Foreword - No VNTS again as for this week, so you should already know the deal here. That said I'm still hope that someday we'll gonna have proper VNTS, and like usual I hope that you'll enjoy this week VNTS Review from mine as well.
I admit that the title here is pretty ridiculous considering that we didn't have the prequel or the sequel planned there lol. For the title, since we have both of Venus Blood Frontier starting the KS and White Album 2 sudden partial patch release at this week, I decided to just combined the title into 'Ragnarok Album 2' (Without the prequel obviously lol) and the subtitle '~Introductory Chapter~' was there because the KS for Frontier was started yesterday (For the trivia Ragnarok is came from Norse mythology, and Frontier here was have Norse mythology as the setting of the story). Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and this week we have some interesting updates from fan translation section with the biggest news was in regard of Frontier KS along with WA2 partial patch release, although unfortunately we didn't have much updates for this week though. Let's see what I can write at this week as well.
One of the biggest news for this week was indeed Frontier KS, and the goal itself was in yen rather than in usual dollar so I'll state the goal in yen since we knew that currently the exchange rate for yen to dollar is easily fluctuate. As for the current gathered funds, it was at 4,512,618 yen out of 16,665,000 yen or in other word already passed a quarter (~27%) mark funded. By the way, the goal itself did have some peculiar number but perhaps Ninetails did have the reason for that. The goal aside, looks like the KS itself was did fine so far considering that they managed to gather at around ~40,000 (In dollar) in less than a week. Of course there's 25 days left with a lot of funding was needed, so anything could change in term of gathered fund rate. So for now I'll just wait and see here, and once again I hope that the KS will be successful. Almost forget that they planned the release at December 2019 later, so obviously it'll be a long time to finally have Frontier in English JAST or not. Other than Frontier KS, at 30th later we'll gonna have Neighbor release although as far as the release concerned I didn't quite interested with that, although some people may interested with that though.
    Fan Translation
We have Harugi's overall was at 18% translated along with Tonoko's route was at 72% translated, Witch Garden was at almost halfway (49%) translated, Yoigoshi was at 14% translated, and Loverable was at 85.16% TLC-ed along with 42.11% edited. Also for the reminder Shin Koihime Musou progress was still ongoing, although the percentage still didn't change much though. Other than those updates, we also have slightly bigger update in regard of Eustia in which the current progress was the third arc (Irene and Colette arc) was already finished the translation and with that the overall progress for Eustia was at 51.97% translated along with 41.77% TLC-ed, and after that obviously the translator will going for the fourth arc (Licia's arc) which is the longest arc in Eustia with the line count was at ~12,500 lines so keep in mind that it'll be a while there before we finally going to have Eustia translated.
Other than those usual updates, we also have surprise update from Bishoujo Mangekyou in which the project was still alive. Turned out that the translator himself (Arcadeotic) was been busy in previous months so much that he couldn't took much time to the project there, but of course there's still some background work happening (Polishing script, fix the lines, etc.) so it's not like that the project itself didn't getting worked on. As for the release date plan for now it's still vague, but Arcadeotic said he hope that he can release it at this year so there's that. Other than Bishoujo Mangekyou, he'd also announced that he'll work on Tenkiame as well so hopefully after Bishoujo Mangekyou release we could see more of Tenkiame progress in the future. Also just recently Trip tweeted that he already finished with translating Yukino's append, and therefore what's left is the new patch of HatsuKoi in which it'll also contained the polished translation for both of Midori's and Runa's route. We still didn't know the release date for the patch though, but hopefully it'll be soon so hopefully he could started Hoshiori project at this year.
For the last update, once again we have surprise update that another big title patch was released just like last week and this time it was White Album 2 (I'll call it WA2), although too bad though that the patch itself was still a partial one, so we couldn't play WA2 fully in English as for now. But at least it should be sufficient enough if one want to play the sub routes only because so far only those that was fully translated, and as for the rest I think it'll be a while before we finally could see that seeing that the translator himself said that the rest of the untranslated part was quite long. As for the premise, it was more or less in regard of an indecisive MC who's trapped in love triangle between the school idol and a pianist, so if you didn't like love triangle drama perhaps it would be the best to avoid WA2. What I can say is that the opening song for this was quite nostalgic seeing that it was another VN opening that my roommate was occasionally played, and he also happened tried to play the VN itself using the translator. Almost forget to say that this VN was one of most well received VN out there together with MLA and Steins Gate, so I'm sure that most of the people would be happy with the full patch release later.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

Foreword - No VNTS because Decay once again was quite busy with Sanoba upcoming release in which it's only 10 days left, and he also said that he'll probably will have more free time after Sanoba release so that's something that we could look forward for (Hopefully more proper VNTS). Once again since we still didn't have VNTS yet, I decided to make another one here and I hope that you'll enjoy this week VNTS Review as well.
Since we finally have Trip announced which route that he want to translated in Hoshiori first (Marika's route), as promised I decided to use 'Star-Weaving Future Dream Arc' for this week VNTS Review. Another reason for this week titling is like I said before is because that each time a partial patch released I would use the unique titling here. As for the chapter titling pattern, well it's more or less just like Fairy Tail Tartaros arc when each time a new part start Mashima Hiro would be use 'Tartaros Arc Chapter X:XXX', and obviously I took his pattern for the titling here because each time Trip decided to translate another route would equal to Mashima wrote a new chapter of Tartaros arc (At least to me here). For this week chapter title, I decided to use 'Fureraba' as the chapter title because the VN was quite fitting for Marika there, seeing that she's got Rinarin's voice (Same seiyuu), same role with Himahima as childhood friend, good at swimming because of a circumstance like Yuzuyu, and quite shy at the beginning like Misakichi. So in short Marika here did have traits from all four of Fureraba heroines, and therefore I decided that Fureraba would be a fitting title for Marika's part here.
Some comparison between Fureraba heroines with Marika and my rambling in regard of Fairy Tail titling aside, welcome to this week VNTS Review. As for this week, I did like that fan translation did show some activities with one surprising project in form of Akatsuki no Goei translation project. Although too bad though that there's no big release from official localization companies, although to be fair some of those already announced the exact date for the releases though so at least it would be interesting to note there. Let's see of what I can write for this week as well.
I'm slightly dislike Mangagamer at this week though, seeing that they didn't announced what they want to release at the next month because usually they'd announced next month release each time they release a new stuff. To elaborate here they'd release nukige Bitter Exclusion back at 11th, and since Exclusion was only nukige I'll just ignore that even though nukige was supposedly Mangagamer money source. Guess it'll be better to look forward to whatever Mangagamer will bring as their surprise release later then, and hopefully they'll be able to release good title at December later. Speaking of announcing the release, we have JAST did announced the exact date for Sweet Pool in which they'll release it at December 19th later. What I can say is that I would be more happy if JAST took more effort to release something like Sumaga or Django instead of redundant BL VN even though the old translation was still unedited, but it's not like I could hope any big title release from JAST at this year anyway now that it's only two months left (Frontier was still far away at December 2019 later).
We also have two other additional VNs that interestingly will be released at the same date with Sanoba release (At 26th later), and those two title were Bokukotsu and Loca Love. As for the releases, well I already took my interest to Sanoba so more or less I'll just pass on those two especially in regard of Loca Love in which it's still only part one out of three part, but at least Bokukotsu here should be interested if some people out there want to see Nekopara alike art (Same illustrator). We also have Karakara 3 announcement, in which I'll assume that they'll gonna continue it from the cliffhanger at the end of the second part, so at least there's something to look forward to for Karakara fans.
This week we also have two successful Kickstarter. The first KS was came from Fruitbat in regard of the Seven Days, and as of the gathered fund itself they managed to gather 34,323 out of the base goal at 20,000. That said, Fruitbat still want to push it to the news stretch goal at 37,000 so that they can add another new CG for Seven Days. If you want to support Seven Days release, you can do it through the PayPal right now at this site and it'll be closed at November 13th later. Another successful KS here would be Venus Blood Frontier, in which as of now it managed to gathered almost 160,000 funds with the base goal was at ~150,000 (I didn't have the mood to write it in yen lol) with three days left. As for the situation here, it's interesting to note that apparently few days ago there's some huge burst of backing that came from some mysterious backers, so thanks to the mysterious backers out there we could have successful Frontier KS although if we want it to be more cautious perhaps it would be the best if you wait for three days until the KS end. I just hope that JAST will be on time working on this now that we got Arunaru as the translator.
    Fan Translation
For fan translation roundup, we got Eustia was at 54.84% translated along with both of editing and TLC progress was at 43.28%, Harugi's overall progress was at 23% translated with Tonoko's route was fully translated and Miyabi's route was at 4% translated while Branch was at 35% translated (Along with 27% edited), and Loverable was at 87.83% TLC-ed along with 43.49% edited. From fan translation here we also have surprise that we have another Akatsuki no Goei translation or shortened as Akagoei, with the progress was already finished the translation with the remaining progress were editing and TLC which is still quite a lot, and the release plan for Akagoei will be at 2019 later. While Akagoei here is one of most requested VN to be translated, from what I'd heard apparently the writing in Akagoei trilogy was so infamous that the writer couldn't writing the satisfying endings even at the end of the trilogy, so I was quite wary on that. If anything, at least the writing in regard of character interaction was quite good, so you could look forward to that if only for the character interaction only.
Congratulation to Arcadeotic in regard of Bishoujo Mangekyou, in which that it's been two years since I'd keep my eyes on this at the beginning. The premise was that we have MC (Shigehiko) who work as the teacher at the all girl school and met with a beautiful new student, only to have Shigehiko have lusted toward the new student. Also to complicate matter turn out that the new student itself is a 300 years old vampire (Kirie), and the vampire herself was quite a sadistic to boot. From there, both of Shigehiko and Kirie would have sex a lot, while at the same time that Shigehiko was getting closer to Kirie there. Anyway, to be honest Bishoujo Mangekyou is more or less a nukige technically, albeit with the good drawing there (I must say that the graphic for Bishoujo Mangekyou is good looking). Go get the patch from the translator's site here, and have fun.
For the last update we have Tsurezure release common route patch for Hoshiori in which it'll covering 8.08% of Hoshiori which obviously the common route, although in Hoshiori actually the common route itself did have double duty as the prologue though because the opening wouldn't play until the end of common route. With the common route patch release, of course it mean that Tsurezure was already announced the first route that would be translated, and in this case it would be Marika like I said earlier. While personally I didn't have problem with whichever route that Trip want to translate first, I did wrongly guess that Trip would be translate Marika's route last because she's been the reason of why Trip translate Hoshiori in the first place and therefore want to save the best for the last, but instead Trip decided to translate Marika's route first although I understand though if Trip couldn't wait to translate Marika's route there. Other than common route patch release, we also have the update from Tsurezure in which the current progress of Marika's route was at 11.94% translated and overall was at 9.78% translated which is quite good enough.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

Foreword - Seeing that Decay was probably will get busy again even with Sanoba released because now that he got two projects to contend (Nukitashi and Nekonyan's secret project), easy to say that he probably wouldn't have enough time for VNTS here. So let me write the VNTS Review for this week as usual, and I hope that you'll enjoy this.
Since we have Hoshiori's Marika's route patch released by Tsurezure, once again for this week the title scheme goes with 'Star-Weaving Future Dream Arc' and of course it mean that it would open the new chapter now that we also have Misa's route to be translated next hence 'Chapter 2' at the title. As for the chapter title, seeing that Misa did her best to guide Ryousuke into closed down aquarium made me remember back when Ever17's Sora guide the guests back at the VN beginning, I think Ever17 here should be fitting for Misa's route seeing that her route will have a similarity in regard of aquarium even though Ever17's setting was in underwater theme park (It still did have aquarium though), and moreover both of Misa's route and Ever17 did have jellyfish with the former as Misa's iconic(?) animal while the latter was one of the attraction along with the leitmotif for one of Ever17 heroine. Even with some similarities here, obviously both of Ever17 and Misa's route were very different seeing that Hoshiori is more or less just a charage, while Ever17 itself was quite famous because of the escape from the imploding underwater theme park story along with some mind screw element.
My trivia in regard of Ever17 aside, welcome to this week VNTS Review and after a lot of announcements from Sol Press along with three releases, this week we have a breather here so it's the updates here was not as numerous as the last week. Of course it didn't mean that there's no interesting updates though, especially in regard of Tsurezure who released Marika's patch back at the last week. Other than that, we have one VN release although admittedly it's less known though. Let's see what I can write for this week as well.
While in theory it's good that we got another release, unfortunately it's quite unknown to me here so I'm more or less just pass on this. The VN in question is Death Mark, in which it'll depict the story of an amnesiac no name detective (Because he forgot his name) who fated to be dead quickly with the strange accident because of the mark that the detective have, and from there he met with a mysterious doll girl who seemingly have the connection with the mark. Other than the factor that the VN is quite less known, there's also the fact that it's only for the console so I'll pass on this. Other than less known Death Mark VN release, we also have Lamunation was at 30% translated according to LoveLab's tweet along with Pulltop did announce the exact date for Healing Harem release at 14th later, and as for the latter I'm still suspect that Pulltop will rerelease that in Japan with sex scenes available.
For fan translation, we have Eustia was at 56.71% translated along with editing and TLC progress was at 43.63%, Harugi's overall was at 27% translated with Miyabi's route was at 27% translated along with Branch was at 40% translated, Loverable was at 45.78% edited, Yoigoshi was at halfway translated, Watamasu was showing some progress with current progress was at 17% translated, and Shin Koihime Musou was finally touched 99% mark translated. For more updates, we got both of Eushully VNs here did have some updates. For Rhapsody as of now we have Chapter 8 of Lavirie's route was at around 10-15% translated (According to the translator himself), while the TLC was already progressed through Chapter 1. As for Amayui, right now Chapter 1 was already at 69% translated and by translated I mean 69% of Chapter 1 should already finished both of TLC and QC along with editing processes (Hopefully), while as far as rough translation concerned as of now the translator were finished with around 12,000 lines of main story script. What I can say is that it's good enough that Eushully projects still show some of the activity, and I'm still hope that both projects will eventually release the full patches.
For the last update from fan translation, we have Tsurezure released Marika's patch so go get the patch and have fun. Also they already announced their next route to be translated and it's obviously Misa's like I'd say at the beginning, and more importantly they announced the translation order for the rest of the routes. So for the remaining routes, after Misa's they'll translated Rikka's route next, following by Touko's route next, then Sora's, and finally Natsuki's. And since Tsurezure already announced that they'll translate Natsuki's route last according to Irru's wish, from now on I'll call Hoshiori full patch as Natsuki's patch here. Other than routes order announcements, we also have some progress for Misa's route and the current progress for Misa's route was at 10.86% translated with overall was at 23.85% translated. For additional notes here, Irru said that Trip will be busy at this week so it would be better if we didn't expect that the next week progress will moving much, although personally I'm content with Hoshiori showing some progress here.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (11/12/2016)
This week title should be obviously that I just combine 'Nippon' from 'Go Go Nippon' and Letter from 'Root Letter'. Besides I think there's some writing that using 'Letter from ....' in some newspaper at least iirc. Well, here's this week VNTS Review and to tell the truth I kind of expected that Mangagamer will bring many updates this week, but apparently not so it's slightly letdown. Lack of batch of update aside, at least there's some up from Mangagamer there if you ask me. The upside there was obviously not 'Go Go Nippon 2016' release which became the image header of VNTS, but the announcement of Himawari release date which Mangagamer just announced yesterday and looking from their announcement we'll get this in at least 27 days later. As for now, I could only comment that eufonious singing was very nice to listen. I'll add more comment about Himawari on my thread later, and I don't interested in Root Letter.
Speaking about Himawari, today apparently there's another Himawari which right now entering Steam Greenlight. As for the VN in question, no info that I could find about the VN for now other than apparently the premise was like some kind of slice of life in summer at near mountain looking from the cover (And of course full of sunflower duh). I think I don't care about translation here too much if I may honest (There's some worry about the translation), but it was on Steam was quite interesting. Since Steam was not accepted any explicit content in regard of sex and there's also saying that there will be new CG, perhaps Japanese company treat Steam like console in the past in order to release all age version imo (Forgot to comment that the graphic was quite good). For Sharin another Kickstarter attempt, couldn't comment much for now but maybe later (Another sunflower by the way).
And for the progress this week, Sekai was still as usual for them while Mangagamer was like I'd already said above. No update from them once again (I'll wait for next week), but so does JAST although it's usual for them though (I'd just check their Tumblr and the last update was from a month ago, while their Twitter was had last tweet at November 3rd). Back to Sekai, if I may give comment here, after very crazy update from Chrono Clock at last week, this week it was slowed down significantly (They probably focusing more on some technical work according to this post at this week) with 60.21% translated for the progress this week. Both of Maitetsu and Princess Knight bring some significant update with Princess Knight Chapter 2 was almost fully translated (Maitetsu was at 55.19% translated and Princess Knight Chapter 2 was at 96.89% translated). For last updates here, we had Bokukotsu at 14.59% translated and WEE Chapter 2 did 14% of translation checking. That's all for Sekai.
For fan translation, let me state that once again that this week Ittaku managed to finished twins route translation and he still not clear yet whether if he'll finishing half of Anzu's route translation or not in the future (51% left by the way, and probably it'll be toward finishing the translation). And speaking about Ittaku, his another project (ToHeart 2) was in need of some proofreader. I knew that Tay already said this, but in case of some user read this and interested to take the role, give Ittaku the message in regard of proof read. As for Tsui Yuri, apparently Dergonu decided to redo some translation from the scratch and right now it was at 12% or so for the retranslation progress. For the usual updates here, we had Loverable at 26.12 translated, 7.62% TLC-ed, 5% (Or to be exact 4.99%) edited, and 1.69% TLC-ed; and for Majokoi right now it was at 56% edited, 42% edited, and the TLC was regressing to at 16% because of some fixing in regard of calculating according to Fred here. Oh, and for last progress Nocturnal Illusion was at 4.7% for second editing.
Oh, by the way Decay also had something to said in regard of Dracu Riot patch leak from September 30th. To be honest I didn't interested with that, but maybe there are some fans who really want to wait until it was finished and so I could only said good luck to the fans waiting then (Also be patient as well). And speaking about Moenovel, today they reveal the picture of Akihabara at their Facebook (Thanks for the picture, Toshibe-Senpai). Is that mean that their new VN will had setting in Akihabara or it's just their teasing ie trolling? Let's just see it later.
I think that's all for this week, and see you next week.
PS - Today Mangagamer deliver batch of updates like usual, which to be honest it was very late (Obviously after I finished this post). Well let's add those updates from Mangagamer's tweets here right now, and obviously the updates here were other than Himawari and Go Go Nippon if some people want to be more nitpicking here.
Maggot Bait was 5% translated Kuroinu was at 62% edited Fata Morgana Fandisc was at 36% translated Pygmalion entering the testing Dal Segno was at 87% translated and 86% edited Sorcery Joker was at 57% translated Hapymaher was at 56% translated and 37% edited Boukaku was at 42% for both of translation and editing progress Rance VI was finished the testing, and they try to trimming some bug from it along with Rance 5D Evangile W was at 70% translated Naked Butler was at 32% retranslated I think for now I could only comment that like Chrono Clock, Hapymaher progress here was slowed down although not as significant as Chrono Clock though. But then again perhaps Mangagamer was also facing the same problem as Sekai with Chrono Clock if we talk about technical work in regard of Hapymaher to be fair (For trivia, Hapymaher and Chrono Clock was had same engine ie had two methods of displaying text). Well, that's all for sudden update in regard of Mangagamer.

Foreword - Yet another week with no VNTS, so hopefully by the time of Sanoba release (Four days left) we'll gonna see another VNTS Review there, and for the reminder Decay was worked on Sanoba. So here's another VNTS Review from mine here, and I hope that you'll enjoy this week review.
For the title, seeing that we have Bishoujo Mangekyou release at the last week, I thought that it would be appropriate if I parodied 'Fifty Shades of Grey' movie into 'Fifty Shades of Kirie' even though I'm belated a week for that. As for the reason of why I chose that particular franchise, it's because in Bishoujo Mangekyou we have young looking vampire girl (Kirie) and we surely know that Twilight here would be associated with romance between vampire and human. Being the popular work obviously mean that Twilight here would have a lot of fan fiction/doujin work, and one of those works was the basis for Fifty Shades of Grey with Christian Grey in the novel was supposed to be stand-in for Edward Cullen, in which Edward himself is a vampire in the original Twilight. Therefore I changed 'Grey' into 'Kirie' simply because she's a vampire like Edward and did have some sadistic streak like Grey, even though the sex scenes in Bishoujo Mangekyou didn't involved BDSM lol.
Fifty Shades of Grey rambling aside, welcome to this week VNTS Review in which unlike last week we didn't have the releases at this week. That said we have a bunch of the updates from Mangagamer after a while so at least this week was slightly interesting for that, although of course we still have some usual updates from fan translation here at this week. Other than usual updates, we also got a good news that Frontier KS was officially confirmed as successful one along with many stretch goal was also funded. Let's see what I could write for this week as well.
From Cherry Kiss we'll gonna have elf angel demon nukige will be released at November 7th so congratulation to mod Dergonu in regard of that his second work was finally about to be released, although personally I'm just pass on this though. Other than Cherry Kiss announcement release, we also got an update in regard of Lamunation in which the current progress was at 17% although I admittedly late in regard of reporting this because LoveLab was already posted the update since back at last week (14th) at their Twitter here. As for Frontier KS, congratulation for the successful campaign in which they managed to gather more than ~23 million yen with the base goal was only at 16,665,000 yen for the comparison. While personally I think that the stretch goal was mostly only a cosmetic one, it's nice to see though that Ninetail would do their extra effort to provide new content there such as new soundtrack and new side episodes. Anyway what I can say is that after I did try the gameplay demo, easy to say that I'm gonna looking forward for the full release even though I'm need to wait for 14 or more months here.
As for the updates from Mangagamer, obviously their most biggest updates at this week was Bokuten was about to enter the testing in which if we know it's been frozen for several years because of the editing hell or something like that. With this update, obviously it mean that all of the editing process was already finished. As for me while in the past it's one of the big title that was announced by Mangagamer, nowadays there's a lot of more attractive VNs announcement that was announced by either Mangagamer or other company so I couldn't help to think that Bokuten was already having the trope 'Seinfeld is Unfunny' there, but it's still nice to see that finally it managed to get a word from them about that after a long while though. Other than Bokuten, we have Steam Prison was about to enter the testing too, Amatarasu was fully translated and 78% edited, Trinoline was fully edited, Sukehime was at 23% translated and 13% edited, Escalayer was at 91% translated and 58% edited, Maggot Bait was at 55% edited, Room No.9 was at 45% translated and 30% edited, Sona Nyl was at 64% translated, and Rance X was at 18% translated which is a lot more than it sounds. That's all for Mangagamer updates.
Right now we have Eustia was at 55.35% translated, Harugi's overall was at 24% translated with Miyabi's route was at 10% translated, and Loverable was at 44.39% edited. We also have new project for Gore Screaming Show with the obvious goal was to fully translated the VN in question, although technically it's not the new project though because the team was been working on that for a while. Right now the team was finally find someone who can make the patch, so hopefully they'll be able to keep the stable updates there. You can visit their homepages here (There's two websites for the info), and for the current progress right now it was at 20.97% translated. As for Screaming Show itself, personally I didn't quite interested with that but I see that some people who like the disturbing content took a liking with that, so I hope that the project will be successful if only for them. For the last update, we got Marika's route of Hoshiori was past halfway (52.79%) translated and overall was at 15.6% translated. There's also the plan that they'll release Marika's patch along with announcing the route order at November 3rd because Urrim want to go to Japan, but keep in mind that the plan may change.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
  6. littleshogun
Foreword - No VNTS at the main site because of Decay's business in Nekonyan and admin Tay was still missing, so you should know the deal here. I hope that you'll enjoy this week VNTS Review from mine here.
I thought it would be nice to spice up the title here, so I'd decided to remove the 'Review' part in the title and write it like Fairy Tails Tartaros arc chapters title, and since this is the beginning of Hoshiori translation project I'd use the word 'Prologue'. Obviously I wouldn't write about Tartaros arc, but instead I'll write about this week VNTS here and for next reviews I'll use the this week title format whenever there's a big update from Tsurezure (ie common route and heroines route patch releases). For the title I intended that as the literal translation for the original title of Hoshiori (Hoshi Ori Yume Mirai) with 'Star' here is obviously came from 'Hoshi' and the 'Weaving' part here was from 'Ori', and for a bit of spoiler actually the Hoshi Ori part here is foreshadowed that the Tanabata festival here will be important because it'll be the focus of the first half (For a bit cultural note here, Tanabata was meant to celebrate the meeting between the two stars (Hikoboshi and Orihime) and Orihime here is also known as the weaver). While for the 'Future Dream' part, it was come from 'Yume Mirai' which is exactly as it says ('Yume' mean 'Dream' and 'Mirai' mean 'Future') and more importantly it's because Hoshiori will tell the story of how the casts will reach their own future dream.
Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and my convoluted explanation for this week title I'd definitely like that Tsurezure here was finally managed to started their own dream project (Hoshiori). Other than Hoshiori project was finally started, we also have several releases from fan translation section and a release from Mangagamer. Other than the releases, we also have some updates from fan translation like usual. So let's see what I can write for this week VNTS Review as well.
What I can say in regard of Koropukkur (The real title is actually Koropokkur, but may as well just kept my mistaken naming here lol) is that too bad that Mangagamer didn't announced any of their next month release like usual, because I've been looking forward to Damekoi release. Although perhaps Mangagamer will anoounced that in the near time, so I'll just wait and see until they announced it - if they still want to release it at this year, then Christmas release sounds like a good time. My wish for Damekoi announcement aside, Koropukkur itself was a VN that have Inoue Hitaru as the character design so obviously it should be good if we want more of her work. As for the story itself, it was in regard of the MC who want to revive a maid cafe in Shibuya with the help of three fairies. To be honest, I wouldn't expect much in the story writing because of the writer's previous works so I'll skip on this, although I understand though if some people might find Koropukkur's writing is very good. As for the art, well I think somehow this work managed to show Hitaru's weakness or to put it nicely the coloring was not quite fitting for her art here, compared to her works at KEY VNs earlier. Have fun if you want to play Koropukkur there.
    Other
As for Neighbor VN, it's remake of an old horror and mystery VN that was funded through the KS with almost 1.3 million yen funded. While granted the art here might be not everything in regard of VN, in Neighbor case I must say that the art there was quite old schooled to me (It migh be nostalgic though if you've like old newspaper black and white newspaper comic), and the fact that it didn't have big name seiyuu made the VN was quite less popular to me. Of course I may be wrong though in regard of this, so nevertheless you should try it anyway if you interested with more horror and mystery VN, and see whether you'll like it based on the art or not. If you can get past the art (Admittedly it's better than Higurashi's default sprite though), then I'm sure that you'll have fun with the Neighbor there. Either way, have fun with Neighbor there if you've have some interest.
We also have surprise from Frontier that right now they managed to gathered more than halfway (At ~58%) funded with 18 days left, so of course this should be a good news regardless of what happened in the past week. Other than quite successful Frontier KS, we have another new company entering VN localization market that was headed by the famous translator Meru. To add more surprise, they decided to localized their first title with the name Lamunation. As for Lamunation, apparently EGS scores was dropped unfavorable because of the scandal that was happened with the director himself. That controversy aside, the premise was that we have MC with the four girls tried to sell the traditional drink lamune to make everybody happy or something like that. While the premise could be passed of as another moege, apparently this VN did have another gimmick that the comedy is quite over the top so much that you'll probably just throw the logic in order to enjoy it. I just hope that it'll be delivered here successfully at 2019 later, although as for the release timeline it's quite vague though (Should be around March at the most).
    Fan Translation
For fan translation we have Eustia was at 52.77% translated along with the editing and TLC progress was at 42.76%, Harugi's overall was at 20% translated with Tonoko's route was at 83% and Branch was at 28% translated (And 22% edited as well), the script for Oreimo Tsuzuku was almost completely finalized with 267 out of 268 scripts was finalized, Yoigoshi was at 22% translated, and Loverable was at 42.21% edited. We also have two full releases, and one of those was Daitoshokan short story (Or rather short FD) which safe to say was quite strange that we got the side story first even before the main game was fully released. While it's too bad that it's just a short VN there, at least it'd manage to break another August's curse with two of their VNs were translated (Granted that Yoake was unedited, but at least we could enjoy it in English albeit the translation of that could be quite rough).
Before covering the obvious another release from fan translation, let me write that we have Summer Pocket trial patch was released by Alka Translation which is already delayed from the initial promise. Although in the end they managed to release it though, so I'd have no problem with that. As for the VN itself, well once again you may treat it as a tribute to Key past works because there's a lot of references in Summer Pockets there, although this time the main writer is the famed nakige writer Niijima Yuu. Feel free to try the patch, and I hope that the translator managed to see this through the end now that the project leader was managed to ensemble the team to do the project after beforehand was told to give up the project here (I admit that I'm the one of the people who told him to give up, although it was more in regard of the engine though), so good luck to the team.
For the last update here we have HatsuKoi Yukino's append patch released, which mean that all of HatsuKoi work was finally finished. As for the append, while obviously it wouldn't give new content much at least it's good enough if some reader want to see a bit more of Yukino, Kyou, and Maya (Too bad though that there's no Midori and Runa append there). Other than append contents were translated, Tsurezure also did some re-TLC of common, Midori's, and Runa's routes so hopefully you'll be able to experience HatsuKoi more smoothly.
And with HatsuKoi was completely translated, it mean that the time has come for Tsurezure to translate Hoshiori, which I'd been interested with for a while here. As for Hoshiori premise, while I already rambling about the title connection with Tanabata and the future dream thing actually it's pretty much a basic one with our new MC (Ryuousuke) came back to his hometown after seven years away from it, and in there he decided to try to realize his dream to become an architect. For additional note here if you'd been disliking Yuuma (HatsuKoi's MC) the you didn't need to worry about it here, because apparently tone work decided to work hard to polished their VN even more and it should be obvious that the result is Hoshiori (Of course HatsuKoi still did have some merit when it comes to the heroine). Good luck to the project, and I'm going to look forward to the complete patch release. Before I'm closing this week VNTS Review here, let me say that Tsurezure did already have the progress which is very good with the common route was at 18.19% translated and for overall Hoshiori it was at 1.47% translated, and as for route order Tsurezure will announce it later (Probably when common route patch released).
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

Foreword - There's no sign of VNTS for this week yet again (Perhaps both of admin Tay and Decay here is really busy), so I decided to make another VNTS Review without VNTS itself. Hope you'll enjoy this.
Since we have Hapymaher here in which I've been waiting for this, I decided to made yet another Alice Allusion for this week VNTS Review title because Hapymaher here did have big Alice theme (After Subahibi and otome VN Alice no Kuni). Although for this time I decided to use the 2nd book for Alice's adventure 'Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There', only for the title here I'd changed the part of Looking Glass into 'Lucid Dream' because another aspect that Hapymaher explore here is the lucid dream, and also moreso because we have a character named Alice entering our MC (Tohru) lucid dream - apparently our Tohru suffer lack of sleep because he can only have lucid dream whenever he slept. Anyway, welcome to this week VNTS Review and as for this week other than Hapymaher there's some update from Sekai in which at least it should be slightly good there. Other than Hapymaher release and Sekai sudden bump in activity, we also have some updates from fan translation so more or less it's another usual week here. For the last note here, although we have two releases from JAST today I decided to cover those two at next VNTS Review. Let's see what I can write for this week then.
From fan translation we have Eustia was at 48.02% translated along with 37.09% edited and 35.21% TLC-ed, Loverable was at 80.56% TLC-ed, Pure Pure was at 76.78% translated with Hinata's route was fully translated - keep in mind that most of Pure Pure is still rough translation though so there'll be more retranslation progress in the future, 262 out of  268 scripts from Oreimo Shizuku was finalized, and Harugi's Main was at 79% translated (Bring the overall translation progress to 7% translated) along with the prologue was at 88% edited. Overall it's more or less just usual weekly updates, but at least it just did fine here.
Surprisingly we have many updates from Sekai, even though they might just reveal the secret projects that they've been working it for a while since before AX. That said, I'm only know that Nine here is formerly known as their 2nd secret project, in which as the current progress it was fully translated and there's still no editing progress yet. Other than Nine, we have both of Majokoi and ReLord 2 were finished for both of translation and editing progress, in which it should be obvious that the former should have at least both fully translated and edited since a long time ago (Would be surprised if Majokoi was still at 0% translated). Speaking about AX 2018 announcement, we also have Harukuru was at three quarter translated with the planned release at 2019 later. As for additional notes here, apparently all of those projects did waiting for the third party in regard of the engine work, which mean that the engine work for those VNs was blocked until further notice. For the last update from Sekai here, we have Ninja Girl was fully translated and would be released at December later.
Before going to Hapymaher, we have Mangagamer announced the exact date for their next release at August 9th later. As for the release, it happen to be Sweet Switch in which it's just a short nukige. While personally I prefer if Mangagamer did announced another big VN release like Damekoi, I guess they need a breather after many big release in short time (ie Evenicle and Hapymaher) so perhaps it was necessary seeing that Mangagamer didn't release any short nukige at this year yet. Not that I interested much on the release though, but if you've been waiting for Sweet Switch be happy and wait until August 9th later. They also announced Imopara 2 hardcopy release at the same date later, and other than Hapymaher here Mangagamer did also release Umineko hardcopy back at 12th as well - I'm more or less just ignoring hardcopy though, but good for anyone who want Imopara 2 and Umineko hardcopy I guess.
Like I say here, this week Mangagamer did release Hapymaher and to me it's quite a big release because I've been waiting for this since back at Otakon 2016, although my interest at first is more toward the girls costumes though lol. The girls costumes aside, in Hapymaher we did have Tohru who is apparently unable to sleep because each time he slept he'll thrown into lucid dream, in which more or less he's still awaken at the lucid dream so he didn't get enough sleep, and the only way for Tohru to sleep is when he collapsed because of the fatigue (Obviously not the most healthy sleep habit). One day in one of Tohru's lucid dream, he was met with Maia who is something like Tohru's worst memories and Alice who swore to protect Tohru from Maia. From there Tohru tried to untangle the mystery within his lucid dream with the assistance of Alice and some girls, and hopefully do something about his lucid dream. Like I say earlier here, Hapymaher did have heavy Alice motive from the design alone especially if we knew that Maia here supposed to resembled Chesire Cat. I think that's all for what I can say here, and have fun for play Hapymaher there.
That's all for this week, and see you at next week.
PS - Almost forget that in August we'll gonna have KS for Frontier according to this source, you you may keep an eye on that and prepare some money to fund it if you want to help the KS. Also we have Fortissimo English version release date announced and it'll be at 27th later according to the Steam store, although perhaps most of us wouldn't bother with this though because it was released by SakuraGame with justified doubt in regard of their translation (MTL).
  8. littleshogun
Foreword - No VNTS this week again because both of Decay and admin Tay were probably pretty busy, so I guess you should already know the pattern here lol. Once again I hope that you'll enjoy my VNTS Review here, and also someday we'll have another proper VNTS.
As for the title, seeing that we have both of Shibuya Scramble release and Aokana's announcement by Nekonyan (From last week though), I decided to just change 'Shibuya' into 'Kunashima' and if we knew Aokana we surely would understand that Kunashima is the island where almost all of Aokana's cast reside. So yeah for this week title I'm simply parodying Shibuya Scramble title, in which it's the biggest release that we have at this week simply because it got 40/40 score from Famitsu in which it's quite an achievement in itself. Other than Shibuya Scramble, we also have two other releases along with some updates from several section. So let's see what I can write for this week as well.
Seeing that JAST did managed to have Kimikoi was already halfway at editing Kimikoi, perhaps I should gave them some credit that they really want to improve their work tempo so good for them - although I still didn't agree though that they focused on the physical release before the actual release (ie they can just release download version first). Hopefully they'll keep up the good job there, and perhaps we'll be able to see more interesting announcements from JAST.
From Sekai unfortunately both of their Yuzusoft project were in icebox (ie in torpor), or to put it more generally were stalled. While personally I wouldn't care too much in regard of Dracu Riot seeing that the announcement itsel was a redundant one, it's still too bad though that Tenshin Ranman was getting stalled as well. Also since it's Yuzusoft and they also work together with Nekonyan to releasing Sanoba, I assume that Sekai did need to wait for Yuzusoft action until at least Sanoba release (October 26th later). While it's funny to see that Nekonyan did released Sanoba first before Sekai, I should hope that Sekai did sorted up this dilemma if only for the sake of the fan whose been waiting for Tenshin Ranman (And I guess for fans who've been waiting for more polished version of Dracu Riot). Also while there's still no news in regard of Senren Banka, it's easy to assume that it's also got tangled as well.
While both of their Yuzusoft project were in the icebox, at least we still got some good updates from Sekai. Namely that we got both of Bokukotsu and Nanairo was still in track, with the former was already through the QC. While there's still no clear update from those two, I'll just hope that it mean that they've been preparing those two for the release especially the former. Oh and we also have a release from Sekai Project, in which while the VN itself was not quite interesting to me (Koiama), although at least it's should be interesting if you just want to play a short moege VN there to take a break from the routine. The premise itself is just a MC was about to reopened the cafe that was closed down by his grandmother, and coincidentally he met two girls that were available to hire as the new staff. So yeah more or less just a story about running a cafe, although at least the MC here did have a face and it's a good looking one lol. Have fun play Koiama there if you've been waiting for that.
Finally after more than two years in work we have Tsui Yuri released by Mangagamer, which of course followed by the announcement of the upcoming release in which it's unsurprisingly Bitter Exclusion (It's been finished the testing for a while) at October 11th later. As for Tsui Yuri well from the name it's should be obvious that it was another yuri VN, and this time we have a twin sister were in love with each other but they must hide their passion from their mom who obviously wouldn't agree with that kind of relationship, because if the mother agree the subtitle shouldn't be 'Don't let mom find out' lol. Anyway, this VN did also have a history with this blog seeing that I'd kept reporting the progress at each week whenever there's a progress, at least until it was fully translated iirc before the QC progress began along with the engine works - back then it was still fan translation project. For the last word in regard of Tsui Yuri, if you've been waiting for two years to play this then go get that from Mangagamer and have fun. Also congratulation to mod Dergonu in regard of Tsui Yuri release there, and I hope that your second project will be successful.
For fan translation progress we have Eustia was at 50.72% translated along with both of TLC and editing progress was at 41.59%, Harugi's overall was at 16% translated with Tonoko's route was at 60% translated and Branch was at 27% translated (Along with 15% edited), 266 scripts of Oreimo Tsuzuku were finalized, Daitoshokan side story was finished both of editing and TLC progress, and Pure Pure was at 83.73% translated with Tobari's route was at 41.12% translated. Also we have the new update from Higurashi PS3 port, in which they already extracting Yoigoshi's script and already began with the translation. Also for the trivia here, they took a longer time to port because Yoigoshi's several choices and it also have multiple ending, which is quite surprising if we knew that Higurashi's arcs were mostly did have single ending.
For Daresora as promised I'll try to write the premise here. The VN itself was written by ChronoBox writer, which as we knew were infamous for some twisted sex contents so obviously Sol Press can't add ChronoBox to Steam easily. That said, since Daresora itself managed to entering the Steam, perhaps the writer decided to make the sex content at the minimum there. Anyway from the first glance apparently we'll gonna have some sort of battle which involved some magic or something like that, although seeing that it's just a very recent release it would be hard to getting most of the info - at least we know that the MC will have a battle against a mysterious woman. As for me, seeing that it'll be a serial release I guess I'll just pass this for now despite the story itself have many potential. For the release date, it'll be at 14th later so let's see that whether Sol Press will managed to release Daresora at that date or not.
For this week we have big release with the name Shibuya Scramble, and it's definitely a big release seeing that it's lauded as Chunsoft's Magnum Opus back when it was released at Wii, simply because it got score 40/40 from Famitsu which is quite a prestigious achievement (Only a few games managed to get that score, and as far as VN concerned currently only Shibuya Scramble that managed to achieve that score). As for the premise, it was in regard of some characters were involved in the kidnapping case at Shibuya, and it's up to one detective to handling the case by saving the victim. I can't say more than that because it would be spoiler, but rest assure that the kidnapping case will spiraling into something else. This VN also have some unique feature, in which we'll going to have the photo as the background and the sprite was a real man, or to put it simply rather than anime style like almost all of the VNs in here we'll gonna have live action style. Also interesting to note that Type Moon also involved in here, and their contribution was writing one of mini scenario with the anime style there. Go get the VN if you're curious about this, and have fun. Also while this VN get 40/40 from Famitsu, it didn't mean that you should trust the hype because some people out there might be not interested with this or just find this overrated.
That's all for what I can write at this week, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (08/20/2018)
Foreword - Yeah you didn't see it wrong that we finally managed to get a proper VNTS at this week from the link, and as expected recently Decay was very busy in regard of Sanoba because of the deadline for the release (At October 26th later) so perhaps there'll be no VNTS at the next week. Regardless of that, good to see that we finally have a VNTS for this week. As for Decay's comment in regard of lukewarm reaction of the big announcements (AX and Otakon), personally I would be more happy if Mangagamer was the one who announced Sekai's announcements (Especially Majokoi and Harukuru) instead of what we have now. Anyway, here's this week VNTS Review and hope you'll enjoy this.
Since we have VNTS image header with Alice Bedford in which if we knew was the main heroine for Newton VN and the titular genderbent Isaac Newton at that, I'd just parodied the most well known Isaac Newton biography 'Never at Rest: The Biography of Isaac Newton' only that I change 'Isaac Newton' part into 'Alice Bedford' for a very obvious reason. As for this week, well we surely have some big announcements from the Other section but unfortunately not from the well known official company like Sekai and Mangagamer. Other than several official announcements, we also have some fan translation updates like usual. Let's see what I can write for this week as well.
Somehow I did miss this update since back at around AX, but still I would like to report this because at least it should better be late than never, or so that's the people would say. As for the belated update from mine here, it was in regard of Nocurnal Illusion Renewal in which right now it was at 71% edited. Other than the belated update, we also have Eustia was already reach the halfway mark (50.01%) along with 40.53% edited and 39.57% TLC-ed, Harugi's overall was at 13% translated with Tonoko's route was at 36% translated and Branch was at 24% translated, Loverable was at 83.49% TLC-ed and 39.62% edited, and Alka Translation did planned to release Summer Pockets at 26th later so if you want to see of how Summer Pockets translation looks like you may take a note to the date and try the patch later. If you've curious of how Shin Koihime Musou project was, as of now it's still ongoing so you didn't need to worry about that for now.
We also have a new project, although to tell the truth it's been there for a while and I'd ignore this though because it was quite questionable (Not the VN itself, but rather the priority order). The VN in question was Daitoshokan, or rather the side story of that. While I did like that we have another project, I would prefer if they wait until the main game translation was finished (Granted that it's been inactive for almost two years) or they the one who translated it. But then again, the side story was shorter compared to the main game, so perhaps it would be preferrable choice to translate (They already reach 70% translated progress). Good luck to the team there, even though it's quite unusual to take the side story first.
    Other
Back at 16th, we have a surprise that namely Hobibox decided to launching 18+ patch for Your Diary in which it did change my opinion that Hobibox was slightly better than Pulltop, because at least Hobibox did have 18+ patch for the released compared to Pulltop who insist to not localized the sexual contents. While it should lift the problem of no sex scenes, it did came with two problems though, namely that we need to pay 980 yen to download this at DMM which is controversial enough seeing that most people would think that the patch should be free, and more importantly the sex scenes translation was quite bad (ie MTL-ed) with the notable one was 'atsui' was translated as 'crispy' (Perhaps I should call the patch as Crispy patch), so you might confuse if you read sex scenes from the translated Your Diary lol (By the way the 'translated' version of Your Diary is probably +H with the H scenes cutted).
Just in case some of you angry about subpar translation update above, let's dilute the anger here by seeing the good news that we'll gonna have from Frontwing. Namely that they already have the exact release date for Island in which it's been teased to be released at last year AX, and now they announced the release date at their Twitter. Anyway if you'd been curious about the release date it'll be at 24th later, so keep an eye on that date if you've been waiting for Island VN release.
For the last update here, congratulation in regard of Newton VN release. As for the VN itself, it was quite historical because we know the real history is that Newton was actually is a tsundere blonde twin tail girl lol, and more seriously this is Sol Press very first release. From what I saw there, seeing that most of the translation staff was well known people in VN communities, I think there's shouldn't be any problem in regard of the bad translation unlike Your Diary+. As for the premise, well once again it was in regard of Newton who somehow turned out to be a little girl with name Alice Bedford was about to come up with the gravitation theory, only to have the MC (Shuji) who somehow managed to came with the time machine burned the apple tree which was the place where Newton came up with the gravitation theory idea. Obviously it'll lead to many time paradox, so it's up to Shuji to fix up his mistake to make sure that history would be in the right track. While the premise was wouldn't be out of place in another Steins Gate spin off, most of Newton VN was slice of life though (Admittedly with the ongoing plot) so don't expect something heavy from the VN itself. Have fun for playing Newton VN there if you already got it.
I think that's all for what I can write in regard of this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
  10. littleshogun
Foreword - Seeing that Decay did say that he'd quite busy with Sanoba with the release date getting closer, it's understandable that if he can't deliver VNTS for this week. So I decided to make a VNTS Review for this week like usual, and I hope that you'll enjoy this.
I bet that any user or lurker here who saw the title would recognize the title instantly, especially for No Game No Life (NGNL) fan. As for the title, I'd just simply do another seiyuu joke with one of Yukari Tamura's role here (Because we have Island release with her voiced the main heroine Rinne), and in this case it was back at when she did voiced a fantasy race member flügel (Jibril) back at NGNL. As for 'Sakura' other than it's so easy to came up with the name thanks to Winged Cloud, it's also in regard of the infamous Sakura Game (SG) in which they decided to 'work' on both well known VNs that were developed by almost bankrupt (Probably) companies - sorry to make that a bit personal here. Or if you want to be more detail it is in regard of Fortissimo, in which we have a character with the name Sakura. Anyway, other than SG unwanted announcements and Island release, we have some updates from both of fan translation and Nekonyan, along with Pulltop did show a bit of activity. With that done, let's see what I can write for this week as well.
As for SG, they did released Fortissimo and announced Midori no Umi. Since some people want those two VNs to be translated, this should be the good news. If the publisher was not Sakura Game who is quite infamous for machine translation that is, and there's also the matter that no word from them in regard of 18+ content so overall SG was quite bad in regard of handling the release. As for my opinion, while I did say that move on is the best choice, it's still quite unfortunate though that SG did 'localized' those two VNs because I took a bit interest of those two VNs, especially Midori no Umi in which I did like to heard the opening back at 2012 when there's no much translated VNs compared to nowadays. Oh well, it's not like there's less translated VNs to choose nowadays anyway, and hopefully someday some passionate fan would willingly to retranslate those two VNs.
From Mangagamer, while we still didn't have a batch of updates from them, at least we got the exact release date for Koropukkur in which it'll be at September 27th later. While to tell the truth I'm not quite interested with Koropukkur for now, if we follow Mangagamer pattern it's quite interesting seeing that usually they like to announced the next release after one of their VNs was released. So if they would following their usual pattern, perhaps we can get another new release for this year so I'm gonna wait and see their next release later. Of course for some people who've been waiting for Koropukkur, Mangagamer announcement should be the good news for them as well.
Before we're going with fan translation, there's some scattered updates at this week. Namely that JAST officially announced throught their Twitter that Kimikoi was indeed already finished the translation and they'd about to move onto editing and QC (Hopefully it'll be quick), Cyber Rebeat released by Sekai Project, and Neighbor was about to be released by the next week. Not quite interested with Cyber Rebeat for now, but nevertheless congratulation for the release though.
    Fan Translation
Well enough about SG here, and let's try to be more positive in regard of fan translation updates. Before going to usual updates, let me write that we actually already have Kami no Rhapsody translation project for a while here (I'll call it Rhapsody from now on). While this is another Eushully VN in which it's obviously it should be another good chance to see another translated Eushully VN, somehow I'm kind of have less interest compared to both of Amayui and Arterial seeing that compared to those two Rhapsody's gameplay was quite lacking. Still seeing that it's Eushully VN, of course I would still interested with this anyway and will play it later, and perhaps I might find Rhapsody is quite good. So if possible I would like to try keep my eyes on this even with the infrequent updates there, and good luck to the project there. As for the current update in regard of Rhapsody here, right now the translator already finished chapter 6 translation and about to move on to chapter 7, and also for more info he'll translated Lavirie's route first before going to Mistorie's route. Forgot to say that the translator also need people to do the TLC and edit the text, so feel free to contact the translator if some of you are willing to help. Good luck to the project, and I hope that the translator will finish this.
For the rest of the updates, we have Eustia was at 50.23% translated, Harugi's overall was at 14% translated with Branch was at a quarter translated (Also with 12% edited) along with Tonoko's route was at 45% translated, Pure Pure was at 81% translated with Tobaris' route was past a quarter (25.53%) translated, Loverable editing was finally reach 40% mark (40.18%) edited, Witch Garden was at 48% translated, and finally we have Watamasu progress after long time we didn't see that with the current progress was at 13%. We also have a progress from Daitoshokan side story, in which the translation was already finished and both of TLC and editing saw some good progress, so with that progress perhaps the time for the release is near. In regard of Summer Pocket, unfortunately the demo release for that was delayed because the team decided to do some translation checking before finally release it, and the new release date is quite close enough at 30th later (Coincidentally the same date as first Nekonyan's announcement). As for Summer Pocket progress, right now the translation is finished and the team about to do some QC and TLC here, so hopefully the release would be good.
For the last info, we also have Trip tweeted that he already finished with his own difficult test and from there he said that he'll continuing HatsuKoi work with him will continuing on re-TLC work at Runa's along with the translation of Yukino's append, and after that hopefully he'll be able to starting on Hoshiori after he finished with all of that. For now I just hope that he'll be able to finished with that and starting on Hoshiori, in which it's been his dream project for a while there so good luck to him.
    Other
We also have Moenovel/Pulltop announcement at this week, and looking from their usual pattern I'm sure that nobody will expect them to release the VN with sex content there. While their first release could compete with both of SG releases and Your Diary+ in term of infamy, at least they did show that they'll be able to improve so Pulltop here is slightly better compared to SG and Hobibox. Anyway, their next release was Konosora FD in which like usual FD it'll show some heroines after story and the new routes for side heroines. While releasing FD as all age VN is quite a questionable decision because FD is usually have a lot of sex scenes, actually it's not that strange though because we have Sharin FD was also available at console version as well, or Rewrite Harvest Fiesta if one want PC release. Besides, at least this time Pulltop did already port the FD to the console, so they should be able to do the backport to the PC (They still need to get over their no sex scene policy though). Let's just hope that they'll be able to get the decent translator for this, and like any FD I'm more or less just pass this announcement.
From Nekonyan, we have another announcement at their Twitter in which they'd say that they'll announced their two new announcement at 30th and 31st later. No idea of what kind of the VNs that will be announced, but some probable speculation here would be Aokana seeing that Sprite did tweet that Aokana was ready for overseas transplant or in more sensible word localized. While it would be interesting to see Aokana finally broke the curse, seeing that Sprite's tweet did use some unique choice of word to say that they'll gonna localized Aokana, there's a chance that Sprite might already made a deal with less trusted localization company such as Hobibox or SG, and the latter could be quite fitting seeing that Sprite did announced that they'd in pickle (Hopefully I'm wrong on this). Regardless of whether Nekonyan will announced Aokana or not, they'd say that one of those would be story VN so perhaps we can get some very interesting title, so for now let's just wait and see in regard of Nekonyan's announcements later. Announcement aside, we also have updates from Nekonyan in which Fureraba FD was at halfway translated, and Sanoba was at 80% for both of editing and TLC progress along with 35% QC-ed.
For the last update at this week, we have another big release in which it was came from Frontwing. The big release here is obviously Island, in which it's all age VN in the first place so you didn't need to worry about the censored contents for the Steam version unlike either Konosora FD, Midori no Umi, Fortissiomo, or Your Diary. Of course since this is all age VN, it fitted perfectly for Steam and it's obviously available on the Steam store as well. For the story, we got an amnesiac man (Setsuna) who is more or less didn't have a name until he find a girl (Rinne) who somehow managed to trigger a tiny bit of Setsuna's memory, and Rinne's decided to help Setsuna in regard of his quest to find out about his memories. While this VN at the first glance looks like normal moege, one must knew that Himawari's writer (Goo) was behind this so naturally this is one of long awaited VN, and if we can recall Himawari we should knew that we'll gonna have a lot of sci-fi. That said, like Himawari this VN might be too divisive for some people, so perhaps we need to be more open minded in regard of this. Anyway, go get Island if you've been waiting for this and have fun.
I think that's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

Foreword - No VNTS again, so time for another my own VNTS Review here. I hope that you'll enjoy my VNTS Review here, and once again I would hope that someday we'll gonna have VNTS as well.
Welcome to this week VNTS Review even though I'd write this on Wednesday here so I'm quite late for this, and seeing that we did have Mangagamer's Otakon announcements at last Saturday I'll comment about the announcement in this review as well. As for the title, I'm sure that some of us would recognize it as Esperanto language, but let's see what we updates that we have at this week beforehand (I'll explain the title in PS later). For this week, seeing that we have Otakon announcements from Mangagamer, I would say that this week is definitely a good one. Other than Otakon announcement, we also have sizeable updates from the fan translation section compared to the last week, and not so favorable news from Sekai as well. With that done, let's see what I can write for this week as well.
Yesterday we have surprising news from Sekai, which unfortunately is quite a bad one namely that Sekai fired off all of their marketing staff. While understandably they probably in dire need of money so they think that they should be able to do the marketing be themselves fine, unfortunately seeing the former CEO bad reputation I wouldn't be so sure if it's would be the good decision from Sekai or not. Anyway, it show that Sekai perhaps have some problem inside of the company itself so maybe some of the their partner would have doubt on Sekai. Enough my assumption here for now, and apparently Sekai did assure us that the projects will do fine for now so there's that. Now that Sekai did have some scandal here, they also list off some of their ongoing project at their site here, and out of all those updates the only thing that shown some clarity was Rewrite with the retranslation progress was at 35% (To me it's redundant project though). Let's just hoping that everything will work out somehow, especially for the projects that wasn't listed at the post (ie Majokoi, Harukuru, and Baldr Sky).
We did have Your Diary+ release back at last Friday on Steam. While the graphic for Your Diary itself is looking good, unfortunately the translation for that is pretty awful and there's no H scenes for that. As for my opinion here, I can try to tolerate the translation there but lack of H scenes will surely wouldn't do much favor to the people there. Oh and as for the translation, according to Pabloc back at VNDB it's worse than Konosora initial translation and for the note Pabloc himself was the one who retranslated Konosora, so if I may say here it would be need more than five years if one want to retranslate Your Diary (Konosora retranslation need almost five years to be finished). As for the removal of H scenes, while we knew that there's console version of this, Hobibox still don't have the excuse to only released all age version without 18+ patch because in Japan we also have Your Diary+ that was have the H scenes as well, and more importantly Hobibox could do it like the publisher nowadays (Did they didn't know either Fakku or Mangagamer?). In the end, I guess it;s a shame that we did get not so good release of Your Diary, considering that I find that the graphic itselves were quite nice to see.
    Fan Translation
A week after starting the project, the translator for Summer Pocket did have a plan to release the trial patch for that at 26th later. While obviously it wouldn't cover the translation up to the endings, at least it should be enough if we want to see of what kind of the translation that Summer Pockets will have. For the VN itself, I'll try to talk more about it later but let's just said that it's more or less could be treated as a tribute to KEY's past VNs with many similar plot points. As for Summer Pocket's progress, the common route translated line count was at 2,810 lines while for others 1,446 lines were translated, bring the total translated lines was at 4,256 lines (Out of 111,484 lines, so the percentage for translated lines of Summer Pockets was at 3.81% translated).
Other than Summer Pockets, we have Pure Pure was at 80.25% translated with Hibari's route was at 20.56% roughly translated, 264 out of 268 lines from Oreimo Tsuzuki were finalized, Eustia was at 49.76% translated along with 40.06% edited and 39.08% TLC-ed, and Harugi's was at 12% translated for the overall progress with Tonoko's route was at 31% translated along with Branch was at 23% translated (With additional progress was at 8% edited). We also have a word from Musumaker project in which apparently they already finished with the engine issue for inserting the text, so at least from there hopefully it should be easier if we talk about Musumaker engine work (Also interesting to note that the team will remove the mosaic for Musumaker). From Loverable, the translator himself say that the team will revised the translated scripts from the start and they'll remove the honorific from the translation later, so let's wait for the further news here. As for the current progress for Loverable, right now it was at 82.33% TLC-ed. I think that's all for the updates in regard of fan translation, and obviously we didn't have Otakon announcement for this section lol.
    Mangagamer
Before going to Otakon announcements from them, let me say congratulation for the release of short nukige Sweet Switch back at last Thursday. And of course seeing that Mangagamer like to announced the exact date for their next release after the current release for most of the time, this time obviously Mangagamer did announce the exact date for the next release. As for the next release in question, it is Tsui Yuri in which it'll be released at September 6th later. So congratulation of mod Dergonu in regard of the release here, and if you've been waiting Tusi Yuri for more than two years, take a note of the release date.
The first announcement from Mangagamer Otakon panel is shoujo ai VN Kotonoha Amrilato, which I'll like to call it Amrilato from now on. As for the premise, it was in regard of a girl (Rin) who mysteriously transferred to the another world where the sky that did have the eternal sunset color. After that, Rin obviously want to know what was happened and from there she met another girl (Ruka), in which the usual trope that everyone spoke Japanese even in another world didn't happen because Ruka only understand Japanese a tiny bit with her dominant language was the unknown language (Juliamo). Obviously with that circumstance both Rin and Ruka wouldn't be able to communicate very well, and of course the only solution is that Rin learn Juliamo. What make this VN unique is not the isekai premise, but rather Amrilato allow us to learn Juliamo language along with Rin in order to understand the world by ourself. While Juliamo language here is a fictive one, actually it was based on a real language called Esperanto in which some of the word in Juliamo should be familiar if one been learning Esperanto. I'll hope that the translator able to translate this properly, because it would be hard if one want to translate this properly if we'd looking from learning the foreign language aspect.
The second announcement is otome 18+ VN from Kalmia8 Horny Magical Princess (Or I'll call it Sukehime from now on, with 'suke' was shortened from 'sukebe' which mean pervert). The premise is that we have a cute alien came to the Earth in order to search for her husband, and after landing on the Earth she found two handsome virgin men who the alien think was good enough to be the alien husband candidates (Forget to said that since the alien spoke Japanese as well, there wouldn't be major communication problem between her and two handsome men just like Amrilato lol). Even though it's 18+ otome which in theory is interesting enough, unfortunately this is the least interesting announcements to me for now. But if you've been take a liking to Boukaku from the same developer, this should be an interesting announcement to you. Oh, and the alien girl herself (The MC for this VN) is far more cheerful compared to Boukaku's MC. Almost forget to say that the translator already translated 4% of it according to her Twitter here.
Their third announcement was surely came off as a surprise, considering that the company in question was already bankrupt. But seeing that I'd been wish the announcement since last year Otakon, the surprise is quite good to me here. As for the third announcement, it was Haretaka in which it was dubbed as the best Chuablesoft VN. The premise is more or less just like MoeNovel sky themed VNs though (Konosora and Miagete, but instead of glider or telescope we'll gonna have rocket here), but at least we knew that this is gonna be better release compared to MoeNovel one because the mere fact that Mangagamer will release it uncensored (ie include the H scenes). As for the progress right now it's been already fully translated and edited, so perhaps we'll gonna have Haretaka did the beta testing in near future. Anyway, while I did say that it's surprising that Mangagamer did announce Chuablesoft title in which as we know is a bankrupt company, Mangagamer did answer that they already have a talk with the new license owner for Chuablesoft, which automatically mean that they should already cleared the license problem for Suki Suki as well. Seeing that Suki Suki was still in beta testing, I hope that it'll be finished in the near future and after that they'll release it. Forget to say that actually it's not a new thing though that a work from bankrupt company released overseas, because in the past we have the examples of that from JAST (Romanesque and more recently Schatten).
The fourth announcement from them was another Alice Soft VN, and this time it's Escalayer in which we'll gonna have a magical girl going to fight of the evil organization to defend the peace of the town. While the premise is absolutely cliche with the same pattern as Haruka as well (Both Escalayer and Haruka did share the exact same gameplay with slight difference), this VN was obviously Quof's next project because Haruka is more or less a nukige (Interesting to see that this is the second time that Arunaru didn't involved himself in Alice Soft VN), and therefore Escalayer should be the nukige as well. While it might be a nukige here, actually it could be treated as the gameplay VN with merely had high sexual content because the sex in Escalayer (And Haruka) did improve the character status so the sex here is quite necessary. In the end, whether you want to call this a nukige or not is up to each people. As for the difference and the similarities with Haruka, I'll write about that later on.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
PS - As for the title, it should be obvious that it was an Esperanto language. Which in this case of the title, I simply translate the localized title for Haretaka (Farther Than the Blue Sky) into the Esperanto here.

Foreword - No VNTS for this week (I understand though if both of admin Tay and Decay here were really busy), so here's another VNTS Review from mine here. Hope that you'll enjoy this VNTS Review here.
Well it's already at Thursday here in which it's obviously was already in the middle of the week so it's kind of belated here, but I guess it would be better late than never here so welcome to this week VNTS Review. Anyway as for the title for this week, since we have Nekopara Extra release at the last week I decided to just parodied it to 'Little Lost Catgirl', in which the 'Little Lost' part was came from a very obscure OELVN that was also available in Spanish here, and as for the 'Catgirl' part I think it should obvious where it was came from. As for this week, at least it's been slightly livelier now that we got Mangagamer did monthly updates here and a bunch of that. Let's see what I can write for this week as well.
In regard of Sekai, first of all turned out that I was mistaken in regard of My Girlfriend is the Mermaid was console only, because turned out that Sekai will also release that for Steam (ie PC) as well. Although it's not like I find this VN interesting anyway, but perhaps some people out there would say otherwise - by the way I'm more interested with the fact that Nagisa and Kaede (Assasination Classroom) seiyuu participate in this VN rather than the VN itself lol. Other than my erratum in regard of My Girlfriend is a Mermaid, no much progress from Sekai other than they suddenly show their activity again in regard of Bokukotsu with the new round of QA was starting. I think that's all in regard of Sekai's update at this week.
Yesterday we have surprise update from Sol Press that we'll gonna have Newton VN released at August 15th later, in which while normally this should be the good news I kind of having some doubt over that seeing that Sol Press here were already delayed their release repeatedly. But if they already determined to release Newton VN at that date, it should be good enough for them and I just hope that the release will be going well for them. Other than Newton VN exact release date announcement, we also have Cherry Kiss managed to translated one third of their elf nukige, and from NekoNyan we have Sanoba was at 70% for both of TLC and editing progress along with 30% QC-ed.
As for fan translation, for most of the updates at this week we got some updates here. For the roundup, we have Eustia was at 49.5% translated and 39.57% edited along with 38.39% TLC-ed, Pure Pure was at 78.36% translated with new route (Tobari's) was at 9.35% roughly translated, Harugi's overall was at 11% translated with Branch show some serious progress here with the current progress was at 20% along with Tonoko's route was at 21% translated, Shin Koihime Musou was at 96% translated, and Witch Garden was at 47% translated. Other than the updates, we surprising have a new project with the goal to translate Summer Pockets, and from what I see the leader was the user who've been trying to set up the recruitment thread here only to be met with skepticism. While I admit that I was the one who is quite skeptic with the project and the engine, it's not like that the user shouldn't be allowed to translate it in the first place so what I can say is that good luck to the project, even though the line count itselves were quite alot. For the record Summer Pockets total lines were at over 110,000 lines and so far it's only ~2,200 of that were translated, and it will take longer time if we consider editing and QC progress.
Once again we have a bunch of updates from Mangagamer here which of course was always good, although too bad though that they decided to do it monthly instead of doing it biweekly like the old time. As for the roundup in regard of Mangagamer update, we have Trinoline was past three quarter (76%) edited, Sona Nyl was past halfway (55%) translated, Rance Quest was at 87% edited, Rance IX was fully translated, Amatarasu was at 88% translated along with 58% translated, Maggot Bait was at 93% translated and 45% edited, Kyonyuu Fantasy 2 was at 93% translated, and Lilycle was both fully translated and edited. What I can say in regard of the roundup is that I like that we have good progress from Sona Nyl there. Also Mangagamer did tease us with four announcements for Otakon later, with one of those was from the new partner. While we obviously still won't know what their announcements are, at least we knew that the most probable announcement would be Sakura Mori no Dreamer, although the chance of that to be happening is still quite uncertain though even with the hint tell us that - I wouldn't be so sure until Mangagamer announced that by themselves. For the last word in regard of Mangagamer, I'll look forward to their Otakon later.
I think that's all for this week even though it's a belated one, and see you at next VNTS Review (I hope that I can write that earlier).
  13. littleshogun
Foreword - Because as of now we still didn't have VNTS again (Although Decay apparently promised will prepare one later), I decided to create another VNTS Review without the VNTS itself. I hope that you'll enjoy my review here.
As for the title, because we have both of Tsumihoroboshi release and Hapymaher exact release date announced here, I decided to made the title based on those two VNs. For more info, in Hapymaher we'll gonna have MC who has constant lucid dream, and as for Tsumihoroboshi is in regard of Higurashi in which like I said earlier is full of conspiracies. Therefore we have 'The Lucid Conspiracies' as VNTS Review title for this week, and funny enough there's a blog with the name Lucid Conspiracy. It should be obvious that I won't cover the blog contents here, so let's move on to the main topic here. As for this week, I like that we already have Hapymaher exact release date. Also as expected we have Mangagamer monthly update which is good in case some people was keep an eye on Sona-Nyl or Amatarasu. Other than Mangagamer updates, we also still have some updates from fan translation, Sol Press, and Sekai as well so more or less it's just normal week for those three. Let's see what I can write for this week as well.
From Sol Press, not much that I could write here other than Newton VN was finished the QA, and Yotsunoha translation was almost finished with 95% translated (Along with 87% edited). That said Sol Press here definitely need to change the release estimation for Newton VN, because they still listed it as early this month and I'm sure that right now we about to enter last third of June ie no early month anymore.
Sekai's 4th secret project was at 95% translated, and I'm sure that nobody know what's their secret project is so they can only speculate as of now. The only way of knowing the project is just waiting for Sekai to tell us, so in the end it's just the matter of waiting. Speaking about waiting, they also need to waiting for the third party in regard of Nanairo as well so anyone who wait for Nanairo will need to wait for a while (Including me). If anything, at least they already have Nanairo in QA so perhaps the release would be happen in near future (Maybe).
    Fan Translation
As of this week we have Eustia was at 46.26% translated and 34.36% edited, and what I can comment is that it's good that at least it looks stable looking from the usual weekly progress. There's still some progress from Shin Koihime Musou as well, but as long as the percentage didn't change I wouldn't report the progress here (The line count itself is quite big with 102,893 lines), and for the record the current progress is 30,230 lines were already edited.
Other than those two above, we have Harugi with the translation progress for both of main school and branch school common route was coming along at the same time, but before going to the progress since this'll be gonna confusing if I didn't make a term for Harugi branching here I'll try to explain about Harugi's structure first. For the explanation, actually Harugi's setting here have two prominent school here and our MC will have involved with teaching at the two schools (Forgot to say that the MC himself is the teacher). Also from what I read, each branch did have their own heroines. So from now on if we talk about main school common route I'll use term 'Main', and for branch school common route I'll use 'Branch'. My very uncreative terms aside, the progress right now is that Main was at 11% translated and Branch was at 10% translated along with 3% TLC-ed. Also as for the prologue itself right now it was already fully TLC-ed and 67% edited.
    Mangagamer
As for Mangagamer, congratulation for both of Tsumihoroboshi release and Hapymaher exact release date announcement in which it'll be at July 12th later. I think we should already knew what Tsumihoroboshi is, and it is Chapter 6 of Higurashi in case you need the reminder. While I'm more or less already guessed that they gonna announced Hapymaher release date along with Tsumihoroboshi release, I'm still hapy (Pun was intended, sorry) that we finally get it because I'm already accepted if they'll going to release Hapymaher at 2020. Other than that, if some of you want Mangagamer's version of Umineko hardcopy edition then be glad because they'll also announced the release date for that as well, in which it'll be released at the same date as Hapymaher release. As for Umineko hardcopy, it's more or less just redundant to me but at least I can say that if JAST was stubbornly want to keep releasing the hardcopy then they can take some page from Mangagamer here.
As expected, right now they did announced their monthly updates, so let's do the roundup for that. For the updates, we have Tsui Yuri is currently in the testing so it probably mean that it'll be released in the near future, Sona-Nyl was at 47% translated, Trinoline was fully translated and 69% edited, Maggot Bait was at 86.5% translated and 42% edited, Steam Prison was almost completed both of translating and editing process with the progress for both was at 98%, Amatarasu was at 86% translated and 33% edited, Kyonyuu Fantasy 2 was at 63.5% translated and 625 edited, and Rance Quest was fully translated along with 84% edited. As for Rance Quest, while I admit that I look forward to this back at Otakon announcement, now that we already have very epic Rance X I wouldn't sure if I would have same interest like back at the announcement, and moreso if we knew that Evenicle did finished the story with one installment while Rance need 10 installments. For the last updates, Mangagamer will bring three announcements at AX later with two of those from new partners, and for now I can't comment much on this other than I hope the announcements it'll be interesting.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
  14. littleshogun
Foreword - No VNTS yet again, so perhaps both of admin Tay and Decay were really swamped by the real life matter - what I know is that if one of them want to make VNTS, there'll be a lot of updates to be catch up. So once again I decided to made another VNTS Review here, I hope you'll enjoy this time review, albeit by the time I wrote this it's been already in the middle of the week.
For this week title, I decided to just use very obvious parody of Love Live, or more specifically Love Live Sunshine because we have OELVN Shining Song Starnova release. Also if you noticed the title here, I use 'Sunrider' to change the 'Sunshine' part because from what I saw at the LP of Starnova I felt that the soundtrack when the rival idol group QUASAR have appear was more fitting to be a leitmotif of evil space empire, and we surely know that Sunrider here did have some of that because it was space opera VN - for the reminder here, Starnova was came from the group with name Love in Space who also the one behind Sunrider. Another reason of why I parodies Love Live Sunshine was because both of Starnova and Love Live here was focused on the idol group, although Starnova did only have seven members though compared to nine members of Aquors (Love Live Sunshine idol group).
After my rambling on Starnova and Aquors comparison here, welcome to this week VNTS Review in which to be honest this week was quite bluntly a dry one other than the controversy like Your Diary+. But still even though it's been a dry week, at least we still have some updates here just like usual weeks. Other than the updates, we have Sekai managed to have two releases along with Frontwing released Phantom Trigger Volume 5. So let's see what I can write for this week as well.
From fan translation here, no much notable update here but at least we still have both of Harugi and Eustia ongoing. For Eustia right now the overall translation progress was at 49.35% translated along with 38.63% edited, while for Harugi we have both of Tonoko's route and Branch was at 11% translated (The latter also was at 5% edited) along with Main was at 6% edited. Other than those two, we have Witch Garden was at 47% translated, Loverable was at 81.74% TLC-ed, and we also have Taraimawashi patch (One of new arc from Higurashi) released here - of course it mean that Taraimawashi had already been completely translated and edited. That's all for fan translation section here.
Apparently in regard of Schatten we'd have JAST somehow managed to keep their censorship at that VN remained in secret, at least until 4chan found out about that. While to tell the truth the censorship was only censored one scenes which admittedly could be quite problematic in some countries - it was a backstory for one of the heroine who got raped in her childhood, it still would be better though if JAST tell the people about the censorship before the release. In the end, I guess the damage was already done and apparently the blunder this time was so severe that even some people who insisted to support JAST despite the shortcomings were got disappointed, and so far there's no response from JAST other than they apologized for the mess. To close JAST section here with the positive news, according to Kimikoi translator tweet here she was already finished with the translation (Along with the retranslation of Sweet Pool), although as for the release timeline we surely couldn't know about that yet.
    Other
No much comment that I can comment on Your Diary+ other than it will be released at 10th later on Steam, and the translation itself is quite clearly messed up. Although my concern was more in regard of the H scenes though, in which it's a shame that Hobibox decided to port no H version to Steam. Granted that Steam was recently been tightening the control in regard of the game with sexual contents, but at least they can still use the store outside Steam for 18+ release of Your Diary. Also this time they didn't have the reason to censored the release of 18+ version like Eien no Aselia in the past, because they should be able to do that now that we have both of 18+ version and all age version available. Too bad that the release would be a mess there, because both of the graphic and the casts of Your Diary are looks interesting.
From Frontwing we got Phantom Trigger volume 5 release, and since the staff himself (FredtheBarber) suggested that by attaching the label Grisaia it mean the disservice to Phantom Trigger itselves, perhaps it would be better if we treat Phantom Trigger as their own (Albeit with same setting at Grisaia). While more or less I'm disagree with chapter based release here, seeing that developing one epic VN like that would more than likely need more time and a lot of work, perhaps it was necessary that Frontwing did the releases in chapter based. Anyway, as the premise we have our pink haired childhood friend ninja Ikoma Murasaki have a spotlight in regard of the clash with her sister, and from there we'll probably could know more about her presumably dark past along with Haruto's past. Even though I still didn't read this yet (Maybe I'll consider to read Phantom Trigger if I have time), it's easy to assume that Phantom Trigger story isn't over yet so perhaps Frontwing would make at the very least two more volumes that both explained Haruto's past in more detail and the finale. Anyway get the VN at the Steam store here if you'd interested and have fun. For side note here, personally I hope that Frontwing will release Island by the end of August, although there's still no detail from them yet though.
    Sekai Project
Apparently the censorship mess in Maitetsu was caused by Lose request to Sekai in regard of censoring bath CG by using towel. No comment about this for now other than at least Lose still didn't go Pulltop yet for the overseas release, because we still can read the H scenes despite the doubt that was happened back when Maitetsu announced (Granted the censorship happened outside of the H scenes though). In the end, I guess I'll just leave it to Sekai how to handle those blunder there while the fan keep making the demosaic patch for Maitetsu, although personally I didn't care much in regard of mosaic here.
For the releases from Sekai, we have both of Starnova and Nekopara Extra. As for Nekopara Extra, I guess more or less it's just another Nekopara so you should know what to expect there. That said, apparently we'll gonna see of how both of Chocola and Vanilla were adopted into the family, so if you want to know more about the catgirls past I guess you should be interested with the title (Or just want to see more Nekopara there) - no sex scenes for this title by the way because both of Chocola and Vanilla were still in their childhood appearance wise.
About Starnova, like I say it's more or less an idol group VN with some idol facing the hardship before finally find their shine, just like Idolmaster or Love Live (Especially the former with the producer as the player POV here). From the first glance, it should be interesting if you've been looking forward into idol VN in which it's surprisingly rare that we can have a VN like this in English. For more info this VN was also released at Mangagamer OELVN week, so you should be able to purchase this from Mangagamer as well. For more interesting info, this VN was also did have Japanese seiyuu voicing the characters in which it could be expensive seeing that some of the cast were quite experienced in voicing eroge (Forget to say that Starnova here is an eroge as well), especially if we remember Sunrider 3 case. What I can say is that one of the OST here is quite uncanny, and that OST is QUASAR theme which could be fit in space opera as evil space empire (No surprising considering that Sunrider also have evil space empire). Have fun if you've been interested with Starnova, although I'm more or less just less interested with this compared to back at the announcement.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and I hope that someday we'll gonna have another proper VNTS there. See you next week, or maybe next VNTS Review.
  15. littleshogun
Foreword - No VNTS at this week again (Maybe both of Tay and Decay here were indeed very busy, especially the latter because of work at Sanoba), so once again I decided to make another VNTS Review here. I hope that we'll have proper VNTS at the next week, and I'm also hope that you'll enjoy my VNTS Review at this week.
Since we have JAST released yet another Flowers VN, this time I'll combined both of 'Flowers' and 'Natsuyume Nagisa' into 'Natsuyume Flowers' because this time we finally managed to have Flowers summer release late as it is and Natsuyume Nagisa VN as a part of Season VNs from Saga Planet here was represent summer. For more rambling here, I decided to combined each of Season Series VNs from Saga Planets with 'Flowers' so each of Season VN will have 'Flowers' as the VNTS Review title, and I already did that for the spring VN as Coming x Flowers for my VNTS Review back at 2016. Which telling that it need almost two years for JAST to release each of Flowers tetralogy part, so perhaps it would be better to expect Flowers autumn would be out at 2020. My rambling aside, welcome to this week VNTS Review in which we finally managed to get JAST released two quite good VNs after almost two years here. Other than JAST, we have some updates from fan translation and and some companies. So let's see what I can write for this.
For the first update here, Sol Press did already started to do the QC with Yotsunoha here so perhaps they almost ready for the release. That said, seeing that they already delayed their release in the past several times, I just hope that whenever they announced something they just announced the release date as TBA before finally confident and certain about the date, so the fans would be even more willing to wait and it would be easier to Sol Press now that they didn't need to apologize every time the work there is find some obstacle. We also had Cherry Kiss picked another nukige with elf or something like that, and apparently there would be a devil and an angel joining the sex. Good for anyone who like to have elf, angel, and devil in nukige I guess. Not my interest, so whatever. For the last update here, we got Sanoba was fully translated along with the editing and TLC progress were both at 45%, and it was at a quarter QC-ed. While some people might argue that the speed of translation might be less than optimal for the translation here, I would say that it will be alright because we got Decay as the editor so at least I won't need to worry about Sanoba translation here.
For fan translation, we got Eustia was at 48.41% translated along with the editing and TLC progress was at 37.63%, 263 out of 268 of Oreimo's scripts were being finalized, and from Harugi we have a bit of eventful updates here so I'll write it separately. For the current progress, right now Ittaku was finished with Main and moving on to one of Main's heroine (Tonoko) with the current progress was at 4% translated, and so far there's still not progress on Branch yet but perhaps the other translator was quite busy as of now. Also for additional update here the prologue was at 98% edited so the time for prologue patch is almost close, and for overall translation progress right now Harugi was at 8% translated. Almost forgot that Quof there was attempted to restart his LxC 2 translation according to his blogpost, with the current condition that he need to edit a lot of image on top of being swamped by five projects including this as of now. I would guess that the first project would be Rance X, seeing that it got a big number of lines and it was one of Mangagamer announcement - so I think we don't have many other choice other than waiting in regard of LxC 2. That's all for fan translation.
About time that JAST release Flowers summer here, although they've been late though from their initial promise in which it would be at winter 2018, but at least they'd on time for Australian winter release lol and fittingly on time for summer release. As for the premise, more or less our MC from previous Flowers Suou take a seatback after the heartbreaking events that happened back at the end of first Flowers, and this time the spotlight goes to the snarky wheel chaired girl who we knew as Erika for the protagonist. From there, we'll gonna follow Erika of how she'll be able to met with her amitie in which if we recall is some sort of close friendship system at Flowers, and if we knew Marimite we surely know that any close friends in Catholic schools can have a big amount of shoujo ai and Flowers here is no exception. So yeah more or less we'll gonna watch yet another shoujo ai love story with Erika here, with her ongoing quest to helping Suou. Go get Flowers summer and have fun, and while at it we can hope that JAST will took less time to work on Flowers autumn or at the latest released it by 2020.
We also have Trample on Schatten release, in which it's been stuffed for six years since the announcement back at 2012 before finally being released here. The promise here is we had Aisaku (Our MC) did meet a girl who is quite arrogant at a first glance (Keziah), and naturally their meeting resulted in some fighting. One day, Aisaku encountered a mysterious hostile creature, and before he passed out he saw a figure like Keziah who wear a Saber-like battle suit and thought it was only a dream. Turned out it was real because after Aikasu wake up after three weeks in comma he met with Keziah again, and Keziah transform into the hero who Aisaku met before passed out. From there both of Aisaku and Keziah decided to fight the creature which known as Schatten. As for Keziah herself, yeah she was like Saber costume wise and coincidentally some elements were also resembled Princess Waltz (Saber-like main heroine and mahou shoujo heroine). From what I saw, I can say that more less it's a chuunige with superhero so if you like Kamen Rider than feel free to play this. Also I would say that Doddler did a good job to porting it to the Unity engine because the original Schatten did have very different interface, although unfortunately it did have some effect to the older PC though. Have fun playing if you've been interested into this.
Other than Flowers summer and Schatten, we also have JAST announced Slow Damage in which apparently it's just dark yaoi VN that still not even developed by Nitro Chiral yet. Not interesting to me, but at least it should be good if you've been following Nitro Chiral for a while (It would be nice though if JAST announced something like Tokyo Necro for newer Nitroplus VN).
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (08/20/2016)
This week title, since we had Flowers sudden release from JAST and Flowers itself will be planned as tetralogy and will be based on the season, I decided to combine the first game from Season game series (Natsuyume Nagisa and Hatsuyuki Sakura) of Niijima Yuu and Saga Planet fame (Coming x Humming!!) and Flower here (Also first Flower was in spring season for the timeline here). The reason I chose Coming for the first half part because there's a Japanese children song called 'Haru ga Kita' or for the translation 'Spring has Come'. The Coming part from 'Coming x Humming' was probably from the children song that mentioned beforehand.
As for Flowers release it was quite sudden here, and from some posts that I'd read in the thread I think the translation was quite good enough so that at least there's no much complain compared to last time when there's many uproar in regard of the flawed translation (Personally I didn't care about the translation, but that's just me). For now I'm still not playing Flowers yet, but I knew that for anime fan they got Kaori Nazuka (Nunnally from Code Geass) and Sakura Ayane (Nao Tomori from Charlotte. Also Jun Maeda favorite seiyuu according to some news) there as the seiyuu. Okay, back to usual business here, my VNTS Review (Interesting that Decay and Tay didn't had comment here, or maybe it's still too early). Also since it's already late for this time I'll just do some roundup here without section, and since I'd state about Flowers release might as well add more JAST progress here (Katahane remake was had editing for original translation ongoing and right now they also translating new scenario (No exact number here), and Princess X was 85% translated)
For Sekai, there's still no project that announced from AX that added to their translation progress here other than they only had progresses for 3 projects here. These 3 projects were Maitetsu (22.49% translated), Chrono Clock (30.1% translated, at least they continuing this even after Purple Software partnering with Mangagamer), and Tenshin Rahman (37.69% translated). Well, they at least gave stable update for their project with good production value there (Seiyuu and opening song was the factor I said that). That's all for Sekai, and maybe the shakeup in Sekai was more damaging than I thought here (Or maybe not much damaging).
Tsui Yuri, the editing progress was at 68% and just a hour ago Dergonu state that they'll joined Luna Translation there. Speaking about Luna Translation here, I'd sorry to said that Hanasaki project dropped after some C&D there (And that was after some drama about Hanasaki not too long ago here). About C&D thing, what I could comment for now is that some VN Translation project received that. Oh, and of course we had another progress from here, and right now we had some Majokoi progress (Too much number here by the way, and for the progress we had 34.2% translated, 18.8% edited, 11.1% TLC, 14% proofread, and 10.7% QC). And for the least but certainly not the least, we had Bishoujo Mangekyou at 46.5% edited and 25.5% QC. I think that's all for fan translation progress, and for this week we had an established project with goal to translated Fortune Arterial there. If some of you read this and want to help, they need some TLC and you could post about help at that thread (Fortune Arterial Translation Project) if you had confidence in Japan to do some TLC.
For Mangagamer, this week they definitely had so many progress here, but too bad there's still no progress for Hapymaher and Sona-Nyl yet. For the progress, first of all they had Kuroinu (95% translated), Suki Suki (71% translated) and Imopara 2 (63% translated and 42.5% edited) some progress. They also had Fata Morgana fandisc at 31% translated and Himatsubushi both fully translated and edited (No surprise here, since Himaitsubushi was shortest chapter in Higurashi, and by the way about Tatarigoroshi mod they still hadn't graphic patch yet). Both of announced Rance series was also fully edited and translated here (I'm more surprised if they show Rance VI progress at picked up or low translation percentage there, considering that Arunaru already translated 88% of it before he was hired by Mangagamer). For more info, 5D was in scripting and VI was in image editing.
Speaking about translating before the announcement, we also had Nyuu Jene and Sorcery Joker which apparently already had some progress before Otakon (91% translated and edited for Nyuu Jene, and 33% translated and 22% edited for Sorcery Joker). For more update, we had Hadaka Shitsuji at 22% retranslated (I said this because we already had translation in the past, and I don't care too much anyway) and Boukaku 7.5% translated and edited. For last 2 updates, we had Pygmalion at 60% edited (At least they managed to prove that they not necessarily had 8% edited for each update here ie 2 weeks) and Himawari was almost finishing beta testing. Oh, and for Da Capo 3 right now they do their best for preparing the demo (And the engine work still continuing there).
Oh, and this week Libra didn't had any translation progress, but they already prepared for the pre-order here, which hopefully they could deliver Libra at December (Although from the progress I kind of had slight doubt here).
That's all for my VNTS Review, and see you next week.
PS - Forgot to comment that we got both of Steins Gate and Dies Irae going to Steam. My comment about Dies Irae here would be let's see if it will be the truth or not, but for Steins Gate I think I could only comment that it was already obsolete because Steins Gate was already well known and discussed to the death at many forum (Although if this release was going to made Chaos Child or other 5pb games in Steam, maybe Steins Gate on Steam releaese was not so obsolete there).
Edit - There's many update from Luna Translation other than Majokoi. Hanasaki once again dropped because of C&D issued by Saga Planet (Guess we better called Saga Planet was the new generation 'cursed' project after both of Yuzusoft and August free of that ie Saga Planet VN will be never translated for now at least). For Kanobito, once again Mitch already gathered his team and for the progress right now they had 45 scripts translated, 18 scripts finished TLC, and 1 script edited. About Witch Garden, basically right now they managed to had more than halfway common route finished TLC here although for now there's no progress in the translation though. That's all for the edit now.
Edit 2 - For Clover Days, our Ittaku had twins (Hekiru and Hikaru) route was at halfway (50%) translated.
  17. littleshogun
Foreword - It appear that there's no VNTS for this week again perhaps because both of Decay and admin Tay were busy, so I decided to make another review here without VNTS itself. I hope that by the next week we'll have a VNTS at Fuwanovel main page.
Since we have Fata Morgana fandisc release and the main story of the fandisc is an event from the past just like both of Meikyuu and Sharin, I decided to just use the subtitle for Grisaia no Meikyuu here for the review so we have 'Fata Morgana no Meikyuu' for this week title. Which somehow could be more fitting if we consider that Fata Morgana story was starting from somewhere in French, and as we know Frontwing always using French subtitle for Grisaia trilogy there. As for this week, while the fan translation side here is quite lacking in addition with one of the project was officially localized, in turn we have a lot of Mangagamer announcements from both of their ACEN and usual monthly announcements, so I think it's somehow balanced at this week. That said other than Fata Morgana fandisc, there's no other major release for this week. Let's see what I can write for this week as well.
In regard of Tsundere Idol nukige, we go the exact date for the release in which it'll be at 28th later. While we should expect that they'll gonna release the 18+ patch for the Steam version, it's quite interesting though seeing that it's still managed to get the approval despite the controversy in regard of Steam attempt to take down some VNs at their store, and for the note all of the game that was about to be taken down is have some sex content. So when Tsundere Idol here manage to pass the test, I'm wonder if it'll have 18+ patch for Steam release as well considering that Steam apparently also banned 18+ patch as well. Of course we also gonna get 18+ version as well, so you don't need to worry whether the sex scenes would be cut or not. Other than Tsundere Idol exact release date announcement, we also have Newton VN both of fully translated and edited. With the translation process done, all what's left is that Sol Press need some Steam review before allowed to sell it at the Steam store. In wake of waiting for the Steam approval, unfortunately it's causing the release to be delayed to early June later. I just hope that the release would be going to be successful later.
From fan translation we got Eustia was at 43.46% translated along with both of TLC and editing was at 32.35%, Shin Koihime Musou was at 94% translated, and Pure Pure was at 73.47% translated with Hinata's route was at 85.21% translated. Usual updates aside, we also have surprise in form of Amayui prologue patch. As for my comment about this, apparently the group behind this is the one who responsible for some interface patch of Eushully VNs, and most importantly the group is not Nekohen in which is quite infamous with them machine translated Eushully VNs. That said even though the result of dialogue patch might not be satisfying for some people, personally I would like to keep my eyes close on this project if possible, and hopefully we'll have fully translated dialogue patch from Amayui.
We have Sekai's announcements at AX as well, and let's just said that only Sumire interest me a bit because of the graphic. For the info, the premise of Sumire is one MC who is always play galge online, only to have his relationship in real life with his online friend is a bit awkward before finally try to open up. While on paper the premise is sounding good, unfortunately from the reviews what I saw it's quite mixed to say the least so I kind of hesitate to play it later (The EGS score of Sumire is quite good though). For one more info, the creator of Sumire was also the one behind Narcissu and one of Sumire's character is also a character from Narcissu Sumire, so it's only inevtable that Sekai will localized this because it's from one group. There's also My GF is a Mermaid VN as well in which the title itself is obviously resembled Osadai localized title. What I knew is that this is a Korean VN that was only available for Switch, so I'm not quite interested with this. In regard of Bokukotsu, Sekai still waiting for Chinese script integration and Steam content, but at least Sekai tried to have it's released at this year, so let's just wait and see.
    Mangagamer
As for Mangagamer, most of this week announcement is come from them. But first of all let me say congratulation to mod Dergonu in regard of Tsui Yuri (Localized as Sisterly Bliss) announcement, because it's one of their announcement back at ACEN. As for the premise, it's just the twin sister who try to maintain their lover relationship while keep it secret from their mother. Graphically speaking, it's looking good so at least so I think it should be interesting enough, so good luck with the release later. We also have Kyonyuu Fantasy 2 (Localized at Funbag Fantasy 2) announcement which is good if you look forward to more Kyonyuu Fantasy, although to me it's just another nukige announcement though. Overall even with Tsui Yuri announcement, the announcements is just on the average side because usually Mangagamer tend to have bigger announcement at AX later, but at least it's new announcements so it's quite not too bad I suppose.
Even though the ACEN announcement itself is quite average, at least the bunch of Mangagamer updates look interesting enough to make it up, and looks like they'll indeed going monthly instead of two weeks each like in th past. Anyway as for Mangagamer monthly updates we get Tsui Yuri was both fully translated and edited (I would be surprised if the progress is still at 0% translated after one year of work to completed this), Kyonyuu Fantasy 2 was at 57% translated and 48% edited, Sona-Nyl was at 44% translated (Maybe I should expect that it'll be finished at July 2019 with this speed, and 2020 release for the soonest), Trinoline was at 95% translated and 64% edited, Rance quest was at 93% translated and 82% edited, Steam Prison was at 87% for both of translating and editing progress, and Amatarasu was at 84% translated and 19% edited.
Other than the updates, we also have both of Sengoku Rance and Hashihime about to enter the testing along with Japanese version of Koropukkur, while Evenicle is already finished with the testing and about to be have some editing process again. While unfortunately we still didn't have exact release date for Evenicle here, I think it could be possible that it'll be out at this year. Especially if we look at Mangagamer project list in regard of the VNs that already finished the testing (Evenicle, Damekoi, Sweet Switch, Bitter Exclusion, and Hapymaher). If we follow Mangagamer pattern here, I think right now all of those VNs were in queue to be released, and one of those could be announced at May 31st later along with Kuroinu release (I might be wrong in regard of this though). By the way from what I saw here each time Mangagamer released their VN it'll be followed by the announcement of next release exact date, so they should be announced something along with Kuroinu release looking from the pattern.
Once again the release for this week from Mangagamer was Fata Morgana fandisc, in which it'll depict some characters past along with the glimpse of the after story of main Fata Morgana. So if I may say here it's more or less just like Meikyuu, in which back at Meikyuu we also saw some characters past (Mainly our Grisaia MC Yuuji though). Although it's just the fandisc, it should be a nice treat for any Fata Morgana fan so you may get that if you interested with more Fata Morgana. Also just like the pattern that I explained before, Mangagamer announced the exact date for their other release in which it'll be at June 15th later, and the release in question is Tsumihoroboshi which is another part of Higurashi. With Tsumihoroboshi here,l now we already have three quarter of original Higurashi retranslated, and it also mean that we'll gonna have Tsumihoroboshi voiced with PS3 graphic later.
That's all for this week, and see you next week.
  18. littleshogun
    Visual Novel Translation Status (05/06/2018)
Foreword - It's good that we finally have VNTS again, although currently admin Tay schedule is quite chaotic though so there's no guarantee that we'll gonna have VNTS next week, but at least Decay promised us that he'll do his best to keep VNTS alive even though he warn us that he might not be able to do that at every week.
For the title, since we have Chuusotsu released back at almost two weeks ago, I decided to make this week review title as sort of the tribute for the title so we have 'Chuusotsu Graduation Album for this week, because any graduation should at least have some graduation album and Chuusotsu here it's not the exception - because after all they have Chuusotsu! 1st graduation as the game title. I knew that this week image header was Luce from Marrigae though. Of course what I'll be writing here is not the graduation album, but rather this week VNTS Review like usual. As for this week, well it's getting calmer after a bunch of releases at last week and this time we don't have any update from Sekai, but instead we got one release from JAST which is somehow balanced I guess. Lack of update from our Sekai, at least we still have updates from fan translation with Tsurezure be active again, so more or less it's just another usual week in regard of the update. Let's see what I can write for this week as well.
While it's good that we finally have JAST give us the release, unfortunately it's not a bombastic title like Muramasa or Majikoi, or if we want to be more down to earth Flowers Summer. But instead what we got is that we have Sweet Home nukige which is their first release at 2018 here. Say whatever you like about JAST if you support them here, but the fact is that currently even Sekai was outrun JAST with the releases here. Not to mention that Sekai's Fatal Twelve is certainly more interesting compared to Sweet Home. Granted comparing nukige to shoujo ai story VN is just like comparing apple and orange, but what I want to say is that even Sekai managed to JAST beat at this year in term of releases, and let's not compare Mangagamer to JAST here in which the former did release more interesting nukige (Sideboob). Back to Sweet Home, the premise is just an university student MC going back to his home because his apartment is burnt and find out that his house became girls boarding house, and MC managed to have sex with the girls whose boarding there. Have fun though if you interested with Sweet Home nukige.
As for Momoclo Steam version, finally Frontwing did have the exact date for the release and it'll be at tomorrow so just in case you want Steam version may as well note the date. Other than Momoclo, Frontwing also delayed Sharin release to this month although for now they still won't be so sure about that though, hopefully they'll be able to sort out the release date. As for Tayutama 2, once again very unexpectedly the release was delayed and this time apparently it would be released at this month, in which obviously we don't know if it'll become true or not. We also have Venus Blood Frontier KS, which apparently still in planning so for now we didn't know whether it'll be successful or not - keep in mind that KS usually quite adverse with sex scenes, and Venus Blood franchise is quite infamous with tentacle rape (They released English demo as the translation sample). There's Princess Maker 5 released at Steam as well, and I can only say it's redundant release because we already have it released as fan translated VN.
For the last updates, we have Fureraba released at Steam store in which too bad that there's no PSV exclusive CG ported to the Steam version. Nekonyan also have stated that they'll focusing on working at both of Hello Good Bye (HGB) and Sanoba so that they'll be able to release those two VNs in certain months (HGB for August and Sanoba for October). If anything, even if they say that the current release month was delayed from their previous targets, at least now we have almost exact release date so we didn't need to wildly guess as much as before - they'll probably going for the months end in regard of the release time.
We have Eustia was at 41.07% translated along with 29.62% edited and 29.25% TLC-ed, Loverable was at 37.47% edited, Harugi's prologue was at 92% translated and one third (33%) edited, Pure Pure Hinata's route was at 81.66% translated and overall was at 72.66% translated, and Witch Garden was at 45% translated. As for LxC 2, unfortunately our Quof right now is swamped with a lot of official projects (Five VNs translation projects for the record) and not to mention that his hacker was recently is getting busier, so as for now LxC 2 is stalled for time being (I just hope that Quof will find the solution for his problem). For the last news, finally after one month and half of absence we have Tsurezure released HatsuKoi append which translate both of Kyou's and Maya's short after story, and for their next plan they'll going to do some rereading + a bit re-TLC at HatsuKoi first translated routes (Common, Midori's and Runa's) alongside their work to translated Yukino's short after story. After all of those finished, they'll going with their work to translate Hoshiori in which personally I hope it'll be happen in near future.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
PS - In regard of Higurashi PS3 exclusive arc port, congratulation on Tsukiotoshi patch release and for the next work the translator will work on Taraimawashi which apparently is a short arc. The translator said that it'll be possible if he managed to release Taraimawashi patch by the end of June here.

Foreword - Because there's no VNTS at this week, I decided to make my own VNTS Review post again. Hope you enjoy it, and I'm apologize in advance if I miss some updates.
This week title is based on Mangagamer big release Magical Marriage Lunatics, and because in the past we also have another wedding theme anime (Wedding Peach) I decide to modify the anime title by simply changing the 'Peach' part with one of Marriage's heroine (Luce), so we have 'Wedding Luce' as my VNTS Review title for this week. Back to the review, as for this week actually there's a lot of releases so I can say that it's one of the better week compared to the past weeks. However while some of the releases is quite good, to me it's only another week here because most of the releases are the one that I'm look forward into, or to be exact I must wait for a while longer to see the releases that I look forward. Let's see what I can write for this week as well, and as for JAST release I'll cover about that in my next VNTS Review.
Since I talk about Luce at the title, I'll go with Mangagamer first. As we know, their latest release is Marriage in which we gonna have our MC Yuuta gonna need to deal with his forgotten wedding pacts from another dimensions. The reason is because according to the story if someone going to another dimension and then leave, the memory of the particular dimension will be erased. To be honest the synopsis make Yuuta here is looks like the biggest playboy at his childhood for being able to made him had six wedding promises with the heroines even though Yuuta himself was unwillingly to do most of the promise, so people may be misunderstand the story (Including me to be honest). While the amnesia plot device can alleviated the implication that Yuuta is a playboy in his childhood, it's still not quite right though because it mean that Moonstone here is didn't really think much about the plot, especially when the plot is concerning marriage. Then again, it's Moonstone that we talk about and it's not quite surprising if we remember that they also did the same mistake with Imopara 2, so I guess no much we can do other than enjoy the harem at Marriage. Also just in case you're waiting for Kuroinu last part (Not me), be happy because Mangagamer did announce the exact release date for that in which is at 31st later.
As for Sekai, my reaction more or less can be concluded in one sentence 'Why they released Nekonin 2 instead of Suzukaze no melt?' - feel free to make a drinking game if you feel that I'm hoping that Sekai should announced Suzukaze no Melt too often lol. Yeah they released Nekonin 2, in which they quite fast at that because if I remember they just release the Japanese version back at March. If only they using this kind of speed to release something like either Baldr Sky or Nanairo then it would be very good, or even just Daybreak is fine as well. Oh well, guess reality it's not always nice here if we talk about Sekai.
As expected Sol Press did delay Sakusakura release, because I already suspected that the date at Steam store was only the placeholder, and according to the update they still working on the resolution increasing work. Let's just hope that they'll be able to release it in near future. Speaking about delay, Momoclo Steam version is also have that as well although at least Momoclo did have 18+ release so people who want to play Momoclo can finally play it. I'm quite confused about this though lol. Other than Momoclo, Frontwing also have another plan in which they'll release Sharin at this month (May), and obviously we still didn't have the exact date for that yet. We also have Aksys Games release one otome (Kokuchou no Psychedelica), and two planned release for otome VN - 7'scarlet at 25th later and Haitaka no Psychedelica at June 29th later. To me it's the least favorite announcements because of the obvious reason, but if you like otome and have PSV then be happy with the announcements here.
This week we also have Umikana release, which as expected it's just a short VN so it mean that the heroines might be not fully developed compared to the writer's previous works (Konosora and Miagete). Other than the length issue, I think Umikana here could be a first step for Pulltop to finally released all age VN in their homeland (Japan), although ironically they already got the bad reputation to overseas because of that though lol - for the reminder both of localized Konosora and Miagete did have the H scenes cut, and Lovekami spinoffs re-released in Japan with H scenes addition. I just hope that after this release Pulltop will stop their infamous localization policy, although it may be hard to change though.
This week we didn't have the updates from both of Pure Pure and Musumaker project, because the translators for both project is basically pretty busy at this week. So for the roundup of usual fan translation for other than those two here we have Eustia was at 40.6% translated along with 29.49% edited, Loverable was at 36.42% edited, Shin Koihime Musou was at 28% translated, and Harugi's prologue was at 80% translated along with 40% TLC-ed and 30% edited. Other than usual updates, back at VNDB we got some sort of update from Chaos Child translation port, namely that the almost completed the process of the porting (CGs work, revising the translation, and some engine work) and therefore is closed to be finished - apparently in a couple of weeks although it might be longer though.
That all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
PS - I did forgot about Chuusotsu release here lol, but I guess better late than never in regard of conglaturary message here. Congratulation to Fruitbat in regard of Chuusotsu release, and I hope that it'll be successful. As for the VN itself I say that this is one of interesting VN, although the fact that this is the first psrt of the series is make me hesitate though. About that, I just hope that we'll see translated Chuustosu sequel in the future. But if you already tried Chuusotsu and like it, have fun.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (04/23/2018)
Because we have Sailor Moon nukige VN released and we have Pulltop announced their localization for all age VN, I decided to make this week VNTS Review title into 'Aheahe Moon S'. As for Aheahe Moon, it's obviously the title of the Sailor Moon doujin nukige. While for S, it was the title for season 3 of Sailor Moon. For more explanation, it was the season when both of Sailor Uranus and Neptune were introduced, and both of the planets were known in Japan as 'Sky King' and 'Sea King' respectively. Also Pulltop's VN did have both sky and sea for the title as well (Sora (Sky) to Umi (Sea) ga, Fureau Kanata - I'll call it Umikana), so in regard of that I decided to combined it although it might be too roundabout though lol. As for this week, it's more or less just still like last week although instead this time we have Mangagamer gave a bunch of updates. Other than that, I was quite surprised to see that Pulltop decided to localized their newest all age VN - Umikana. Let's see what I can write for this week as well.
Another week with no notable update from Sekai, so more or less we can just think of it as the usual thing lol. They still better than JAST though, because at least they still have frequent updates no matter of how small it be. Right now I didn't see their progress for Secret Project 3, though apparently they still waiting for the third party in regard of that. Speaking about secret project, Sekai decided to add another one so we have four secret projects from Sekai, and right now their 4th secret project was at 10% translated and in need of the engine work. Other than secret project, we have Nekonin 2 was through QA which apparently mean that it's almost ready for the release (Hopefully).
For Pulltop's next release (Umikana), okay it looks interesting from the graphic alone. Also if we look at the writer, he was the one who wrote both of Konosora and Miagete so at least we can expect the dynamic that happened in both of those two VNs to be reappeared. Also since the release is originally all age, I think it should be less controversial compared to their previous releases. My concern is that looking from the price alone looks like it'll be a short VN, so maybe the writer himself can't explore the heroines story more. That said I'm quite interested with this a bit, although I'm also wary with the chance that Pulltop will rereleased with with 18+ content for Japanese only though (Like their previous 2 Lovekami). Other than Umikana we have Yotsunoha was at 60% translated, and Princess Maker 5 will be available in Steam at 26th later (Redundant release if I may say because we already have release it fan translated). For Frontwing, we have them updated Island homepage with the screenshot from the English version, which mean that at least the time for Island English version release is almost near, and it's probably around the same time when the anime airing (It'll be at airing as Summer 2018 anime for the reminder).
Unfortunately this week we didn't have Musumaker update because the translator have some stuff to do at this week, but at least we still have some updates here. For the update we have Eustia was at 40.53% translated along with 26.72% edited and 27.13% TLC-ed, Harugi's prologue was at 68% translated along with 39% TLC-ed and 21% edited (Finally the overall progress was moved to 2% translated), and Shin Koihime Musou was at 27% edited. For more updates, from Loverable we finally saw some progress in both of QC and editing with the current progress was at 36.07% edited and 20.16% QC-ed. Also this week we have the progress from Pure Pure as well, with Hinata's route was at 79.58% translated and overall was at 72.20% translated, and apparently they'll need to do another reediting, because the translated script at the beginning was quite different with their current translated script. For the last update, we have Quof released his translation of Aheahe Moon which can be summarized as Sailor Moon doujin nukige like I said earlier. So i'll just say that it's good that Quof will continuing his LxC 2 project now that Aheahe Moon is completed.
Finally we have another Mangagamer batch of updates, and looks like they'll go monthly updates instead of biweekly updates from now on. For the roundup, we got Sona-Nyl was at 40% translated, Rance Quest was at 90% translated and 74% edited, Sengoku Rance was fully edited, Trinoline was at 91% translated and 56% edited, Maggot Bait was at 80% translated and 38% edited, Steam Prison was at 78% for both of translation and editing progress, and Amatarasu was at 83% translated and 10% edited. Too bad that there's still no statement whether it's possible that we'll gonna see either Damekoi, Evenicle, or Hapymaher at this year, but at least if some people look forward to their last Boston announcement then they'll be happy with the updates here.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (04/14/2018)
Finally we have on time VNTS for this week, although in turn this time my VNTS review is quite late. As for the title, you may find it quite strange, although in fact it's just another role association from me here because the seiyuu for the image header girl was also voicing Makoto back in Chrono Clock, who as we knew is the yakuza. For peace loving part, it's to adapt with another name of Supipara Chapter 2 in which it was called Peace Story, and especially it was because the 'Pi' part from Supipara is stand for Peace. It's pretty ironic though that the girl in image header (Hotaru) was supposed to the main girl of Peace Story, and yet she's quite a tsundere who managed to say 'kill' five times in a conversation with MC lol. With that done, welcome to this week VNTS Review which is to be very frank still quite anemic although at least we have two major updates from Mangagamer (One release and one planned release), so at least this week it's slightly more active. Let's see what I can write for this week as well.
As for Sekai, no notable update will be very appropriate for them. For the update, we have Loveduction was fully translated and need some engine work. Other than the only update, we have Sekai revealed three additional secret projects. What I know is that we still didn't have info for that project, so I guess we better just wait and see later. However, the most probable guess would be those three projects would be another lesser known VNs considering that those three VNs were almost ready for release, and more if we knew that it's just revealed today. But even so, I will be happy though if those three secret projects turn out to be very well known VNs, almost impossible as it is. For secret projects progress roundup, the 1st project was in QA, 2nd project was fully translated and 99% translated, and 3rd project was still waiting for the third party (According to the tracker it's almost ready for release).
As for fan translation once again it's only just regular updates, although this time we have Pure Pure have a break though because the translator was busy at the university. For the roundup we have Musumaker was at 52% translated, Eustia was reached 40% mark (40.06%) translated along with at 24.82% TLC-ed, Harugi's prologue was at halfway translated along with 28% TLC-ed and 16% edited (The overall progress was still at around 1%), Higurashi Tsukiotoshi was almost completely translated (At 99% translated), Shin Koihime Musou was at 26% edited, and Witch Garden was at 44% translated. Still no news from Tsurezure yet although perhaps they're quite busy lately, so that's all for fan translation section.
    Other
This week we also have Punchline VN release news for both of PS4 and PSV at this summer later, although seeing that at the same time we'll gonna have the probable release for both of Island and Shibuya Scramble - by the way we already have another Island anime PV and apparently it'll be released as a part of summer 2018 season, so it mean that there's a chance that we'll get Island VN release at summer later. Back to Punchline, for the info it was created as anime first by Uchikoshi (Ever17, Zero Escape) and the anime have some infamy for showing too much fan service. So the bottom line here is that Punchline announcement was not interesting to me because it was overshadowed, and it was only available for console.
We also have change from Sol Press in which they decided to announced another VN from the same company as Sakusakura (Yotsunoha), and it was quite an old VN from 2000's. From the first look, I just think it was just an average moege but at least it was good looking - also it have OVA as well. As for the translation progress, it was already at the middle and right now it was at 42% translated, 30% edited, and 8% QA-ed. Other than Yotsuhana announcement, we also finally have Sol Press made a new website in which it looks neat. They also made the progress for their two remaining VNs project is easier to navigate, especially in regard of Newton VN in which it was at 85% translated along with 70% edited and 40% QA-ed (At least we didn't need to take not which route was in translation and in editing). As for the release date for those three VNs, they're quite confident to announced the exact release date although keep in mind that they may have delay in regard of the release - for the date, Newton VN will be released at May 25th, Sakusakura at 30th later, and Yotsunoha at July 27th.
    Mangagamer
From Mangagamer, we have one planned release with the exact date ready. As for the release, it was Fata Morgana fandisc in which it'll be released at May 17th later. Although it could be said as the fandisc, actually it also depict the past of certain characters who said to be the catalyst of Fata Morgana story (I can't say it freely because it was a major spoiler). Go preorder that if you want to see more Fata Morgana.
Other than Fata Morgana fandisc release date announcement, we also have Supipara Chapter 2 (Peace Story) in which it's also the currently last chapter for Supipara. I said currently because Supipara itself was pretty ambitious project that was planned to have five chapters, only for minori to face the financial danger before barely saved (That's why their heroines in VNs after Supipara release have big breast). For Peace Story itself, our focus will be on Hotaru in which once again is a quite tsundere and her connection with Alice the Witch. There's also interesting fact that there's an opening that depict the heroines for the remaining two unavailable chapters, in which it should be a hint that minori did intend to continue their ambitious project, because if not I think there would be no new opening for Supipara even with the reduced cost for that (The new opening is till better animated compared to usual VN opening though). As for my opinion here while the opening itself sounds exciting (I like it), I still have some doubt that we'll be able to see this complete because it'll be need a lot of money so more or less I'm pretty wary about this. In the end, I hope taht I'll be able to see Supipara released with all of five chapters completed, although it might take very long time to achieve that.
I think that's all for this week, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (04/01/2018)
After one week absence (Again), finally we have VNTS for this week. So I decided to create another VNTS Review here. As for the title, since we have Cross Channel overseas by release I decided to just merge it with Gakkou Gurashi anime title into 'Gunjo Gurashi' - Gunjo was the name of the school at Cross Channel, and coincidentally both work (Cross Channel and Gakkou Gurashi) did have same events - only few characters live in a world devoid of human, even though the circumstances were very different (I knew that the image header was from Fureraba). As for this week, I think it's a good one because we have Easter, April Fools, and more importantly we have many official release form the localization company – especially Fureraba to me. Also since recently Mangagamer did have announcement back at Boston, they also have three new announcements with all three of those were notably different in regard of the genre. So let's see what I can write for this week as well.
From Sekai, well right now they have the least interesting news, although before I'm going on that let me congratulate them for Fatal Twelve release. As for Fatal Twelve itself, I think the graphic was looking very good and the premise was apparently in the after world in which 12 death people must eliminate each other by gathering the info in order to do so. From what I saw in the synopsis, it looks like Dangan Ronpa with The World Ends With You element, only that instead of emo male MCs we gonna have good looking female as the MCs here along with all girls cast - basically this VN is pretty much another shoujo ai, albeit a darker one looking back from the developer resume (Sounds of Drop). Other than Fatal Twelve release, Sekai did announce the sequel of Nekonin in which we gonna have another two catgirls into the MC's harem. This should be a good news if you like catgirls in Nekonin because we'll get more sex scenes with those, although to be honest I prefer Sekai to announced Suzukaze no Melt instead of Nekonin 2 if we talk about Whirlpool VNs. Oh well, and that's all for Sekai.
From fan translation, more or less it's just usual week although this time Tsurezure take a break before translating HatsuKoi append disk though. As for this week, we got Eustia was past a quarter (25.96%) edited, Pure Pure was at 68.56% translated with Chapter 4 was at 63.38% translated, Higurashi Tsukiotoshi was at three quarter translated, Loverable was at 76.67% TLC-ed and 35.78% edited, Musumaker was at 50.6% translated, and Shin Koihime Musou was at 24% edited. We also finally have the first progress from Harugi, in which we have the prologue was at 24% translated (427 lines) and overall was still at less than 1% translated - the line count for Harugi was not at ~116,000 like TLWiki state, but rather was only at 68,206 lines in which it's still a lot (Duh). I'm pretty much look forward to it, although I'm okay as well if Harugi managed to get officially localized with 18+ scenes available even though it's impossible with Pulltop current policy for overseas release lol.
    Mangagamer
We got three Boston announcement from them, and this time their clues were pretty obvious enough so much that two of their announcement matches some clues that they gave. One of those clues is otome, in which Mangagamer did announced another otome VN from their new partner with the name Steam Prison. What I can say that at least it's looking good enough with the setting itself was in a crapsack world, so I'm sure that any otome fan would find this announcement interesting - not me though, but at least the MC herself looking good. Another clue was yuri and voice, in which it'll point to the second announcement. And that announcement was Yurirei Full Chorus, in which I'd already interested with that ever since it was released for Japanese version. It's obviously just Yurirei with all of the scenes voiced - just like Liar-soft did in the past with both of Inganock and Sharnoth, and with some additional new CGs so it should be interesting enough if you want to replay Yurirei. I believe that both of the release should be available for Steam as well, so both of the announcements fulfill Steam clue.
For the third announcement, we got Amatarasu Riddle Star in which it's from Mangagamer old partner Softhouse Seal, or rather it was from the sub brand of Soufthouse seal-Qualia. As for the Riddle Star itself, from the first look it was indeed looks like just an ordinary moege with the premise a meteor came to MC town and crashed near the town. From there, apparently MC will find a mysterious girl and befriended with her. Even though from the premise it's just like any moege with star watching setting, it still have Softhouse Seal trademark as the nukige producer though in which it'll have 31 sex scenes - quite a lot for medium length VN. Not quite interested with this for now because we already have many promising similar VNs release planned (ie Damekoi, Sanoba, and even just released Fureraba), but at least the girls looks good compared to their past works. Speaking about moege with many sex scenes, Mangagamer announced that Marriage will be released at 26th later, so if you want to see six girls from the different dimension compete to be the MC's wife feel free to pre-order it. Before closing Mangagamer section here, let me congratulate them for releasing Sideboob back at March 29th and have fun playing that for anyone else who already have that.
    That's all for Mangagamer.
    Other
In regard of Robotic Note announcement from Siliconera back at last week, turned out that it was the mistake from Siliconera. So unfortunately we won't get Robotic Note English release, at least for now. No update from Sakusakura as of now although we have Newton VN update back at March 27th, in which Emmy's route was at 18% translated along with Haru's route was at 42% edited.
As for Cross Channel, at the very least I must praise Pulltop because they still have common sense to port console version to PC rather than cut the sex content from original PC version lol, and also the console version apparently did have some new CG. But still it didn't help though that the release was indeed pretty redundant because we already have it translated in the past, with the sex scenes intact mind you. Granted that Ixrec's translation of Cross Channel might filled up with some wrongly translated lines, but in the end the majority didn't have the problem with Ixrec's translation though, so there's that. Other than that, apparently Pulltop's translation was filled with mistakes so combined with lack of sex scenes what I can say is that the release was once again pretty redundant even with supposed new CGs, in which ironically this is their best localization from Pulltop because of that lol.
The big release for me this week was Fureraba, in which I'd already keep hoping that it will be translated since I'd binged Youtube and heard the full opening for that (Quantum Jump). As for the premise, we have our MC who is pretty much determined to find a girlfriend in his youth and therefore chase it aggressively. As for the girlfriend candidates, we have four here so it mean that we'll gonna have four routes at Fureraba. If I may be blunt here, the VN itself was pretty much just slice of life VN with some comedy that came from exaggerated MC's action. Other than that, it have some sort of pseudo gameplay in which we'll have a small talk with the heroines to increased the heroines interest. I admit that it might be not too convincing that the heroines managed to develop from friend to lover through the small talks, but if we compared the romance with Persona gameplay I think it's more believable imo. To each of their own I guess, and with this release I hope NekoNyan will managed to release the rest of their announcements later.
I think that's all for this week, and see you next week. Happy Easter to all of Fuwanovel user who celebrate it.
  23. littleshogun
Since there's no VNTS for this week, I decided to created VNTS Review for this week even though we didn't have VNTS. As for the title, since we finally have Renna's patch released for Tsujidou I decided to just do another seiyuu joke (Or Role Association to put it nicely) for Renna, and since Renna did have the same seiyuu as Tsubame from Majikoi franchise I decided to have this week title as 'Tsubame-chan no Jun'ai Road' - the 'chan' part was to synchronize her alias at VNDB. Also if you really interested and want to play the real Tsubame-chan no Jun'ai Road, then I would recommend you to play Tsubame's route at Majikoi S lol. Back to VNTS Review, as for this week after almost a month with no releases from fan translation, we finally have two big releases from that section (The aforementioned Tsujidou and Konosora Restoration patch). Other than that, we have some surprise news from one of localization company and finally we have Mangagamer update as well. So all in all I would say it's a good week, and let's see what I can write for this week as well.
As for Sekai, to me there's no other notable update other than Fatal Twelve will be released at March 30th later (The graphic was pretty nice looking). Of course no notable update didn't mean that Sekai didn't have the update, and for Sekai update I'll just round up those updates. Fore more detail, we have Loveduction was at three quarter translated, The Bell Chime For Gold was through QA, Dracu Riot was about to be in 2nd round of QA, Maitetsu was waiting for third party (I guess it was to discuss about the H content considering that it was quite divisive), Cyber Rebeat was apparently need some fix, and Eternal Heart was at one third (33%) translated. Forget to report this earlier, but they finally have Root Double released for PSV back at 13th, in which it was delayed for five days because of technical problem. That's all for Sekai, and I hope that they get serious in regard of bigger announcement next time, even though it might be too hard for them.
After more than a month without updates, finally we have Mangagamer gave some of the updates. For the updates, we have Sengoku Rance was at 80% edited, Hashihime was fully translated, Sona-Nyl was at 36% translated (Maybe I better expect 2020 release with this pace of translation), Rance Quest was at 80% translated and 67% edited, Maggot Bait was at three quarter translated and 34% edited, Trinolie was at 88% translated and past halfway (53%) edited, Tsumihoroboshi entering the testing, and Fata Morgana fandisc was about to finish the testing. Looking from the many VNs that they need to testing or in testing, I'm quite worried that they might not be able to handle the release queue considering that it's a lot. For now, I hope Mangagamer will be able to managed that. Almost forget that they gonna have three new title to be announced at Boston with one of those was from the new partner, although from last year Boston announcement I'm not sure to look forward to the announcement. For the last update, we have Koropukkur was funded at 25,210 with 8 days left.
    Other
This week we have surprise announcement from Spike Chunsoft that they'll release Shibuya Scramble at summer later, which to said it's quite a good news considering that it got 40/40 score from Famitsu and for now only 12 games that receive the score (Including this). Although it's surprising enough, it's still nothing compared to the news that they'll release Steins Gate 0 (Zero) and Elite at Steam Store though, and for the info they already opened the Steam Store for both of Elite and Zero (Also will be released at May 9th later). Of course both of the release were redundant enough seeing that Elite is just Steins Gate re-released with anime graphic, and Zero was probably using the PSV translation in which we already got that since last year. Oh and there's also the announcement for Robotic Note as well, although there's still no much info for that yet though - I would guess that they may release it for console first seeing that it's still didn't have PC version yet. While this is the good news for sci-fi VNs fan, I just wonder if this mean that Spike Chunsoft managed to get both of Chaos Head Noah and Chaos Child license for PC version as well, and if that's really the case then I hope they'll get those two released at Steam.
Unfortunately Sakusakura release was delayed to April and therefore cause the beta release for early backer was delayed as well, simply because the work for that VN was much more than the team anticipated. That said Sol Press promised us that their work will be worth the wait, so I hope that Sakusakura was well received. We also have Momoclo fully funded back at 22nd later with 42,127 funded, and right now they'll prepare for the backerkit. There's also Cross Channel exact release date in which Pulltop will release this today (March 26th), and once again what I can comment on this is that the release was redundant one considering that we already have it translated by Amaterasu Translation (The translation quality was quite divisive though). As for Fureraba, finally NekoNyan got the approval from one of payment processor company according to this tweet, so hopefully we'll be able to preorder Fureraba in few days later. Other than payment processor solution, NekoNyan also have some update from both of their project (HGB was at a quarter translated, and Sanoba was at both of 30% translated and 10% edited).
We also have release month for Haitaka no Psychedelica which is at June later, but seeing that it's console only otome I didn't quite interested with that (Be glad though if you like otome).
    Fan Translation
Like I said earlier, we have two big release from this section. But before going with the release, let's round up what updates we have for fan translation. For the roundup, we have Eustia was at 37.58% translated (Collette's arc was at 14.17% translated) along with 24.77% edited and 24.43% TLC-ed, Loverable was at 76.61% TLC-ed and 35.48% edited, Musumaker was at 50.2% translated, Shin Koihime Musou was at 93% translated and 23% edited, Yosuga no Sora Motoka's route was past halfway (50.9%) translated, and Pure Pure was at 66.35% translated with Chapter 4 was past halfway (53.52%) translated. Other than roundup we have new project with the goal of translating Pulltop old VN with the name Haruka ni Aogi Uruwashi no, or Harugi for the short. Apparently this is Pulltop best VN, although the review for this is still lacking though so I wouldn't know much. For now I hope that they'll able to translate this, and if there's a progress for each week I'll report that.
We finally have full version of Konosora restoration patch after five years, in which it'll allow us to play Konosora with full content. For the info, Konosora was Pulltop first attempt to go international by translating it themselves, only to have them did the poor job at that. The reason was because the translation was far from good and most importantly they didn't translated the H scenes as well, in which it didn't make sense considering that they should already have experience of localized VN with H scenes (Princess Waltz). Granted maybe the translation company (Active Gaming Media) was the one who suggest the H scenes cut policy back at 2013, but seeing that they still didn't change their policy in regard of cut the H scenes for overseas release without adding the restoration patch (See Lovekami short VNs, Miagete, and today Cross Channel), I can't help but think that Pulltop didn't realized that people should already knew that their original version of the localized VNs did have the H scenes, especially when they release Lovekami for overseas first before release it at Japan with H scenes. In the end, what's matter is that we finally be able to enjoy Konosora fully. Have fun.
Other than Konosora we finally have Renna's patch release in regard of Tsujidou, and thus fully translated Tsujidou after 11 months of work. As for the premise, it's just a normal MC managed to date three female delinquent who said the strongest in the region. Even though I did say that we shouldn't think of it as Majikoi, it still did have some influence from them but the story was very different because the writer are already different. So what I can say is that even if Tsujidou did have Majikoi influence, we better saw this as it's own VN instead of another Majikoi. As for the history, actually we also have the project for this back at 2015, only to be stalled after few months with the progress was at around 4% translated (Obviously already surpassed by Tsurezure long time ago). For Tsurezure next plan, they'll take a rest before starting with HatsuKoi append disc later - I'll obviously will report on the progress later. For the last word here, have fun to all people who already want to play Tsujidou translated and I hope you'll enjoy it.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (03/17/2018)
After a week absence, finally we have weekly VNTS here. As for the title, since we have Pulltop announced Cross Channel for Steam release and we have a Japanese girl (Sakurako from Tropical Liquor) wearing kimono, I decided to make the title as 'Ultramarine Japanese Girl' and for 'ultramarine' part it was come from Cross Channel in which we have it set at the school called Gunjou Gakuin (TL Note: Gunjou mean ultramarine) - I knew that Sakurako color herself isn't ultramarine one. Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and we have surprise announcement that Pulltop was about to localized Cross Channel at Steam. Other than that, we have Tsujidou finally finished the translation process and Koropukkur was started the KS. We didn't have any notable release for this week though, so what we have here is more or less another calm week. Let's see what I can write here.
Currently Koropukkur KS was going smoothly with two thirds funded (20.205 out of 30,000 funded), and apparently they also planned to add the voice acting as well. Which should be good considering that they said right now that they approached famous anime seiyuu, although it came with the hefty cost that it can be only happened if they managed to get 80,000 funded so it might be stretch too much (There's a reason that it called stretch goal after all). Other than Koropukkur, Mangagamer will also released Boukaku hard copy at 29th later which personally didn't interesting to me. Honestly I prefer that Mangagamer keep focusing on released big titles that was in queue more frequently instead of focusing on this ambitious project (Koropukkur) with the release deadline at September, but I guess there's saying whatever float in Mangagamer boat. Oh, and there's still no usual routine updates from Mangagamer yet.
    Fan Translation
We also have another usual week updates from fan translation, although this time apparently Pure Pure was absent at this week (Maybe this time they busy). For the roundup we got Eustia was at 36.26% translated, Loverable was at 76.15% TLC-ed and 34.7% edited, Amagami was at 26.1% edited and they have some updates in regard of no partial patch release (No ETA for full patch release as well), Witch Garden was at 41% translated, Shin Koihime Musou was at 22% edited, Musumaker was finally halfway translated (At 50.1% translated), Higurashi's Tsukiotoshi arc was at 37% translated, Nocturnal Illusion Renewal was corrected to be at 39.2% second pass edited, and Tenkiame common route was at three quarter translated.
We also have another new VN translated with the name Watashi wa Kyou Koko de Shinimasu (I'll shorten it as Watamasu), although it's not exactly just recently established though because it's been there for weeks. What I knew about that it's a linear VN with the depression theme (Like Narcissu), and right now it was at 12% translated. For the last update, we have surprisingly early Tsujidou update with all of the routes was completely translated, and as for the release plan they'll release it within two weeks after they did some polishing work. It would be interesting if they managed to release it at April 1st as the Easter gift, but of course if they want to release Renna's patch in this month it'll be even better.
    Other
For Cross Channel announcement, it's indeed surprising that Pulltop take another VN outside their library to be localized. Of course since we talk about Pulltop (Or MoeNovel if we want more technical), the VNs that they localized bound to be have stupid 'regional bonus' in form of cutting the H scenes for overseas release just like their previous four VNs. Although to be fair this time they just port PSV version to PC version though, so at least this time they have slight justification because we knew that console port of 18+ VN usually have the H scenes cut. But it didn't mean that they still can just port console version though, because the H content was still cut. That said, I find that this is the best localization announcement from Pulltop because basically this is just redundant release from them lol, even with Ixrec's translation was did not quite a good job aside (Personally I think it didn't matter much considering that most of the reader were able to understand Cross Channel). Forget to say that they already have planned for Spring release, although it's still uncertain though.
Right now for Momoclo KS we Frontwing managed to have gathered 32,819 out of 35,000 with three days left, which to say it was quite a close call. We also have Newton VN update as well, in which common route was fully translated and as promised they started the work on Emmy's route in which it was at 3% translated right now, while for the editing progress right now we have Haru's route was at 23% edited. We also have the news from Cherry Kiss Game in which they'll officially released all of Quof's fan translated nukige, and they'll start with Harem Guild (The original title was too long lol). For the last news, quite unfortunate that NekoNyan couldn't use Paypal as their payment processor so NekoNyan must find another online payment processor, and therefore the preorder for Fureraba that was available for a brief time was removed because of Paypal issue. That said, there's a good news though that they managed to set up the Steam store earlier than expected, considering that they expected that it'll take weeks because of Germany bureaucracy. I hope that the online payment processor issue will be resolved quickly, so we can have Fureraba release on time.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

Disclaimer - Because admin Tay in the place where's there's no easy internet access and therefore made him unfortunately unable to make this week VNTS, once again I decided to make another VNTS Review without the VNTS itself. As for Tay's experience well let's just said that I understand how it feel like, because I experienced when the internet in my house was off for several days and the cause was something unknown.
Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and as for the title since we have Sekai released Tropical Liquor and ReLord (Quite sudden at that), I made the title by combined two title into 'The Demonic Liquor' and the 'demonic' part was come from ReLord in which the setting was the demon realm (Also with the MC as the demon) - sorry if the title for this week was pretty offensive for some people here. As for this week, compared to the last week this time we didn't have JAST announcement like usual, but at least we have Sekai still managed to pump two VNs releases so at least it's somehow balanced. On the other hand, we have some update from Mangagamer and they also did their first KS to develop their original VN (Koropukkur) that they announced at last year AX. Let's see what I can write for this week.
As for Koropukkur, Mangagamer did launch the KS the goal it's pretty low for a supposed in development KS (At 30,000), so maybe we better expect there'll be no voice at the VN later. For Koropukkur itself, the premise was more or less we have a fairies from Hokkaido who somehow managed travel to Akihabara, and from there the fairies help the MC who run a rundown maid cafe. As for the artist, it was from Itaru Hinoue who as we knew is formerly KEY artist and honestly the arts isn't changed much since she was work at KEY. While the artist here definitely leave some impression, what we should concern is the story and the writer past work alone here was not quite showcase his ability, even more so considering that usually he work together with several writers in less known VN. Well everyone have a chance to improve though, so maybe the writer will be able to write a good story for Koropukkur. For other update, we have Supipara Peace Story aka Hotaru Chapter have exact release date, and it'll be at April 12th later. For Higurashi, we have Tsumihoroboshi (EP 6) was about to be in testing and Mangagamer already planned to have Kai (ie Tsumihoroboshi, Minagoroshi (EP7) and Matsuribayashi (EP8)) released at this year, and hopefully they'll be able to release it as planned.
I'm pretty surprised that we still didn't have Sakusakura fully translated at the last week lol, but anyway for the current progress right now it was fully translated and the editing was not too far behind (Maybe at around ~90% edited for the estimation, but at the very least it should be less than a quarter left for the unedited text). For the next plan, apparently Sol Press will release the beta version for the backer although as for the release date there's still no exact date though. And speaking about Sol Press, we also have Newton VN weekly update with common route was at 95% translated. For the last update from Other section, we have Frontwing release Momoclo demo back at Friday so if you curious about Momoclo you can try the demo first (The KS right now was at 30,416 out of 35,000 funded).
For fan translation, right now we have Eustia was at 35.54% translated with Colette's arc was at around 6% translated, and for overall script it was at 23.44% edited. For the rest we have Loverable was at 33.18% edited, Musumaker was at 49.9% translated, Pure Pure Chapter 4 was at 47.89% translated and overall was at 65.09% translated, and Witch Garden was at 40% translated. We also have a release in form of partial patch of Hara Chuchu, and this time it add another translated route (Mei's) - be glad if you have pregnancy fetish lol (Obviously not me). We also have Tsujidou surprisingly have progressing pretty rapidly with Renna's route was at 86.6% translated and oveall was at 96.68% translated, and interestingly Urrim said that earlier release (ie before April 8th) might be possible for now. For the last update, surprisingly we have Yosuga no Sora update with current translation status is Motoka's route was at 48.94% translated, although by now I just want to know when it'll be finish though because it's been almost 10 years (2009 from back at TL Wiki) since the project started. That's all for fan translation.
I like that Sekai recently have released many VNs within two months (Four), although admittely the VNs itselves were less known before released, and even one of their release from last week was kin d of questionable. I already saw Tropical Liquor, and the gameplay itself is resembling Huniepop only that we need to memorize the pattern, or if you didn't want to memorize then you can take the pattern picture and start the game lol. As for ReLord, yes to me the release here was pretty sudden because there's no much news in regard of this before the release. Anyway, it's good that we got ReLord here even though the gameplay was only stripping battle, although to me it's just the first part of trilogy though so I'm not quite interested with this as of now. Oh, and as expected Bokukotsu was still not released yet seeing that February was already ended, and apparently they still waiting for the 3rd party in regard of the release.
That's all for this week VNTS Review even though we didn't have VNTS. See you next week.
