when it come to the big breast magical girl I prefer Hijiri of Gendou Rinne. Anyway you can get Magical MILF if you've been interested with it and have fun. We have Harukaze did release Noraneko 2 English demo back at 23rd, and obviously it mean that we'll going to have Noraneko 2 translated. Let's just say that even if for example Harukaze release it properly, I think I wouldn't take an interest to this because it's pretty much amounted to FD here even though Harukaze did treat this as the sequel. While there's still no word from Fruitbat in regard of no sex scenes, I think it's should be pretty obvious that it'll be censored just like first Noraneko seeing that they once again credited the VA with their real name instead of the alias. In any case let's just treat this as another censored release from Harukaze and move on, although if you interested with it keep in mind that it probably will be out at November later. We have Mangagamer released Maggot Baits in which if we knew is full of disturbing rape. While Mangagamer CEO Kouryuu who also the one who translated the VN promote it as the love story, I can only say that there's several VN with love story that have significantly less number of disturbing rape, so if you want some love story and hate disturbing rape contents then you shouldn't force yourself to play Maggot Baits. In any case, you can get it if you didn't mind the disturbing contents and have fun. If anything at least the opening song of Maggot Baits here is pretty cool and it's English song instead of usual Japanese. Almost forget to mention that since Mangagamer released Maggot Baits, it mean that they'll announce the date for their next release and in this case it's Funbag Fantasy 2 in which it'll be released at November 21st later. Also judging from on how they already have the release build for Impoara 3 ready, perhaps it's safe to say that Mangagamer will release it at December later. About Annerose, what I can say is that the release was quite sudden and that VN is another dark nukige from Black Lilith. The premise is that we'll going to have a very weak looking MC who work for a very arrogant female detective witch with the name Annerose (Title drop), who if we know Black Lilith nukige enough will suffer a lot of rape and mind break (At least it's not as disturbing as Maggot Baits, but it's something to keep in mind). Well you can get Annerose if you show some interest to Black Lilith nukige, and have fun. For the rest of fan translation usual updates we have Harugi was regressed to 53% translated because apparently the team find the new translator and the new translator decided to retranslate the whole Branch, Miotsukushi Omote was at 39% translated, Loverable was at 69.72% edited, and Eustia was at 79.59% translated with Eustia's chapter was at 63.80% translated. For the last update from fan translation, we have Trip managed to translated 7.87% of Momiji's route (Which is at around 3,119 lines) and that's bring overall Ginharu to be at 45.34% translated. We also have Irru finally tell us that the work for Bethly's patch is almost finished, so we may have Bethly's patch at this weekend later (ie Saturday or Sunday) if all goes well. In any case, I'll look forward to Bethly's patch release here. That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week PS - As for the second half of the title, I use 'Caprice' out of all song term in Kanon 2006 episodes because it's the one that fit Momiji the most here, seeing that she like fantasy story and all. For the translation notes here, the Japanese for caprice did contain the kanji for fantasy or imagination, and it's also her route theme as well seeing that her route is about acting in that it need imagination to execute. For 'October' part, it's more simple in that it's from Hanafuda card game and the October card is called 'Momiji' in which it's Japanese name for maple tree. -
Tsurezure's New Project - Gin'iro Haruka
littleshogun replied to littleshogun's topic in Fan Translation Discussion
Turned out that I was wrong on how there'll be no progress at this week, because turned out that Trip already have steady progress for Momiji's route translation work here. Anyway here's this week progress below. Common: 100.0% Bethly: 100.0% Mizuha: 0.0% Yuzuki: 0.0% Momiji: 7.87% Hinata: 100.0% Total: 45.34% Considering that Momiji's route have at least ~36,000 lines, almost 8% progress for her route in less a week here is quite a lot. There's also that Irru finally manage to settle down after being busy and that currently they prepared Bethly's patch here, so it shouldn't take a long time for the patch release seeing that he said that the patch will be released at this weekend for the latest (Keep in mind that it would be as long as if everything goes well). That's all for this week update. -
As for MC being voiced, well I guess it's okay as long as it's like Damekoi in that it have Osamu's voice turned off during the sex scenes. Of course it should be obvious that the developer should limit MC's voice to his lines only (I prefer to didn't have the narration voiced if possible, otherwise it'll be like Succubuss Soon). For Ouka Sabaki here, seeing that the developer is still new and this VN is their debut, I believe that they decided to adhere no MC being voiced tradition here. Not that it matter much to me, although of course it would be a very huge bonus if we have Shimei got voiced. As for Ryusei, I read a review that told the ending is unsatisfying so perhaps I wouldn't interested much with that. And not to mention the writer (Kinusaga Shougo), which apparently was quite infamous in the VN Community so I'm quite wary with his VNs work here. So instead of hoping for Ryusei here, let's just said that I would be very content if Hobibox manage to release Your Diary retranslation patch although it's look unlikely as of now. Apparently according to Ramaladni's review the fourth chapter length is combined all of three chapters that was available in the early release and that the character routes will be at similar length as fourth chapter, so perhaps we only have one third of the VN being released here. Not that I can't say it's the truth or not seeing that we still didn't have the last two chapters, so hopefully they'll be able to release it along with post-story content that was not appropriate for all ages here (I know they basically will repeat Your Diary scheme here) at 2020 later if possible.

Noraneko 2 Censored Overseas Release Announced
littleshogun replied to littleshogun's topic in Visual Novel Talk
Well even if they only did PR, it still count because PR here is one of publisher's job. Also Fruitbat here is already well known to only release all age VNs and possibly have it as their policy, so it's inevitable that Noraneko need to be censored if Fruitbat was the one who publish it seeing that Fruitbat adhere to their policy. That said even if the one who offer the help first was Fruitbat I'll still say that Harukaze is at fault anyway, because it mean that they should know that Fruitbat only deal with all age release so it mean that Harukaze was already firm with their decision to censored their overseas release of Noraneko. -
Here's the Steam store link below, and they already released the demo if you want to try it. The Princess, the Stray Cat, and Matters of the Heart 2 Steam store So anybody else look forward for the sequel of Nora 'We didn't have much money to license the voices in the sex scenes so we decided to released console version in order to cut the cost' neko here? I'm not and obviously Harukaze here is in dire need of money if they released the sequel quickly. So yeah they're more or less like Pulltop, although at least Harukaze here is not released the shorter VNs like Pulltop here (Yet). In any case, even with no censorship here I still not interested with this anyway seeing that it's the FD and all. For the release date, well they still not decided on it so perhaps we may wait until they announce it (In case you interested with it). PS - I know that the publisher is Fruitbat, but I still blame Harukaze anyway for the censorship because they shouldn't go to Fruitbat if they didn't want this uncensored and we know that Fruitbat release is all age VNs. Granted they have so called license cost, but it's still censorship and all here.
-
Well I hope that Sekai still manage to release first Seikii here, seeing that it's not impossible if we see Mangagamer's example with on how they still manage to release Chuuablesoft VNs (Sekai need to search the new party that hold the license). As for me, well it's quite bad situation for them so hopefully the employee will get through the sticky situation here. Other than that, no much comment seeing that the only well known VN that they have is Hoshizora Kakaru Hashi, and even then it's underrated compared to Hoshimemo (The 'Hoshizora' naming here really didn't help at all).
-
Well good for age for finally have the new project after several years of hiatus, but then again it would be a very large scale project here so they'll need a lot of money for that. At least the anime can adapt the Alternative only seeing that the staffs can probably add Extra and Unlimited to flashback, and one of the review said that basically the prequel stuffs was added in the flashback. Although the response would still mixed anyway if they did that, seeing that most of the fans said that you need to go through voth of Extra and Unlimited to enjoy Alternative fully. In any case, let's see on how the staffs write Alternative later.
-
Perhaps you can try both of Nanairo and Damekoi here. Other than that you can try Hapymaher, Chrono Clock, Dal Segno, and Da Capo trilogy. I hope my recommendations here will be helpful to you.
-
Good morning too and welcome to Fuwanovel. If you need some more VN recommendations, you can try to ask us here. I hope you'll have fun here.
-
There's surprisingly quite a lot of that, so let me recommend some of those. My recommendations here would be Damekoi (The main heroine Mitoko is the landlord of the MC here), Newton VN (All five heroines live in the same dormitory), Koiresort (MC and the heroines are working and stay in the resort area), Ikikoi (All heroines living in the same house as the MC, beware of tsundere though if you didn't like it), and Nanairo Reincarnation (Two of the heroine along with three demons). I hope my recommendations here will be helpful to you.
-
Looking from your list, I'll recommend Noble Works, Dracu Riot, Hoshiori, and Koichoco. But if you prefer official one, I can suggest Da Capo trilogy, Dal Segno, Hapymaher, Haretaka, and Hitotsuba. I hope my recommendations here will be helpful to you.

Happy belated 26th birthday to @Satsuki, and also happy 25th birthday to @Flutterz. I hope that both of you will have a good year ahead.

Hey everyone - new member checking in.
littleshogun replied to ImperialScrolls's topic in Introduce Yourself
Welcome to Fuwanovel, and sorry for the belated greeting. You can always start VN hobbies here even though your in the middle of 30's, so no problem (Nice to know that you already got two children). Feel free to ask some VNs recommendations if you need it, and I hope you'll have fun here. -
Since we have Summer Pocket Tsumugi's patch release at the last week that somehow I missed it, I decided to reuse 'KEY All Stars Memories' title here and of course it's the second part of the review here. For the reminder here Summer Pocket is basically have the plots of older KEY VNs, while All Stars Memories here is parodied PreCure All Stars Memories in that it have inserted all 55 PreCures in a sloppy way. Welcome to this week VNTS Review and as for this week we have some Mangagamer's update along with Sekai surprisingly quite forward with their announcements, along with of course some regular updates from fan translation. As for the releases, after several big name titles this week we have a breather with lesser known title here, and perhaps it'll be going like this until December later so I'll going to look forward when suddenly we have many releases at that month later. Let's see what I can write for this week as well. Recently we have JAST announce new VN release called Amayakase, and they already have the release date announced in which it'll at 25th later. While granted it's only short nukige there, I really wish that JAST would apply the same speed at their more interesting announcements such as Yamizome if I need to compare it with another nukige here. Speaking about release date, turned out that Sol Press not surprisingly delayed their Shitsuaru from their supposed promised release date at 18th presumably because it caught the same bug as Kimiaogi. While on subject of those two VNs, I didn't really recall such instance happened when Koi Iru Chuu Lips was released (That VN was also developed by Pea Soft). But then again, if we recall Pea Soft did lose a number of no mosaic CG for accidentally delete the file so there's that. In any case, it mean that Sol Press only able to fulfill their AX promise for Onikiss release as of now. In case you need some horror VN, you can try Raging Loop in which it's been released by Lemnisca here, although you need to wait until December 5th for PC version though because currently it's only available for Switch and PS4 version. The premise it's goes like a deadly Werewolf game in which the MC discover the power to loop back tot the time before he got killed, and from there he decided to figure the mystery behind the game. In case you already interested with the VN (So far it's quite well received) and have either Switch or PS4, you can try Raging Loop there and have fun. We also have some update from redundant Sharin project, and currently they doing some debugging before doing the testing. So if you somehow still waiting for this even after we have 10 years old patch, you still to need more waiting before finally they manage to release it. From Mangagamer we have they submitted Bokuten for Steam review, so perhaps the time for the release is almost close after years of waiting. Speaking about almost released VN, we have Imopara 3 was already have the release build ready so if you prefer to have imouto (Little sisters) with colorful hair as opposed from Onikiss perhaps you didn't need to wait for long here (I'll just assume that they'll release it at December just like the prequel). For the roundup of the updates, we have Magic and Slash fully updated and currently in testing, Sideboob 2 was in testing, NyanCafe image editing was finished, 01 was at 57% edited, X was at 28% translated, Sona-Nyl was at 35% edited, Uchikano was past halfway (55%) edited, WanNyan was fully edited and in image editing, and Sakuramori's image editing was almost finished. We also have an name for Overdrive's Swan Song here, and the name is Musicus in which they'll release it at 2020 later. That's all for Mangagamer's updates here. This week Sekai released another VN, and the VN in question is Nekonin 3 in that it'll tell the story of three new catgirls in Haruki's (Nekonin's MC) harem. You can play it if you've been Nekonin's fan here, and have fun. I also like to note that currently Sekai like to have the release at the same time with the release from another company, in which it's sort of questionable here. Although I didn't really mind though, as long as it could help them to shaved some of their backlog. Speaking about backlog, currently we have them finally managed to run Tokeijikake in the new engine and right now they managed continuing work on that. For the progress, currently Daybreak was in QA and Morning Mist was in editing. If all goes well, they planned to release Daybreak at year's end (Along with Senren Banka if possible) and Morning Mist at the next year so good for them. Lastly we have Rewrite+ KS launched with the base goal was at 180,000 in which at least it's quite reasonable compared to Dei Gratia here. It's worth to note that Steiner will replace the late Conjueror to translate the rest 33% of Rewrite+ script and the KS was also to fund Harvest Fiesta (The FD) here, so good luck with the KS here (The main game was still redundant though). From Summer Pocket project, Alka did release Tsumugi's patch in which it did translate both of Shiroha's and Tsumugi's routes so if you've been wanting to play Tsumugi's route go ahead and have fun. Also while I know that KEY will release this overseas, just for reminder here Alka already stated that they'll continuing to work on Summer Pocket until either KEY launch C&D notice in any form or KEY released Summer Pocket before Alka finished their work. For the rest of the update, we have Miotsukushi Omote was at 37% translated, Eustia was at 79.39% translated (Eustia's chapter was at 62.34% translated) along with 53.36% TLC-ed, and currently we have Trip completed Hinata's route translation and overall Ginharu was at 43.87% translated (Keep in mind that this week Trip will be busy with conference, so perhaps he'll have no time to translate Momiji's route at the this week yet). There's also an update from Harugi, in which they're in need of second translator to translate Branch and the rest of the heroines routes, and since there's no much that can be done for the translation they'll focused on editing and QA work on Main (Hopefully they'll find the new translator to help them). That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

Tsurezure's New Project - Gin'iro Haruka
littleshogun replied to littleshogun's topic in Fan Translation Discussion
Another update from Tsurezure below. Common: 100.0% Bethly: 100.0% Mizuha: 0.0% Yuzuki: 0.0% Momiji: 0.0% Hinata: 100.0% Total: 43.87% Seeing that he'll have confrence at this week, perhaps it would be better to not expect the progress at the next week because Trip will be very busy. Still even knowing that, I just hope that at the very least they'll have Bethly's patch release at this year if possible (Of course it would be a very big bonus if they want to release Hinata's patch as well, as small as the chance it is). Well sorry for a bit of rambling here, and that's all for this week update. -
Mangagamer and Minori News(?) to be announced soon
littleshogun replied to Freestyle80's topic in Visual Novel Talk
Anyway right now we have ef released at Steam, so if you somehow still not play it and waiting for that to come to Steam to get it at cheaper price then right now it's your chance to get it and thanks to your five years of patience there. Also it's too bad that Mangagamer didn't announce their next release after Amatarasu, but I guess they need some breather after released a lot of VNs that they did to make up the lost time when their payment processor is busted. PS - Apparently the real announcement that minori fans expected (Supipara) fundrising was already stopped since February, so perhaps hoping for Supipara continuation would be useless especially since minori was stopped operating (If not bankrupted here). -
If Branch here really require very different translation choice, well hopefully you'll be able to find the new translator here so good luck with that. While granted the Branch would likely in line with traditional moege (And I know on how you have weak affinity with that), it's still nice to see if Branch translated here seeing that some people may show interest in the heroines from there. In any case good luck with the rest of the work here, and for once I like that Pulltop's policy in regard of censored overseas here (Mostly because it mean that they'll need to cut a lot of sex scenes from Harugi here, and thus they wouldn't want to localized it therefore less risk on C&D (My assumption here)).
-
Welcime to Fuwanovel and sorry for the belated greeting. If you need some recommendations, you can try to ask us here. As for VN BGM, I agree that some of those are quite good especially with Aokana here (I still didn't hear much admittedly, but after hearing some tracks I admit that it's quite good). Lastly I hope that you'll have fun here.
-
That's what happen when I did type this while being sleep and recently play that VN. Sorry for the mistake here, and by the way I mean it as Kemono Michi here (It's already fixed). As for Average Ability, I would say that apparently the people that Mile one shotted will reappear as the instructor for the test at the end of episode 2 (Good luck for them to being beaten up again later, and hopefully the writer can resist to not write one of the adventurer being stupid by saying Mile have a small breast so we can have the other three (Mavis, Pauline, and Reina) have their exciting one on one match with the team later). Also the only thing that can threat Mile is the elder dragon, and we probably wouldn't have that battle yet (I don't know though if the novel already have Crimson Vow fight the dragon). In any case, I'm probably content as long as the writer can end this properly and not like Yoake, but then again I know on how the staff adapt Yoake very badly was because the VN was already translated here. Almost forget to say that the manga also have flashback on Mile middle school period, and the anime will add that arc seeing that they already cast three VAs to play as Mile's bullies turned friends in the middle school later.
-
Late to comment here seeing that some anime was already going, but I guess better late than never. By the way for the anime that I'll watch here of course I'll still going with STPC, and as for this season anime probably will binge it later. Keep in mind that my comment here based on the manga for the most part, and I recognize some of the title thanks to my binge of some manga here. - Average Ability: At first I did think that the people are overworrying too much about the adaptation, but after seeing that both of the director and the main writer work together in adapt Yoake to anime I can see from where the worries come from. In any case while the manga/LN is generally accepted as being good while the anime was quite liberal (Hopefully not change the story too much like Yoake later), the manga is very slow to be uploaded so like it or not the anime is the only way to enjoy this series. I'll probably binged it when the series end, seeing that I like the premise in that we have clumsy overpowered girl from another world make her teammate to be very skillful and form the team (Crimson Vow), and yeah it's very refreshing to see female MC in isekai story. - Shokugeki no Souma: While naturally people would prefer to adapt the original source faithfully, I think it's the first time when I see an user prefer the anime to have the original ending. Which is very understandable seeing that the original manga final arc was quite a mess, and writing about the messiness here would be very tiring and need a lot of thinking here (I'll try to write my view on that later). - Ascendance Bookworm: The manga did focused on Myne x Lute too much, but I guess it's integral to their development later. Still want to see adult Myne though, and yeah this is the 2nd isekai anime with female MC here. Will probably binge it later seeing that apparently it's also will adapt the latter chapter as well. - Choujin: Can I ask Kodaka to write the anime, and can we have eight more Ultimate students along with Monokuma to start the isekai Killing Game? In any case, I'm quite mixed seeing the seven students being the ultimate people like Danganronpa with the MC is basically Nagito Komaeda become prime minister (And less crazy obviously). Other than that the kendo champion one was looks like the samurai girl from smartphone isekai, and the doctor girl is the least develoved character so far (Also have the least interaction with the rest of the members). - Kandagawa: Saw two episodes, and may as well just watch it for the visual excitement (ie big breasted female) here because it's pretty much that the creator probably asked us for (Make sense seeing that it's handled by Senran Kagura creator). Oh and it's apparently also functioned as game promotion, which at least provide some more contents compared to Wagahigh and Noraneko anime. As for additional anime, I'll just pass on Overprepared Hero (Maybe because it have another male overpowered main character). The rest I'm quite neutral on that, although Kemono Michi might be good for Konosuba fans seeing that it have same writer (Shigure might be getting along with Kazuma here seeing that they're the same). For new Cooking Master Boy anime, apparently they adapt the second part of the manga so for now I'm just hope that they'll adapt the part that didn't managed to be animated in the first anime. I guess that's all for what I can say for now.

[NekoNyan News] Senren Banka delayed
littleshogun replied to Freestyle80's topic in Visual Novel Talk
Now that you mentioned it, yeah Nekonyan did planned to release Hello Lady first. Although it's not like it's surprising anyway to see Nekonyan changing the release order, as seen with HGB here. Also 45% of Senren Banka here would be quite a lot of lines, and even if it's not there's still some works need to be done such as editing, QC, and scripting. While you can say that Hello Lady translator is an independent one (Steiner), I think the scripting here would take some times so it's possible to have Hello Lady delayed as well because the staffs need to concentrate on Senren first. I might be wrong on this though, and in any case here's hoping for successful December release of Senren Banka (And hopefully it will really happen, but if not it can't be helped I suppose). -
Tried Ouka Sabaki, and it's quite good (I look forward to the full release here). As for my VN that I played now, currently play Kemomusu and graphic wise it's pleasant looking.
-
While I admit that I dismissed this VN at the beginning, at least I can say that visual wise it's quite refreshing compared to Imopara bright hair color here. For the sister here, let's just say that all of those are quite cute here. Also since the MC is nameless and the girl will keep calling you big brother regardless of your name, you didn't need to worry about awkward silence when the girls supposed to call your name (Your default name is Onii-chan, by the way). PS - It's interesting to note that Shokugeki no Souma also have Asahi, and let' just say that Asahi in Onikiss here is more cute (Duh). Bonus point for not make the main story messy just because her appearance.
