What do you think about Chinese VN?
littleshogun replied to BaaldFraudSam's topic in Visual Novel Talk
For sure it's not Japanese VNs. My serious answer is that they've been less known compared to Japanese VN, and in regard of VNDB score I would say that you better ignore that and just read the VN by yourself to find out whether the Chinese VNs in question is good or not. As for the reason on why it's less known, I guess it's more like that the user would prefer familiar VN out there and by familiar VN I mean Japanese VN, while for Chinese VN it's still relatively new. I'm still not reading Chinese VN yet, but I guess there's some hidden potential in those kind of VNs. -
This year Otakon was very early (Usually it's at second week of August), so it's kind of unusual. Anyway at least it mean that we can have two big announcements instead of one in a month. What I expect from Otakon this year would be that Mangagamer will announce all of their three secret projects, seeing that we exactly have three unrevealed secret projects from them. As for my expectation, maybe hoping for Hapymaher FD is still possible despite Purple Software being work with Sekai again. Another candidate would be Gensou no Idea which apparently was suggested by 4chan as one of the secret projects, although I wouldn't be very certain though until I see the announcements later. Abut Otakon itself, well so far only Mangagamer that was always attend it so you can treat that as Mangagamer announcements here. Of course if Sekai somehow manage to give us late 18+ contents of Baldr Sky announcements or releasing Nanairo at Otakon later then by all mean add it here, and speaking about Sekai the last time they attend Otakon was at 2016 if I remember. As for the timezone at Otakon location, it's GMT -5. I'll look forward to the announcements by Mangagamer later.

Apparently there's another hiatus on VNTS because Decay might be busy there, so as usual I'll write this week VNTS Review without the VNTS. As for the title, seeing that we have Summer Pockets Shiroha's patch released I decided to parodied 'PreCure All Stars Memories' movie into 'KEY All Stars Memories' because we'll going to see some plot that was available in the older KEY VNs at Summer Pockets, and we can treat that as some sort of nostalgia trip in that the aforementioned PreCure movie was also deal with that as well (The movie itself is not quite well written though). For 'Part 1' part here, it's because we only have one route translated out of five routes, so there'll be four parts more in the future. As for this week, other than Shiroha's patch release we have Mangagamer released Minagoroshi along with Majokoi exact release date at Friday later and some updates from Sol Press. Let's see what I can write for this week as well despite the lack of VNTS. For Sol Press updates we have Nukitashi was at 21% translated, Onikiss was in image editing before moving on to QA, Himawari no Kioku was at 26% translated along with 3% edited, Shitsuaru release date was forwarded to October 18th, and Kimiaogi was in QA. Speaking abut Kimiaogi, apparently the no mosaic file that was already prepared was deleted because their hardisk that was stored the file was damaged. While granted it would make some people mad because they can't remove the mosaic on time (Apparently the process to redraw the CG is very expensive), what I can say is that I prefer to ignore mosaic matter as long as the sex scenes is available in the release later so it's meaningless to me here if I'm mad about mosaic. I can understand though that it would be very suck to loss all of the files and that kind of mistake is surprisingly common, so hopefully Sol Press could be better to avoid that kind of mistake in the future. Lastly it's t bad that there's no update from Windmill VN (Especially Witch's Garden), but I guess we need to wait for a while here. As for Aokana Kickstarter, currently the KS manage to pass 80,000 euro mark (Currently at 83,326 euro) funded so obviously they'd pass the stretch goal for Switch port. Although I'm more interested with the additional feature though, in that we finally can have Music Gallery along with the new feature such as Sprite Viewer. Still congratulation to Nekonyan though in that they managed to have Switch port for Aokana here, and I'll look forward to their big announcement later. By the way the next stretch goal is badges and tapestry at 90,000 euro, so at least it's good that there's more collectible item if you interested with Aokana's merchandise (Not me though). We also have Photonflower released today, so go get that if you've been Muv Luv fans and want to see more of the characters life. There's Date A Live VN release as well, although for the release I'll talk about it at next VNTS Review. From Mangagamer we have Minagoroshi release, but before gong into it we have some complicated matter in that Mangagamer have the issue with their payment processor so that we can't buy the VN from their website. More importantly it also delayed Mangagamer next release announcement as well, so it's too bad that we wouldn't know what release that Mangagamer will have for August later (Granted we have Ciconia for that, but it's at September later). For now I just hope that Mangagamer will resolve their payment issue as soon as possible. Back to Minagoroshi, as we know it's the 7th part of Higurashi in that it's the part where the main mystery in Hinamizawa (Higurashi's place setting for the reminder) starting to get dismantled and there's a hope for Keichi's and friend for the happy ending, although looking from the title it's obviously wouldn't end happily (TL Note: Minagoroshi mean massacre or mass killing). Anyway with Minagoroshi done it mean that only a chapter left from original Higurashi (Matsuribayashi), and obviously it mean that there'll be a patch that will add voice and PS3 graphic to Minagoroshi later. From fan translation as usual we have Eustia updates, and at this week it was at 72.87% translated with Eustia's chapter was at 15.11% translated. Other than that, we also have Miotsukushi Omote start the translation progress (Apparently there's a lot to port in regard of Miotsukushi) and currently it's at 1% translated (Yeah they literally just start the translation). For the reminder here, Mitosukushi is the new arc for Higurashi PS2 version and that arc is the alternative ending for Matsuribayashi. The biggest news from fan translation here should be Summer Pockets Shiroha's patch release, in which it did released bot of common and Shiroha's routes (Duh). Of curse we have a lot of progress from Summer Pocket translation, and currently it was at 35.40% with the most progress was at Kamome's route in that it's already reach past a quarter (25.14%) translated so we may have Kamome's patch released next. Anyway get the Shiroha's patch here if you want to try it, and have fun. That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week. I'll look forward to the three announcements that Mangagamer will bring at Otakon later.

After 2010, the next year is 2011 so obviously I'll cover 2011 releases. As for this year, it's still more calm here (Ixrec's debacle with Mangagamer in regard of age and Liar-soft aside) although there's a lot of very good VNs here so it's another interesting years (I remember that when I idly browse TLWiki and suddenly find out that Little Busters patch was released, and back then it's one of highly anticipated VN). The rule is still the same in that there'll be no nukige, BL, and otome here. So let's see what releases that we have for 2011 here below. 10. Quartett (VNDB 7.18) Unlike Littlewitch later release Period in which the characters have Japanese name, in Quartett it looks fitting because the developer make the setting in Europe (It definitely help that the character design being beautiful and have European looks). Also unlike Period with it using standard ADV, in here Littlewitch make use of the Floating Textbox with the textbox will appear near the characters make it looks like a manga. For the story, it's about the MC who is a violinist and about to join the competitive selection with he formed the group with three other girls forming a quartet of the string, and the MC group must compete with the other 23 other quartets with the winner will get a big prestige. Of course the road to success won't be easy seeing each casts have their problems, but nevertheless they did their best to facing it. Note that initially the PC version didn't have the voice with the voice was available in PS2 version, so obviously there won't be voices in the sex scenes seeing Littlewitch need to remove it in order to released it at PS2. For the info about the video below, actually it's not really opening but rather it's the demo video which available in the developer's website, although the song is still nice anyway which is appropriate for the VN with the focus on the music. 9. Katahane (VNDB 7.37) At first we can see this as GL VN, although turn out that there's male and female relationship so Katahane here is not full GL VN. As for the premise, we have Wakaba who write a play based on a well known history, only that she decided to portray a well known traitor as someone who love his country. Seeing that she would have hard time to search for the actors, she decided to tag along with Cero who have his own business to do the journey. After that they began the journey and along the journey they met new people such as Belle and Angelina, and in the journey they may learn something about the real truth of the history. As for the art, to me Angelina here is good looking and the background is also good as well thanks to minori. Almost forget to add that Katahabe here have multiple MC, and the POV will change a lot. We also will have JAST release this at autumn later, and as for the version that they chose they'll release the updates version. Although seeing that apparently there's no new story (They only have new opening and graphic update), I think I can say that Katahane release will be redundant here. Granted that the new opening of Katahane here is not bad, although it's not like the older one is not sufficient here. If anything, at least people can get Katahane legally if JAST really will release it later. 8. Zanmataisei Demonbane aka Deus Machina Demonbane (VNDB 7.44) The second Nitroplus title to be officially translated after Phantom of Inferno, and also the first Nitroplus title localized by JAST. As for the premise, we have our MC Daijuuji Kuruo who drop his study university and after that he work as private detective with less than ideal income. One day he suddenly got a girl client (Ruri) and turn out that Ruri is the heir of mega conglomerate, and Ruri hire Kurou to find a grimoire because the town face a threat from a villain called group called Black Lodge which consist of Master Therion together with his cadres. When Kurou did his investigation, he stumbled upon a little girl who called herself as Al-Azif aka Al. Suddenly one of Black Lodge cadre goes attacking the town using a giant robot, and obviously Kurou is run away. At least until he stumbled into a giant robot which turned out to be the titular Demonbane and Al urge Kurou to pilot it. Seeing that there's no choice, Kurou board the Demonbane and Al reveal that she able to control Demonbane because she herself is a grimoire called Necronomicon. After ward away the cadre, both of Kurou and Al decided to work together to fight Black Lodge. It's worth to note that there's a lot of Cthulthu element in here, in which it's already prominent with the aforementioned Necronomicon. 7. Corpse Party BloodCovered (VNDB 7.50) As for this VN, it's too bad that only PSP version that have well known seiyuu while for PC version we have less known seiyuu. I guess they also need to deal with the license cost as well if they want to port PSP voice so there's not much that we can do, and besides the rereleased PC version did have missing chapter that was unavailable at the PC anyway so the PC version is more or less better feature wise. Anyway the premise here is we have a bunch of high school student did tell the scary stories to each other, and scaring one of them to a degree. When they abut to going home, suddenly a mysterious earthquake strike and suddenly the students find themselves at a ruin of an elementary school. To make it worse, turned out that there's some ghost who sought the revenge and she'll kill the students. So there's no choice for the students other than try to survive and hopefully escape from the ruin, which easier said than done. Almost forget that this is horror VN in case you didn't catch it from the title, and that it was created by RPGMaker so you'll see some sprite movement in the VN (You may reminded older SNES RPG if you see the sprite). Apparently Corpse Party here is quite popular, so much that it spawn several sequel so good for the creator there. 6. Shikkoku no Sharnoth -What a Beautiful Tomorrow- (VNDB 7.53) The second Liar-soft VN to be translated by Amaterasu (ie Ixrec), and also the second 'What a Beautiful' Steampunk VN to be translated as well. As for Sharnoth's setting here unlike Inganock that was a fantasy one and not based on the real life location, this time we're going to have slightly realistic setting with alternative London at 1905 with the dark sky thanks to smoke and all. Sharnoth here is also notable with our MC here in which it's a female one and that her name is Mary Clarissa Christie, or in her real life she's more well known as Agatha Christie. Of course seeing that it's Steampunk VN we wouldn't see on how Mary brainstorming the idea for her detective novels, but instead we'll see on how suddenly she trapped in another world that was infested by monster and on how she'll need to constantly escape from the monsters with a help from a mysterious man called M who is quite enigmatic himself in that he might be connected to the monsters. This VN is also notable for the translation, in that it's using British English which only logical seeing that the setting is in London. Also like other Steampunk VN, Sakurai here is still like to write Strictly Formula so you need to prepare for that. Almost forget that like Inganock, Sharnoth also already have Full Voice version already translated as well. 5. Kara no Shoujo (VNDB 8.03) Back at 2010, a group that translate this VN at TL Wiki got C&D notice from Innocent Grey. One year later, the group got confirmation that Innocent Grey would willingly work together with Mangagamer to localized Kara no Shoujo. Although too bad though that the release did have problem, namely the voices is missing because apparently it's too costly to add. At least there's fan patch to alleviate the problem, and sometimes later Mangagamer did rerelease this with the voices available. As for the premise, it's quite depressing with our Reiji face his wife's death at the hand of crazy serial killer. One day, he accept a request from a mysterious girl that asked him to find her true self. After that, he also accepted two jobs in regard of a disturbing serial killing and the disappearence of all girl school students, so Reiji decided to work as the teacher while at the same time investigate the serial killing case. At the school Reiji met the mysterious girl who then introduce herself as Kikuchi Touko, and then two of them become friends despite the difference in age. As for the ending, seeing that we already knew that Reiji was down at the beginning of the sequel (Kara no Shoujo 2), it should be obvious that this VN ended on a bitter note so poor Reiji can't catch a break in misfortune here (Hopefully his end will be better in Kara no Shoujo 3). 4. Kono Yo no Hate de Koi o Utau Shoujo YU-NO (VNDB 8.07) Graphically wise I prefer the graphic from the older version of this sci-fi VN, because at least it's not as bad as When They Cry original graphic. I understand though if some people did prefer the newer graphic and that they wait for the remake to be released at October 1st later, although it's not like it's necessary to get the remake if you already content with the older graphic seeing that the gameplay did have almost zero change. As for the premise, we have our MC Takuya who one day before the summer vacation Takuya got a mysterious package which a mysterious device from his late father. Seeing that there's something fishy behind it, Takuya decided to investigate it and hopefully will be able to untangled the mystery behind it. I also like to note that both of the director and composer of YU-NO were already passed away (My condolence to both of them), so obviously there's no way that we can get the new story from the original creator in the remake. As for the remake, while I didn't agree with the seiyuu change in that there's no 17 years old step mother heroine in the remake (Kikuko Inoue did provide Ayumi's voice at the older version, and Ayumi here is Takuya's step mother) even though there's might be a valid reason for that (Such as the contract matter), I still agree that the new opening is quite good so I'll post it below. 3. Little Busters (VNDB 8.63) In his childhood Riki (The MC) lost his parents, and one day a cool boy (Kyousuke) ask him to join his gang and introduce the gang as Little Busters. From there our Riki was enjoying his days together with his friends up until the high school, and one day Kyousuke decided to do baseball. Seeing that Little Busters only have five members and baseball team need nine people, it's up to Riki for searching the rest of the member which consist of the heroines. Of course seeing that it's KEY VN, nothing as happy as it looks even though there's a lot of funny moments in the common route. We also have this rereleased back at 2017, although in this case it's not as redundant as previous examples seeing that the new release did add the additional routes that was available in the 18+ version (Originally Little Busters is all age VN). Granted that the rerelease version didn't have sex scenes, but it's not like it's a big loss anyway seeing that it's KEY VN and we know on how incompatible KEY VN with the sex scenes. I also like to note that Kyousuke seiyuu here is Midorikawa Hikaru, and his roles is usually handsome man. One thing for sure Kyousuke here is surely almost as cool and handsome as Sakamoto (Same seiyuu), so much that some people lauded him as the main heroine even though he's obviously male. 2. Umineko no Naku Koro ni Chiru (VNDB 8.96) I know that Umineko's ending here was not quite satisfying for majority of the people, although it's very surprising to see though on how harsh the score was dropping in Erogamescape for EP8 alone (At 58 average score compared to the previous EPs which usually at around more than 80 average score). What I can say is that at least the ending is not as inconclusive as Remember11, and that there's the manga which solve the remaining mystery of Umineko here. The premise here is simple though, in that it continuing Battler struggle with his family murder, only this time he got some new perspective from the witch's side along with the arrival of new antagonists. For comparison with Higurashi, there's a reason on why Chiru here is called as Core arc instead of Kai which is called as Answer arc, because there's no clear cut answer in Umineko and that the reader must figure out the answer by themselves. As for the anime, DEEN only adapted the first part which obviously left the anime inconclusive so much people call it bad adaptation. Mangagamer was also rereleased this as well, but it's a redundant one anyway seeing that we already can play this with PS3 graphic and voices as well. 1. Muv-Luv Alternative (VNDB 8.99) One day Takeru was suddenly find themselves go back to the time before the whole world was destroyed, and that he remember the world that he was in was invaded by the scary alien (BETA) leaving the Earth population to only a billion. Seeing that there's no choice, he decided to go to the military base in his town and use his past knowledge to fix the problem. In case you have the hard time to understand the premise, all of that was happened in the prequel (Muv Luv) so it's necessary to play the prequel to understand the premise (If you're not spoiled) in which it might be very time consuming. But it's worth it though seeing that Alternative here is the best VN that currently was ranked first in Bayesian score at VNDB, and it's also very well received in Japan seeing that very well known Attack on Titan franchise was inspired by this. We also have this rereleased back at 2017 in that it's a redundant one unless you prefer the newer translation, although at least it have Gallery menu in that somehow age manage to forget to put that on the older version. Speaking about age, honestly I mind it very much that age was milking Muv Luv too much and that they can only make VN that was pretty much a fandiscs of Alternative. Although seeing that there's a lot of bankrupt VN companies, perhaps it's the smartest strategy to survive. That's all for my 2011 list, and in this year we have JAST being more active with Demonbane release here. As for the next list, I'll combined both of 2013 and 2014 lists seeing that some releases did overlapped between those two years. I hope that you'll like my list here. PS - For the title, I decided to parodied yet another Attack on Titan spin-off seeing that Alternative here is the VN that inspired Attack on Titan writer (Ishiyama Hajime), and this time it's 'Attack on Titan: Junior High'. I know that it would be more fitting to use 'High School' here, although we already have high school setting at original Muv Luv anyway. So instead I decided to just change 'Titan' to 'BETA' in the original title for a very obvious reason, which somehow still fitting anyway seeing that one of Corpse Party main characters is a junior high student.

Sakura MMO Trilogy (Yuri VN Review)
littleshogun commented on Plk_Lesiak's blog entry in EVN Chronicles
I agree that the third part of the release is quite sudden, so maybe you have a point about Winged Cloud being cynical here and possibly run out of idea (You can only go so far if they can only make their usual thing, although they wouldn't run out of the idea for the title for a very obvious reason). I can say that the idea here is actually very refreshing in that it deal with 'Trapped in the MMORPG', which to say is still very rare in the VN so I'm kind of hoping that this kind of VNs will increased and receive the translation (Hopefully I'm not jinxed it so much that isekai VNs became as saturated as isekai manga and LN). Oh and almost forget to say that I guess it's actually good that Winged Cloud did remove male MC presence, seeing that at most it didn't affect the story. -
While the terrorist (I prefer to call the arsonist that) motive is might be understandable like Stormwolf said (Emphazise on might), it's not quite ethical to directly dump the blame to the victims because most of the victim would surely don't know what's the deal with the terrorist who ruined their life (Besides the terrorist himself is known as the robbery perpetrator back at 2012). I know that it's not wise to call the arsonist terrorist either, but seeng that the death count is quite high I think it's quite fitting to call the culprit as the terrorist seeing that he already planned the attack by sending the threat to KyoAni (My apologise if you felt uncomfortable with 'terrorist' word here). In any case, I hope that Japanese didn't give in to the fear of terror and they'll find a way to recover from it (Especially KyoAni for very obvious reasons). Also my consolence to the victims who passed away at the attack.

VN of the Month March 2004 - Remember11 -The Age of Infinity-
littleshogun commented on kivandopulus's blog entry in Vndbreview
As for your opinion on both of Remember11 and Symphonic Rain there, I agree that both of the releases are good even though Remember11 did have the problem in regard of the ending because apparently there's a conflict between the production members. While for Symphonic Rain, too bad that Ritsuko Okazaki can't watch her work being officially released at Steam seeing that she was passed away back at 2004. I just hope that those two VN will be more well known, especially the latter seeing that I'd find Symponic Rain songs is quite good. -
As for the recommendations, I think I can recommend Dracu Riot (There's some sci-fi element, although it didn't really much), Koiken Otome (School for superpower human), and Konosora. I don't know whether those three can fulfill your wish or not, but I hope you'll enjoy those VNs if you try it.

VN to cheer up and relax, with some romance included
littleshogun replied to philipmikh's topic in Recommendations
Late to the party here, and I'm sorry about your situation there. As for the recommendations, I would say that all of the above are the good ones. So let me add some new one such as Saku Saku, Noble Works, Daitoshokan, and Koiresort here. Also seeing that I already recommend Hoshiori to you, let me recommend it once again to you and I think it should be the closest one to what you want. I hope that my recommendations here will be helpful to you. -
Visual Novel Translation Status (07/13/2019) Good to see that we have another VNTS here (I hope that Decay can keep it up), and as for the drama perhaps it would be better if I'm not delve into it too much. As for this week title, seeing that we have sudden Yotsunoha release in that it'll be dealing with the reunion and some update from Seven Days, I figure that I'll combined both 'reunion' from Yotsunoha and 'seven' from Seven Days (Very obvious) so that we have 'Seven Reunions' as this week VNTS Review. Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and like Decay said compared to 28 announcements back at last week this week is more relaxed, although Yotsunoha release made this week is slightly more lively here. We also have Aokana and Seven Days updates along with Mangagamer's updates, so what I can say is that this week is not too bad here and I'm quite content with the overall updates. Let's see what I can write for this week as well. There's one interesting update from JAST in regard of Majikoi, in that apparently they have some problem for the release later. Namely that they need to remove some of the voices in the VN, although at least they left the main casts (Kazama Family) voices intact. While granted that the JList only list 'Kazama Family fully voiced in Japanese' so that I don't know exactly whether the news is true or not (I may miss the announcement back at JAST's panel), the lack of side characters voice here is surely would made their release here is less complete on top of being redundant. The reason for that is simply because you can just play fan translated version, and I'm certain that there's no complain about voice removal back when Majikoi was released at 2015. Anyway to get more detail about this for now we can only wait for JAST's blog, and hopefully we can get the solution about voice problem there. Almost forget that we also have the update from trap VN thanks to Ryechu, and the current translation progress for that was at 87% translated along with 85% edited. From fan translation we have Eustia was at 72.69% translated with Eustia's chapter was pass 10% mark (13.80%) translated, Miotsukushi Omote was at 86% ported to the PC, and we have Rhapsody already have all of the extra contents being translated. For more detail in regard of Rhapsody currently we have ~85% contents of that were already translated, and Chapter 2 is being TLC-ed and in editing along with one third of menu image is already edited. While this is a good milestone for have another Eushully VN being translated, it's still take a lot of time though for the team to do the finishing touch so we don't have any choice here except waiting. Almost forget that we have Asagi Zero was at 85% translated, so more good news for Asagi's fans after Premium Box patch release (Not me though, although I can't help to notice that the female characters there is quite sexy XDD (It's a nukige after all)). Speaking about nukige, we have one release from Cherry Kiss and one announcement from FAKKU. Neither of those were lacking the sex scenes for certain, and the latter was far more disturbing. As for the former, we have our MC goes to the land in which it was ruled by four very big breasted female knight and our MC will have his way to form the harem with the four ruler. You can get the nukige from either at Steam (Perhaps because all of the heroines are adults Valve didn't randomly shot this down) or Cherry Kiss store, and have fun. For the latter, the planned will be at 2020 and the name of the VN is 'Abbadon: Princess of Decay' (I'll just call it Abbadon). As for the premise, we have three male (One of the three is the MC) and three female come to the mansion that was the last place where MC's father visited before disappear, and soon they find some horrifying being. The reason it was disturbing it's because it have BL sex scenes in which it might be not appreciate by most of male here, and not to mention that there's some disturbing sex scenes. While I'll certainly avoid this, I knew that some people may like it so hopefully they can be patient for waiting. As expected Frontwing did have a plan to release Loca Love 2 on Steam, and they already opened the Steam store along with announcing the estimation release month (At August later). Still no word about 18+ patch, but maybe they'll release it at the same time as the main game release time. From Sekai we have Harukuru waiting for Chinese language and the build from the developer, Zombie VN 2 was fully edited and currently in engine work, Kemomusu QA is already started, Nanairo release might be delayed to August, and currently they planning the release date for Majokoi (Hopefully in the very near future). Sekai also already revealed their 4th secret project, in which turned out it was Nekogami so at least it's true that their 4th secret project did have catgirl like one of Sekai's employee said (Currently Nekogami was at 70% translated and edited). For the last updates from Sekai, we have four of their AX announcements (Amatsutsumi, Nine episode 3, Bokukotsu FD, and Love Sweet Garnish 2) are already started the translation and the editing progress. Well good luck with the translation work for all of the announcements, and hopefully the release is in the near future (Especially Amatsutsumi and Nine episode 3). As for Mangagamer's updates, we have yet another new secret project dubbed as 'Secret Project 9' so we have three unrevealed projects from them. While granted we wouldn't know what's the 9th secret project is until Mangagamer announce it, and hopefully it'll be at Otakon later. For the roundup of the secret projects, 8th was at past halfway (55%) edited and 9th was at 77% translated. For the rest of the updates, we have Sukehime was past halfway (60%) translated, 02 was halfway translated (Apparently the new script is longer compared to the older one (Don't ask me why Alicesoft chose to release the new script separately instead of combined it with the new version back at 2010), so perhaps 02 here is not so redundant even though story wise it still is), Sideboob 2 was fully edited, WanNyan was at 60% edited, Imopara 3 was finalizing the release build, Ciconia release was planned to be at September later because of the delay (Originally it'll be release ld at Summer Otakon), Mugen Renkan was at 80% translated along with halfway edited, and finally Haretaka was finalizing the release build. For now I'm just glad that Haretaka is almost ready for the release even though Mangagamer may prioritize Maggot Bait release first, and that's all for Mangagamer updates. In regard of Seven Days update, it was already passed the review although apparently Fruitbat was told by Valve to add mature label on Seven Days for the unknown reason. What I can say is that I would prefer them to add the label in order to have Steam randomly shot down Seven Days, although the decision is still up to Fruitbat though. In any case, hopefully with Seven Days pass Steam review we can expect the release in the near future. For one more KS update, we also have Aokana in which currently they gather 73,170 euro out of 80,000 euro in order to fulfill the 8th stretch goal with two week left. The reason I report the funding again is because the recent update, in that if the funding reach 80,000 euro they'll add Switch port and more importantly they'll add new features that were also available at both of Sanoba and Wagahigh (ie Music Gallery, Sprite Review, and ability to skip the chapter). While the latter two is very nice addition, the first one is very important addition to Aokana because it's initial version didn't have it. Granted that there's some VN that didn't have Music Gallery (Such as Muv Luv Alternative), but I think it should be at least standard feature for any modern VN. I hope that Nekonyan will add the feature if the stretch goal is fulfilled, and once again good luck to Aokana's KS. This week biggest release is obviously Yotsunoha, in which it was released at the same time when Sol Press launch their own store. As for the release time, it should be obvious that they released it back at 13th instead of when they have panel at AX. About the shop itself, I think Sol Press decided to make it after Steam banned Yotsunoha so at least it's good that Sol Press decided that they can't really depend on Steam all the time (They already work together with Denpasoft and Fakku from back at AX). As for Yotsunoha itself, like I said above it's about reunion. Or to be more precise it's about our MC who made a promise at three years ago together with his four female friends for going to met up at a certain place where they bury the time capsule, and that they'll tell what's happening in the years when they separated. Of course seeing that this is an old charage, the MC here will date one of his four childhood friend. Another thing to note that this VN got anime adaptation, so at least Yotsunoha here is quite well known. Once again since Steam banned Yotsunoha here, you can get the VN legally at Sol Press shop itself and the 18+ patch is available for free at Panty Press. Have fun for playing Yotsunoha if you've been interested with since back at announcement. That's all for this week VNTS Review, albeit very belated one. See you next week.

Recommendations of Visual Novels to Read for Depression
littleshogun replied to aliciarune's topic in Recommendations
I'm sorry to hear about your depression here, so hopefully you'll be able to get through your problem. As for the recommendations, I guess Seinarukana and Aselia should be fine enough seeing that both of those are gameplay VN (I know Seinarukana have sex scenes, but it's only a minor part and you can skip through the so hopefully it wouldn't be a problem). If you want more, there's Galaxy Angel trilogy as well. I hope my recommendations here will be useful here. -
Still playing Damekoi, and currently at Chapter 6. And yeah it play the opening at the start of each chapter, although there's no ending song at chapter ends like back at Koi Iru though. So yeah better get used to Damekoi's opening if you interested to play it (Understandable).

New Profile Fields [Accepting Suggestions]

Perhaps add Livejournal (LJ) account could be an interesting idea, even though the platform usage itself is sort of declining and I rarely use my LJ account. -
AoKana Physical Kickstarter, Release Date and Other Updates
littleshogun replied to Freestyle80's topic in Visual Novel Talk
Another update from the KS after Aokana Extra1 announcement, and this time they reveal the 80,000 euro stretch goal is Nintendo Switch port. However the biggest update to me here is in regard on how Nekonyan will add additional feature to the VN itself, and one of those is Music Gallery, which is very big deal more than it sounds seeing that the original didn't have that gallery. Other nice feature to add including Sprite Gallery (Quite a pun there), Voiced Line Bookmark, and ability to skip chapter. For now, I hope that they'll manage to reach 80,000 euro and I'll keep my eyes on this again. PS - Here's the link to the most recent update that talk about Switch port and additional feature. -
As foor the recommendations, I guess you can try both of HatsuKoi and Hoshiori. If you want more, there's Daitoshokan and Noble Works. There's more on the category here, but I guess it should be enough for now. I hope my recommendations here will be helpful to you.

a good VN with characters that has big tits
littleshogun replied to thedenkmem's topic in Recommendations
The first time I saw the title I immediately thought Wagahigh, so I'll give another vote for that. Other than that, I guess HatsuKoi could count seeing that four out five heroines did have rather sizable bust. Also in case you didn't mind that only one heroine that have big breasts, then I guess both of Tsujidou and Majikoi would be fitting. I hope my recommendations here will be helpful to you. -
Visual Novel Translation Status (07/09/2019) Foreword - It's nice to see that we finally have VNTS after almost a year of absence, so of course I'll give a link to VNTS here (And no you didn't read it wrong there). Also thanks to Decay for mentioning my name at his musing, and as for Mahou Shoujo VN that Zakamutt mentioned it's too bad that apparently the translation project is stopped because of some apparent real life matter. Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and as you can see this week we swamped with 28 new announcements in which most of those are from AX, so let me comment on the announcements as well. As for my impression on the announcements, I guess it's kind of mixed seeing that there's some good announcement like Eiyuu Senki GOLD or Amatsutsumi and yet seeing the publisher behind it make me doubt about whether we can get those two quickly. At the same time we have Sol Press bring something interesting to the table, and for this year AX Mangagamer decided to bring some VNs that have a lot of passion. Overall my impression on this AX here is still quite average like back at the last year, but compared to back then it's slightly better because Sekai didn't pick any available fan translation project. Let's see what I can write for this week as well, and about the title I'll explain it in the PS. We obviously didn't have any AX announcement from fan translation here, but of course they still have updates though. The most surprising one is Amagami in which they suddenly managed to edited halfway of the scripts (50.5% edited), and apparently they'd been busy since the last announcement so they only have the chance to update the progress now. I guess they doing good there because they finally find an editor, and hopefully they doing well until the release (The project is almost seven years there). For the rest of the update, we have Eustia was at 72.10% translated with Eustia's chapter was at 9.53% translated along with 46.78% TLC-ed, Watamasu was at 92% translated, and 4,403 lines from Pure x Connect are edited. Other than those updates, there's no other notable updates so that's all for this week fan translation. JAST USA From JAST we have three announcement including the aforementioned Eiyuu Senki GOLD, but before we're going to the announcements let's see what updates that they have because they gave us a lot of that. The first update from them was in regard of Majikoi in that they already open the pre-order for the physical edition, which obviously mean that the release time is getting closer and it'll be at this summer (Probably at August). The second was in regard of Katahane, in which they'll try to release it at autumn later (ie between September to November). While for now we can safely ignore those two seeing that both of those are already released and therefore redundant (Even with Katahane new opening), at least we also have both of Kimikoi and Flowers Autumn release will be possibly happen at the autumn as well (By the way it'll be very fitting if JAST managed to release Flowers Autumn at autumn as they promised). For the last update, we have Sumaga release at winter in which it's one of the most daring updates from them seeing that it's been eight years since it was translated (I just hope that they'll be able to do it if possible, and if not I guess we can wait more). Almost forget that we have surprise release from them that was happen around AX, and those releases are Princess X fandisc and Mamono Musume in which both of those are nukige. While those two VNs are not my interest here, at least it's good that we have two more VNs was cleared from JAST's backlog. Speaking about Mamono Musume, turned out that JAST decided to announced another of that as well and this time it'll have slime and mollusc girl as the heroines (The released Mamono Musume did only have lamia heroine). As for Mamono Musume itself, actually it's a series of short nukige that have monster girls as the heroines, so you can expect a lot of sex with the monster girls (Duh). As far as series goes, currently we have six series with on of those already released and another just announced here, so there's still four more to be licensed if JAST want to localized all of Mamono Musume VNs. We also have Saya no Uta remaster announcement, although seeing that we already have it since back at 2009 let's just say that it's like both of Majikoi and Katahane (Redundant). About Eiyuu Senki GOLD, before JAST announced it we have a fan translation group that already released the partial patch that translate some of the sex scenes. Of course seeing that JAST finally license it, he didn't have any other choice except to stop his project and wait for the release. What I can comment is that it would be logical for JAST to license GOLD seeing that they have the license for the original version, although whether they can release GOLD quickly or not is still questionable though (Let's just hope that they already have sizable translation progress when they announced GOLD here). As for GOLD itself while at the first glance it's retelling the original story, actually GOLD here is quite different in that instead of Himiko our MC Chihaya will interact with Masamune (New heroine for GOLD) first. More importantly we have some improvement in regard of the gameplay, in which Tenco did buff some of the heroines and add some new mechanic in the gameplay. Other than that, apparently Tenco will give the heroines some more interaction so if you felt the chance to talk with the heroines was quite lacking in the original than GOLD should fix the issue. I'll look forward to the eventual release of GOLD here. For the last announcement from JAST here, we have Yamizome Revenger in which it's Escu:de VN. As we know, Escu:de did have partnership with Sekai in regard of ReLord trilogy localization so it should be logical if we expected that Denpasoft would announce Yamizome, and yet it turned out differently because we have JAST announced it. As for Yamizome itself you'll play as a high school student who was possessed by a demon king, and the goddess sent her best five heroines from the anther world. Of course naturally our MC would be worry about his future, and then the demon king convince the MC to take a chance to make the five heroines as his harem by corrupting them using the demon king power. Like ReLord we'll engage the gameplay to fight the heroine before corrupting them, and that we'll going to have some eccentric demon king although from the spoiler that I read I think he'll be like Himegari in that the demon king will influenced by the MC to a degree. I'll look forward to the eventual release of this seeing that it's rare to see light novel like fantasy setting in the VN, even though it bordered nukige seeing that the number of sex scenes is quite a lot. Other For this instance I'll make a new section for Sol Press seeing that there'll be a lot to talk about, but first let's see what this section have (Minus Sol Press). As for Aksys, I admit that I mixed it up with Spike Chunsoft because turned out that the company that always release sci fi VN is Spike Chunsoft, while as for Aksys here their product is mostly otome. Speaking about otome, almost all of Aksys announcements at AX were consist of that VNs, with some of those are already released and about to be ported to the Switch. So even if I show some interest into it, too bad that I still couldn't play it seeing that I still didn't have console yet. For the last announcement, instead of otome we have a horror VN (NG) in that it'll tell a story of an older brother who search a clue in regard on who or what is responsible for his disappeared sister, and that he'll teamed up with some morally questionable characters in order to get what he pursue. Other than that, NG is the second part of 'Spirit Hunter' series that also consist Death Mark that was released several months ago by Aksys. With Robotic Notes and it's sequel announced by Spike Chunsoft, it mean that we only need Chaos Head to be localized in order to have complete Science Adventure legally available in English. As for Robotic Note and the sequel itself, it's a part of Science Adventure (Steins Gate, Chaos Head, and Chaos Child) in that at each series we'll have some main characters fight against cadres from a very mysterious organization (Committee 300) that committed several heinous crimes, and obviously Robotic Notes here is no exception. Another thing to note that it's obviously would contain sci-fi element, and in Robotic Note case we'll going to have the main characters build a robot while at the same time find a mysterious program that might be dangerous for the world. Almost forget to note that there'll be some cameo from Steins Gate, and they'll took important role for the story here. For the release plan, they'll release the first part at 2020 later and that it'll be including Steam version as well. In the middle of KS, we also have Nekonyan decided to announced Aokana Extra1, in which it's Sprite last work before they going bankrupt. As for the premise, it's more or less just a fandisc for Mashiro in which it's obviously targeted toward Mashiro's fan. No info in regard of the release date as of now, but it's easy to guess that they'll release it adter they managed to release Aokana later. As for the KS itself, it's already being successful with currently they already reached the 4th stretch goal (At 60,000 euro) and currently they gather 64,708 euro. We also have a new announcement from Lemnisca, in that they announced a new doujin hardcore sci fi VN with the name Dei Gratia no Rahinban in which apparently will tell a story about several people who trapped at 700 meters under the sea. Still no idea on what kind of VN is that other than the people need to figure a way to be survive before succumbed to the hidden threat, although apparently the story itself is quite well-received. We don't know when Lemnisca will give more words about this again, but at least we know that Lemnisca will do KS for Dei Gratia here. Sekai Project As for the first Sekai announcements, I'll just grouped Glass along with New Glass and SF in the same paragraph because those three did share the same contents in that it did have animated picture and created by the same person. While the animated picture here is a plus seeing that it's doujin VN and all, I guess we can say that Glass here would be more famous because of the controversy in that the creator of Glass (Tetsuzo) sent a mail to the fan translator, and apparently he directly say some strong word (F*ck) and ask the translator to stop the project in a rude way. Also apparently Tetsuzo at first didn't approve the translation, so I guess he changed his mind now that we have Sekai license it (Or he just quit his company and the new staffs decided to sell the license to Sekai). Well in the end it wouldn't matter seeing that Sekai already get it, so Tetsuzo himself didn't need to worry about the fan translator anymore. Other than Glass, we also have Nekogami in which I find the premise is quite confusing because we have a little sister who somehow become the catgirl was call her older brother as 'Nee-chan', and yet the older brother (The MC) himself is didn't look like woman at all. So you better not expect some trap MC from nekogami here. There's also Koiama 2 in which it's the sequel of Koiama, and now I look at it the atmosphere along with the girls did almost bear some resemblance with Gochiusa to a degree, although obviously we didn't have rabbit in Koiama there. There's also a first part of Seiiki trilogy in which it was owned by feng, and the first part will tell a story about a MC who somehow became the butler for her childhood female friend because of some misunderstanding. As for Seiiki series itself the format did resemble Loca Love very much, in which we'll going to have three separated chapters and each part will focused on one particular heroine. There's Nine episode 3 announcement as well, in which it's just released at this year and the art is still beautiful thanks to Tsubasu. About Nine episode 3 here, it's quite obvious to see that the next part will be the last part seeing that there's a lot of reveal in episode 3 here. Before going to a certain announcement by Sekai, let me write some updates from them. First of all we'll have them do the KS for Rewrite+ for the hardcopy in which to be said was not surprising at all, and therefore I have no much to say here other than Rewrite license here is still redundant (Especially after knowing that there's no much change in the ending of Rewrite+ after compared it to the original one). The second update is in regard of Baldr Sky, in which apparently there's no word in regard of 18+ contents so we wouldn't know whether the release will be censored for now. For now I just leaned towards that the 18+ contents will be available, and hopefully there'll a word in regard of that after it passed Steam Review (They planned to release it at Q3/Q4 of this year). For Tokeijikake, well they somehow managed to have a lot of confidence that they'll be able to release it at this year seeing that they announced that they'll release the rest of the trilogy at this year, although seeing that Sekai have a hard time on the engine work it's hard to see here (I just hope that they'll be able to do it). For the last update, we'll going to have Majokoi release in the very near future (Hopefully along with Nanairo if possible). For the certain announcement, it's Amatsutsumi in which it's Purple Software VN. While you may know that Purple Software did have partnership with Mangagamer, turned out that they'd really flexible when it come with contact here so we'll going to wait for Sekai if we want to read Amatsutsumi here. As for the VN itself, we'll going to have our MC Makoto who more or less want to know more about world and therefore decided to run away from his secluded village. Seeing that he still didn't have much stamina, he collapsed in a nearby village and rescued by a girl. Seeing that Makoto did have superpower and he didn't have house, he decided to use his power to alter the girl memory in order to live at the village. Another thing to note is that the art still quite good like usual Purple Software VNs, and that this VN structure is like both of G-Senjou and Eustia, in that we'll have ladder structure that allow us to either pick an alternative ending or keep going until the last route. I'll look forward to the eventual release of Amatsutsumi here. Almost forget that we also have Sekai announced Bokukotsu FD along with Photonflower, although since those two more or less just fandiscs I didn't have much word to say here. Although at least Photonflower here might be good if you still want some Muv Luv, so perhaps you may take an interest to it. That's all for Sekai Project section here. Mangagamer This year AX was apparently make Mangagamer think that we need some VNs with High Sexual Contents (If not nukige), and therefore they decided to bring the announcements that fit that category to a degree. Also like some people expected turned out that they bring another Waffle title, in this case is Kyonyuu Fantasy 2 Gaiden. As for Kyonyuu Gaiden 2 itself, well Arunaru did localized the title as Sideboob 2 so I'll call it with that name from now on. For the premise itself, it's the continuation of first Sideboob in which it's also the continuation of first Funbag Fantasy. So what I can say is that apparently first Funbag MC is more popular compared to the second Funbag MC, seeing that it received more sequel here. While it would be good for the fans to see the continuation of first Funbag story, to me the breast is still too big so I'll just pass on this even though the plot might be quite good (The story obviously). About Mangagamer announcement on Rance, what I can say is that I would prefer them to bring new announcement instead of that. Although if anything else, at least they bring the remake version instead of the older version. That said 02 is still redundant though seeing that we already have it released for a while (Even with Mangagamer using the new script), and story wise both of those are redundant. As for the premise itself, it should be obvious that our Rance here is a selfish guy who want to have sex with the woman, regardless on whether the woman like it or not. As for 01 itself, we'll going to have Rance took a case about mysteriously disappearing girl. While for 02 here, we have Rance rescue a city that was taken over by four witches. While the premise is less epic compared to VI (Or even 3), we can treat both of 01 and 02 as the introduction for some of recurring characters in Rance series. Almost forget that 01 here did change the gameplay a lot, so it might be interesting to play if you already gotten use with Rance 1 (Very outdated) battle system. I think this is the first time I took my interest on a twisted (Almost) nukige, because the MC is female and that the writer is Izumi Banya who usually managed to write a good story in his nukige. As for the VN itself, the name is Mugen Renkan and as for the detail it tell a story on about a nameless woman (The MC) who cursed to have endless life was become a slave for a very cruel man with the name King. Of course things obviously will not kind to the woman, seeing that she suffer a lot of brutal rape (Apparently including amputation) before finally managed to run away. Although her suffering is still not ending though, seeing that the King obviously want her to back to his castle and therefore sent some cadres to bring back the woman by force. From there the woman did live on through three periods (Medieval French, Wild West, and Meiji era), while at the same time did her best to escape from King's cadres. Like euphoria here (Same writer) the contents of Mugen Renkan here is obviously not appropriate for 15 years old, so I hope that some 15 years old will not try this and being disturbed in the future. Almost forget to mention that the three out of four Mangagamer's announcements here are the secret projects, and in this case 01 would be the 4th secret project (100% translated), Sideboob 2 is the 7th secret project (Fully translated and 92% edited), and Mugen Renkan is the 6th secret project (76% translated and 36% edited). As for 1st and 8th projects, maybe we'll know more at Otakon later. I hope that Mangagamer will have story VN to announce at Otakon later. Sol Press What I can say about Sol Press is that they quite bold with the updates, in that they announced the exact release date for their VNs in which some of those are quite questionable if I may say. For the detail we have Kimiaogi at August 16th, Onikiss at September 27th, Shitsuaru at October 27th, Nukitashi at November 22nd, Himawari no Kioku at February 2020, and Yotsunoha as soon as possible (Hopefully in less than a month). While I can see that they'll be able to release both of Kimiaogi and Onikiss on time, obviously it's hard to see whether they can release both of Shitsuaru and Nukitashi on time so hopefully Sol Press did have a plan for the latter two (Especially Nukitashi). As for the first announcement, it's Laplacian newest release in which it's logical seeing that Sol Press have contract with Laplacian. As for the premise, we have the MC who is an office worker have a housewife as his wife. To complicate matter, turned out that his wife is very easily got horny so obviously she would ask the MC for sex if she can. For now I don't have much to say here about the VN, other than it's very obvious that the VN is a nukige. This time Sol Press bring a new partner here, and the partner in question is Windmill along with three of their VNs. The first one that they bring is quite surprising, in that they bring Witch's Garden which as we know is used to have two fan translation projects, and it's too bad that both of the projects were dead because of the translator real life matter or something like that. If anything, at least the first project did left a prologue patch in case you want to see it. As for the premise itself it's abut our MC Yousuke who come to an unique town in order to continue his school, and from there Yousuke start his carefree life together with some of his (Female) friends. Since the previous Witch's Garden projects are already dead, Sol Press here will using the new translation for this. Almost forget that Witch's Garden here also have e-mote feature, although I didn't care much abut it though. Like both of Eiyuu Senki GOLD and Amatsutsumi, I'll look forward to the release if only for the sake of Eri Sendai and 'passionate Hitomi Nabatame-voiced love-making' scenes people who've been looking forward to this since the first translation projects was established at 2013. For the rest of Windmill announcements, there's Hyper Highspeed Genius (HHG) and Happiness 2 Sakura Celebration (I'll just call it Sakura Celebration, and obviously it's not a part of Winged Cloud's Sakura series). As for both of the VN, both of those did have magical settings although both of those did have contrasting MC here with HHG MC did have manipulative personality while Sakura Celebration MC here is more in line with usual kindhearted MC. For the premise, HHG here is more like we have an artifact that was rumored to be able to rule the world and that there's three school that was merged into one in order to do an election between gifted human so that the winner can take control of the artifact, and obviously our MC here need to be very crafty in order to win. While for Sakura Celebration, it's premise is more down to earth with our MC was coming back to his hometown when the town celebrate the long season of sakura. For more information here, the MC is a magician and apparently he'll attend a magic school in order to allow his skill to grow. No much word here other than it would be better to expect Windmill VNs as charage, just like Sankaime. That's all for this week VNTS Review along with my AX commentary, and see you next week. PS - For the title, seeing that recently I realized that Nine did have Atsuhi Abe as the MC and Satomi Arai as the mascot, I decided to do a parody for Toaru series because both of them were the casts in the anime adaptation. For the parody in this case it would be Index or to be exact the translated version (A Certain Magical Index), and I change 'Index' to 'Kyouko' because we have Amatsutsumi announcement. For more info, Amatsutsumi did have the setting that some people did have superpower and seeing that there's no scientific setting the source of power is most likely magic. While for Kyouko, it's the name of one of Amatsutsumi's heroine and that she have superpower.

NTR Recommendation - Mayumi's Cuckolding Report
littleshogun replied to Rastafoo's topic in Recommendations
Personally I don't think it's really necessary to make the same topic at both of forum and blog, because to some people it would look like you doing some spamming here (I think it's enough to just do the blogpost here). But if you prefer to post on both of forum and blog, then I don't have anything to say here other than keep in mind that some people may not appreciate it. PS - As for Mayumi it's more or less just a nukige that targeted towards NTR fans, so I don't have much to say here. -
AX 2019 Schedule and Announcements
littleshogun replied to littleshogun's topic in Visual Novel Talk
Quite a bold confidence statements there, Sol Press. I mean at least I can see that they can release My Fair Princess (Kimiaogi) and Onikiss at that date is quite reasonable seeing that both of those are already more than three quarter translated (The former was already finish the translation), but for the first glance I think it's hard to see that they'll release Chose Your Mistress (Shitsuaru) and Nukitashi so hopefully Sol Press did have some plan for those two. As for Yotsunoha release, well there's still none although perhaps we can purchase it later now that Sol Press did cooperate with Denpasoft and Fakku. I see that they picked Windmill there, and that they also pick Witch's Garden in which if we remember is dead. I don't know though whether they'll use the new translation or not, so perhaps we'll see about it later. They also pick two other announcements, and apparently all f those two did have superpower setting. As for Windmill VN, I can say that they sort of have unique setting that mix supernatural with sci-fi, at least looking from the three VNs that Sol Press announced along with Sankaime (I sort of hope that Sol Press would announced it, if only to allow non-Japanese and non-Indonesian to play it). I'll look forward to eventual all of Windmill VNs release by Sol Press later. No comment much comment in regard of nukige that was released by Laplacian, other than it's logical for Sol Press to license all Laplacian VN. PS - I'll sort my preference on the announcements later, although overall I can say that Sol Press here is surprisingly quite forward with their announcements. -
Otome * Domain Traslation Project (Updated)
littleshogun replied to Harushio133's topic in Translation Projects
Considering that there's no update for three months, it's easy to assume that the translator himself is quite busy so much that he can't give the update. I guess there's no other choice than wait for a very long time, at least for now. -
AX 2019 Schedule and Announcements
littleshogun replied to littleshogun's topic in Visual Novel Talk
Well they (Mangagamer) already finished with the announcements, and ironically Mugen Renkan here is took my interest more even with the fact that it have same disturbing scenes like euphoria. Especially seeing that we got female MC, in that it's quite rare to see in a nukige that was written by Izumi Banya here so it's a plus point here (I admit that the premise is quite interesting and that Izumi Banya is like to write surprisingly good plot in the nukige that he wrote). As for Sideboob 2, okay I guess if you want to see the continuation of Funbag Fantasy, although surprisingly good plot there was help a lot though. While Rance announcement is always welcome especially with they chose the remake here, I think it would be more preferable if Mangagamer chose the new title such as Sakuramori or even Hapymaher FD (I guess Purple Software decided to go with Sekai at this year). So overall Mangagamer announcements for this year was, let's just say that it's full of passion and that. I hope that they can bring more plot VNs at Otakon later. -
Happy 32nd birthday to our newest global moderator @Emi, and congratulations for the rank up. I hope that you'll have a good year ahead.
