Welcome to this week VNTS Review and sorry for being late here. As for this week I think I can say that this week is quite an active one with three official releases along with three release date announcements, and of course the updates from both of Sekai and Mangagamer. Overall I did find that the week is quite satisfying, and let's see what I can write about that below.
No much update from fan translation, but at least we still have some Alka update. For Alka's update, we have Kud Wafter all age part was at 60.32% translated and Miagete FD was fully translated. Speaking about Miagete FD, the plan would be that they'll finished the editing and if possible release it at the June's end (Still uncertain for now). While once again I prefer to see Miagete got the sex scenes translated first (I'll look forward to Alka's first update in regard of that), at least we'll going to have 18+ version for the FD if Pulltop decided to officially released censored (Duh) Miagete FD later just like back at Konosora FD release earlier. For some other updates, we finally have Oreimo translation group manage to get around the technical issue, the new fragments from Matsuribayashi PS3 version was at 92% translated, and finally we have Eustia reached 90% mark (90.09%) translated with side stories was at 35.68% translated.
I guess it's still good that Sol Press still committed to release Irotoridori with their current progress for that was at 95% translated, and let's hope that they'll keep that commitment until the end. From Sekai, we have Kimagure was at 30% translated, Amairo Chocolata was at 85% edited, Hoshimemo FD was at 62% translated, Nine Episode 3 was at 30% translated, Island Diary was at 90% edited, and Nekopara 4 was at halfway translated. We also have Sekai have some problem in regard of Nekogami in which the VN in question was banned from Steam. I guess we can always say that Valve being fickle with their policy, although I also think that it might be the title that cause the ban (And that's all for what I can say here). Let's just hope that Sekai will find a way to get around of Steam's policy, sooner or later. Lastly we have Aristocunts nukige release, so if you like to watch an isekai story where the MC have a lot of sex with the villainess, go get the that.
We have Mangagamer released Esclalayer, and as usual they announced their next month release in that turned out to be Macchiato which will be released at July 9th later. For the updates, we have Rance 02 in testing, Sona-Nyl's Refrain was at 35% translated, and Msicus was at 89% translated along with 86% edited. For the secret project, they decided to add one more so currently we have four unrevealed projects from Mangagamer. The roundup for secret projects progress goes like 3rd was at 95% translated along with 91% edited, 4th was at 89% translated along with 87% edited, and 5th was both fully translated and edited. As for Escalayer itself, it's like Haruka in that we'll going to power up the magical girl (The titular Escalayer) through sex, and of course like Haruka the sex can be either romantic or brutal. The premise is like we have our MC Kyouhei who witness his childhood friend Sayuka masturbate in order to transform into Escalayer and fight one of the cadre from the evil organization, and after that Escalayer ran out of power. After that Kyouhei was told to power up Sayuka through sex so that Sayuka can keep fighting, and Kyouhei does so even though he's quite hesitant at first. Go get Escalayer if you interested with it, and have fun.
Aniplex have announced their first VNs (ATRI and Adanbana for the reminder) release date and in this case it'll be at Friday (19th) later, so feel free to note the date if you interested with those two. Lastly we finally have Ouka Sabaki (Master Magistrate) full version release, in that it'll cover fourth chapters along with the heroine routes. As for the premise, we'll have our MC as basically the judge who his job is to hold a court and decide the verdict for the defendant, and while at it his task was also including investigate the crime scenes in order to find the proof to prove whether the defendant is really guilt or not. In case the premise remind you of Phoenix Wright, you're not wrong because it really like Phoenix Wright although instead of defense lawyer your role is basically the judge in Edo era, so the time setting is basically the Japan in 18th century (Based on probable real life version of the MC). If you been interested with it ever since the Early Access version was released, go get the VN and have fun.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
PS - For this week VNTS review title, seeing that we have both of Ouka Sabaki and Escalayer releases I'll decided to parodied Phoenix Wright with 'Turnabout' title because Ouka Sabaki structure did follow Phoenix Wright so that we have 'Turnabout Magical Girl' as this week title, and for 'Magical Girl' part is simply because of Escalayer release which as we know is the VN where we have sex with the titular magical girl in order to strengthen her.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (11/29/2020)
I'm sure that you realized that I parodied Gochiusa franchise, only that I changed Usagi' into 'Neko' because we have Nekopara 4 released few days ago and obviously Nekopara 4 here wouldn't deal with rabbit (Translation Note: Usagi mean rabbit). Speaking of Gochiusa Sol Press did manage to license the manga version of it, although looking from their recent performance I understand if the people have doubt on Sol Press. Welcome to this week VNTS Review and as for this week I can say that it's still like last week with several updates from both of Sekai and Nekonyan along with Nekonpara 4 release. Other than that, of course we still have the updates from fan translation as usual even though it's not as much like back at last week. So overall I guess I can say that this week is quite average one to a degree, and let's see what I can write for this week as well.
While I did say that Sekai did have several updates, in practice it's just the announcements of the exact release date for their three short VNs. Those three VNs are Zombie VN Volume 3, Bokukotsu FD, and Zombie VN Volume 0. For the release date, it'll be at December 15th later which to say are coincide with several other releases at that week (ie Riddle Joker and Sukehime). While granted that the releases are not either Daybreak or Nine Episode 4, I guess it's good to see that Sekai finally cleared their backlog a bit. For Nekopara 4, it's more famous because of the art by Sayori that was apparently cited as good looking, and I can say it is considering back when I played Labyrinth of Touhou I use sprites mod with her arts on Touhou characters because I find the arts are good looking (I didn't know the arts in the sprite mod that I use are her works when I did play it). As for Nekopara 4 here, the premise is that our MC decided to go to France in order to get better in cake making because his father was disapprove the MC bakery. In any case, we should know that we play Nekopara here only for the catgirls and not for the story. Go get Nekopara 4 on Steam if you want to play more Nekopara, and have fun.
As for this week fan translation, currently we have Shin Koihime Musou was at 38% edited, Yuuna's route from Harugi was at 69% (Nice number) translated, and Eustia was at 58.03% TLC-ed with Licia's route was at 32.17% TLC-ed. No much to say, so that's all for this week fan translation updates.
For Nekonyan update, we have Kirikoi started the QA (At 1% right now), Clover Days was at 60% edited, their 1st secret project was at 65% translated, and their 2nd secret project was at 27% translated. They also has one more secret project with the current progress was fully translated and edited, and while I did suggest Harem Kingdom back at Nekonyan's Discord I guess the more reasonable guess would be either Tenshin Ranman or (Hopefully not) some VN that has available translation. In any case, Nekonyan said that they'll reveal the projects at either January or February, so let's see it later. Lastly currently they've been struck with payment processor problem at their own shop so that it can't be used, although since unlike Mangagamer at least it won't stop them to release Riddle Joker because Nekonyan still has several other shops.
That's all for this week and sorry for being late here. See you next week.
PS - I know that we have Ryuusei World Actor was released by (Unsurprisingly) ShiraVN at Johren (DMM owned store) today, although I decided to save that topic for my next VNTS Review. What I can say is that at least the character arts are looking good (Same artist as Koichoco), although obviously art here won't do much to save Kinugasa's inability to end his story properly.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (11/22/2020)
Because we have Sekai opened the Steam store for Bokukotsu FD along with announced the release month at December and that we have Kimihane GL VN released, I decided to parodied Kimihane English title (Wanting Wings) by just change 'Wings' into 'Cupid' so that we have 'Wanting Cupid' as this week VNTS Review title. For the info, in Bokukotsu one of the heroine is a fallen cupid who is quite a brocon, and coincidentally Kimihane also has a premise in regard of the angel (Note that cupid here is usually mean the love angel). As for this week, other than those two announcements (Kimihane release and Bokukotsu FD Steam store opened) we have some updates from Sekai and Mangagamer along with usual fan translation updates so overall I can only say that this week is slightly more active compared to the last week, and let's see what I can write for this week as well.
Fruitbat did release Jiangshi x Daoshi Episode 3 with the name of Lady Hexers, and apparently some of the graphic was altered thanks to Valve's request in that they'd ban the VN in the past (Probably because of some contents that was inappropriate in Steam based on their reasoning). I don't know though if it's the last part of Jiangshi x Daoshi or not, although from what I see looks like the developer will continue it. Get the VN if you want to see the continuation of Jiangshi x Daoshi, and have fun. As for Sekai updates, once again we have Steam store for Bokukotsu FD opened along with announced the release month at December later, Amairo Chocolate English version was in second round of QA, and the QA for Dragon Princess was already completed with the current progress for that was to compiling the reports to the developer (In this case Whirlpool). I can only say that I prefer to see the update in regard of Nine Episode 4, but if they need more time to work on that so much that they can't fulfill December release target, it can't be helped I guess. Lastly we also have Zombie VN Volume 0 will be released at December later, so I guess Sekai want to clear their backlog of Zombie VN at this year.
As for Kimihane, from what I can see apparently it's more or less an usual GL VN although apparently the writing is quite good. I don't know much other than the casts did see the angel at their childhood and that they suspect that one of the casts are the angel that they saw in their childhood, so go get the VN if you want to know more about the story and have fun. Since Mangagamer release mean that they'll announce another VN to be released at next month, it mean that they'll do it again and this time we'll going to have Sukehime released at December 17th later. For Mangagamer's updates, currently we have both of Musicus and Hentai Lifestyle are in testing (Which mean that there'll be no 2020 release for Musicus), Jeanne was in programming, and 6th secret project was at both 73% translated and edited. No much to say other than I'm waiting for them to reveal their remaining secret project and see if Mangagamer will release Rance Quest for January later or not, so that's all for Mangagamer's updates.
For usual updates of fan translation, currently we have Eustia was at 57.87% TLC-ed with Licia's Chapter was at 31.33% TLC-ed, Harugi was at 72% translated with Misaki's route was at 16% translated and Yuuna's route was at almost two third (66%) translated, and Loverable was at 92.42% edited. For more updates currently we have Watamasu finished the second pass for all of the translation, and we also have Daybreak Translation finished both of common and Reika's route at halfway translated with common route was translated slightly more than halfway. We also have Oreimo's translator tested the patch before releasing it, so perhaps the time for Oreimo VN to be released is near. We also have surprise update with Spice and Wolf DS VN was fully translated, and as for the VN itself you can play as the nameless MC who apparently was intended as Lawrence stand in and that you're supposed to accompany Holo the titular wolf to a journey for a year. Here's the project page if you interested, although I'm not quite interested though. Lastly we have Pure x Connect make a big update in that they finished translated Moemi's route, and for the progress currently they got 18,743 lines are already translated.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (11/01/2020)
Since we have Rance 01 and 02 bundle being released, I thought that it would be appropriate to parodied English title of Majo no Tabi Tabi, Wondering Witch: The Journey of Elaina, for this week VNTS Review title in that I changed the 'Witch' into 'Swordsman' and 'Elaina' into 'Rance' because Rance himself is a very good swordsman. As for this week, seeing that it's Halloween we have a lot of announcements and releases with Mangagamer decided to reveal three of their secret projects along with aforementioned Rance bundle release, and we also have both Nekonyan and Sekai did their updates. So overall I can say that this week is quite an exciting one, and let's see what I can write for this week as well.
From fan translation we have Loe Translation did release the 2nd Alpha patch for Junketsu Megami-sama in that apparently translate some more of the contents. I didn't care much about the VN itself seeing that it's a pregnancy nukige that Loe Translation like to translate and that the premise was related to the MC impregnate the goddesses, but it should be good for anyone who waiting for the update of the translation itself seeing that the last time they release partial patch was at June 2018 (I forgot about that to be frank). For the rest of the updates, we have Loverable was at 92.26% edited, Reflection Blue was past three quarter (75.63%) edited, Shin Koihime Musou was at 37% edited, Harugi was at 69% translated with Yuuna's route was at 46% traslated along with Misaki's route was at 11% translated, and Eustia was at 56.32% TLC-ed with Licia's chapter was at 23.11% TLC-ed. We also have six routes from Chaos Head Noah finished the first pass translation, and that they're also keep working on Robotic Notes in that other than fixing the translation they'll also add the mouse support for it (Their blogpost for more detail). I also know that there's both Akagoei and Suzukuri no Karin-chan finished the prologue translation, but for time being I decided to not keep my eyes on those two much.
This week we have Creature Romance For Girl released by Sekai few days ago, and it's been four years since Sekai announce it. The VN itself is obviously otome VN only that the heroes themselves are the alien, which might be quite handsome for alien standard. Anyway if you somehow find the aliens are handsome and want to play some otome VN, go get the VN and have fun. By the way for trivia it's from same developer who develop the VN where you can date your grasshopper childhood friend. We also have the updates from Sekai in that we have Nine Episode 4 was at 80% translated and edited, and most surprisingly we have Amatsutsumi was at 90% translated. I guess Sekai is really want to release Nine Episode 4 as soon as possible looking from the number of editing progress, and I'll look forward to see if it's really possible or not. I also hope that Sekai will release Amatsutsumi faster, but perhaps it might be not quite possible for them. That's all for Sekai Project updates.
    Mangagamer
They decided to reveal three out of their four secret projects, and let's just say that all of those are have some passion. As for the reveal, turned out that the 7th secret project was a VN from Clock-Up with the localized name How to Live a Healthy Hentai Lifestyle in that it's about a MC who somehow manage to live together with a family that have the matriarch who manage to save the world from World War 3 by using sex diplomacy, and naturally the MC will have a lot of sex from the female in the family. While this is Clock-Up VN, I think it's one of their lighter VN out there although of course there'll be a number of sex scenes seeing that it's nukige and all. The other reveal that they have is also in regard of their 4th secret project in that turned out it's Funbag Fantasy 3if, which of course still have big breast heroines and that it's the better version of the original Funbag Fantasy 3. It should also be noted that earlier we have Waffle work together with ShiraVN to release Eden's Ritter overseas, so at least now I'm sure that Waffle still willing to work with Mangagamer. Since we already have the progress for both projects seeing that it's the secret projects, let me remind that currently both VNs were fully translated and edited.
For their 3rd secret project, turned out that it's a VN from Base Son and that it'll be released at 19th later. Although unfortunately it's not either Shin Koihime Musou or Sengoku Koihime, but instead it's a GL VN (Wanting Wings aka Kimihane) with the premise that three girls became roommate with all of them are having same backstory in that they've seen the angel in their childhood. Naturally being roommate in GL VN can only mean one thing, and it's like Flowers Spring in that there'll be romance involved. We also have the sequel for this to be released in a bundle, just like Rance 01 and 02 bundle. I don't know on how good the VN will be, but apparently the reception for it so far are quite good so I'm slightly look forward for the release later.
As for the release that Mangagamer had, it's Rance 01 and 02 bundle in that those two VNs are the remake of older Rance. We also already have those two translated in the past, which technically speaking it mean that the release are quite redundant because the English player already know the story for both of 01 and 02. That said, both VNs come with the improvements so perhaps the release are not so redundant. As for 01 here, our Rance was tasked to find a lost girl. For 02 here Rance was supposed to save the town from four witches who wield the ring that amplify the magic power of virgin, and saving the town would naturally involving what Rance would easily to do (ie sex). As for the improvement, 01 had the graphic fully revamped along with the gameplay change. While the available translation for Rance 2 was also use the remake, apparently Alicesoft decided to hide the improved script inside the sub directory of Alice 2010 (Don't ask me on why Alicesoft didn't just incorporate the new script file into game's main file) and the fan translator didn't translate the improved script so at least you can see more lines in Mangagamer version of 02. Go get Rance bundle if you want to see the beginning of an infamously selfish swordsman adventure, and have fun.
    Other
After some time waiting, we finally have Fakku revealing that they'll release Abaddon at next year (ie February 12th) along with them released the trial version of it. I'm still not quite interested with this, but at least good for the people who've been want to play Abaddon for a while. Sol Press also gave some updates in that we have Sakura Celebration QA build was in progress and that Nukitashi was past halfway (51%) edited, and no much to say other than apparently they have new editor for Nukitashi or something like that. From Nekonyan we have some interesting progress in that Clover Days was at 40% edited and started the engine port, Kirikoi was fully translated along with three quarter edited, Melty Moment was halfway translated, and their 1st secret project was at 62% translated along with a quarter edited. Also they already have Riddle Joker was at 80% in QA, although it's already ready for the release anyway so telling the QA progress for that is a bit moot to me.
Lastly we have surprise release from Sukera Sparo in form of their new VN Curse of Kudan, and apparently it's been banned on Steam so you can't get that there. As for the premise, it's about the town who said to be cursed with a creature called Kudan in that if you see it you'll die in several days later. Enter 16 years old girl Kudan Sakuya (The MC) who have the same family name as the creature in that she has the bad fortune to see Kudan, and of course Sakuya try to fight her supposed end to not avail only to be fail seeing that the Kudan keep approaching her. From there we'll see on how Sakuya will find a way to fight the curse and hopefully she'll be successful. Forgot to say that like Amrilato (Same developer) this is GL VN as well, although the writer is not the same though in that the writer for Curse of Kudan here is also Flowers tetralogy writer. Go get Curse of Kudan if you want a GL VN with supernatural element, and have fun.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and since we have Senren Banka teleased at the Valentine days with the premise that remind us of Arthur legend I decided to parodied the 1963 Disney movie that adapt that legend. Although in this case since the blade is katana of course I change the sword into katana, and for a bit of info katana is the name of Japanese sword. As for this week, we have one big release from Nekonyan (Senren Banka) along with one nukige (Imopara 3), so I can say that it's been an active week if only if we look at the releases alone. Other than the releases we also have usual updates, with the most interesting update is that Trip back to have weekly update in regard of Ginharu. Let's see what I can write for this week here as well.
One day before Valentine we have Mangagamer released Imopara 3, which mean that now we have all three Imopara VNs are being localized. Also like previous releases Mangagamer did announce their next release, and in this case their next release is Sideboob 2 at March 12th later. For Imopara 3 here, well it's a nukige and for the premise it's still the Nanase family tradition in which we'll have one male MC love his five sisters a lot and will have a forbidden romance that was expressed through sex, though this time Moonstone decided to make new Nanase family instead of connect it from the first and second Imopara. Well get Imopara 3 if you like previous two Imopara and want more little sister nukige, and have fun. By the way I prefer little sisters in Onikiss if I may say what I think about the design, although finally I can see Moonstone manage to design cute youngest sister so I like her design the most followed by the fourth sisters (The rest of the sisters still have shadow from previous Imopara VNs).
About Harlem Blade, I only know that the translator chose PC-98 version to translate (Why not PC Windows version?), it's produced by GIGA (At least they didn't interfere with their forced censorship policy here), it's a gameplay VN (RPG), and that it featured the MC with the name of Cain who is a pervert man who also a descendant of a legendary hero. In any case, you can try it if you somehow interested with it and have fun. For the rest of the updates, we have Miotsukushi Omote was past halfway (53%) edited, Loverable was reach 80% mark (80.39%) edited, Eustia was at 88.13% translated along with 84.59% edited, and Ginharu was at 56.64% translated with Momiji's route was at 68.3% translated. By the way we also have Tsurezure did release new version of Hoshiori's full patch, so feel free to get it if you're not satisfied with the available translation of Hoshiori.
The biggest release for this week is obviously Senren Banka in which as we know it's been announced by Sekai first back at AX 2017, and apparently Yuzusoft decided to change their partner to Nekonyan seeing that they already have successful Sanoba release (My assumption). Anyway with Nekonyan took over Dracu Riot and Riddle Joker we'll going to have more Yuzusoft VN thanks to them, and perhaps it's only a matter of time to see Nekonyan took Tenshin Ranman license. For the premise itself is that we have our MC Masaomi visit his hometown that has been famous because of the tourist who want to see traditional Japanese village, and he somehow manage to break the katana that was stabbed in the stone that was supposed hard to pull. To add more problem, because the spirit of the katana acknowledge Masaomi as the new owner of the katana and that he broke one of tourist attraction, he must take responsibilities by having an engagement with the local shrine maiden who also the daughter of shrine's priest. Seeing no choice, our Masaomi decided to try to get use to his new life. Also while some review pointed that Senren Banka here have the plot, the safe approach here would still expect this as charage. In any case, you can get Senren Banka at Steam or Nekonyan (Or JAST, Mangagamer, and Denpasoft), and have fun.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (11/08/2020)
Welcome to this week VNTS Review and sorry for being late. As for the title, because we have Aokana FD (EXTRA1) released once again I did make a parody of Kaleido Star anime by changing 'Star' into 'Sky' just like my past VNTS Review, and I add 'OVA 1' as the subtitle in order to synchronized it with EXTRA1. For more elaboration, Aokana here did have a fictional sports called Flying Circus along with having sky as it's motif and Kaleido Star anime here focused on circus, while as for OVA here it's more or less the episodes that weren't broadcasted on TV so usually the animator would be more daring to draw the contents (Or in VN equivalent it's more or less like usual fandiscs). By the way Kaleido Star here also have OVA. As for this week, it's less active compared to the last week so to me the week is more or less quite an average one. That said it's still have some moments though such as EXTRA1 release and JAST finally open the Steam store for Majikoi, so it's still an interesting week to a degree. Let's see what I can write for this week as well.
After several months of waiting, we finally have JAST opened the Steam store page for Majikoi and more importantly they set the release estimation as Winter. What I can say is that while it surely would be good for Steam user in that they finally can enjoy Majikoi, to me it's obviously a redundant release because we already have this being translated since 2015. What's more JAST apparently cut some voices so of course it would be another incomplete release seeing that the fan translated version didn't have such problem, although to be fair JAST did state that they have problem with the licensing cost for some VAs so it's not fully their fault here. In any case, let's see on whether they can release Majikoi at this year or not although with them opened the Steam store for this I guess the release date are indeed very close.
Steam list that they'll release Episode 3 for Jiangshi x Taoshi at 21st later, or for some countries at 20th. For the reminder, Jiangshi x Taoshi is the late Conjueror's translation work and have a premise about a priestess work together with a former assassin to repel some man-eating creatures and it have Chinese setting. I don't know though if Episode 3 here would be the finale for it or not, so let's see it later. In case you like otome VN, be glad because Aksys did moved up one of their otome VN release from 13th to 5th and the VN in question is Cafe Enchante. The premise is like the female MC did work in a cafe that was left by her late grandfather, and that her cafe always got some visit from other worldly customers. In case you only own PC, too bad that you won't be able to play it because Aksys only release it for Switch although we may have PC version of it in the future. Go get Cafe Enchante if you own Switch and like otome VN, and have fun.
I decided to cover for Akagoei translation progress, and for the progress currently they already do the QA for the prologue and that both of common and Reika's route being in translation work so at least I can say that the work are going smoothly. For the rest of fan translation updates, we have 17,580 lines of Pure x Connect are translated, Loverable was at 92.27% edited, Nursery Rhyme was at halfway re-edited, Reflection Blue was at 76.94% edited with all routes except Shiki's are translated (Shiki's route was at 18.58% edited), Harugi was at 70% translated with Yuuna's route was past halfway (53%) translated along with some increase at Sumika's route with the current progress was at 10% translated, and Eustia was at 57.42% TLC-ed with Licia's chapter was past a quarter (28.94%) TLC-ed. That's all for this week fan translation updates.
As for Aokana EXTRA1, its Aokana's FD with the focus on Mashiro. As for why sprite chose Mashiro instead of Misaki to have the FD, turned out that it's indeed that when sprite did make a poll to determined which heroine that should have the FD Mashiro's come first following with Misaki, although of course people taste can changed in that the newer poll determined that Misaki come first. Speaking about taste, I guess both of Japanese and overseas people did share same taste in that they like Misaki first, then followed with Mashiro, Asuka, and finally Rika. Of course back before bankrupt sprite already have plan to make Misaki's FD (EXTRA2), only to be stopped by lack of money after they invested it so much into their failed mobile game. Now that they revived, sprite already reveal a visual and the opening song for EXTRA2. Anyway as for EXTRA1 itself there's no much to talk except that both Masaya and Mashiro are being confused on how they should satisfy their partner, in that Masaya wonder on how he should arrange his next date and that Mashiro wonder on what should she do so that she can become Masaya's best partner. Go get EXTRA1 if you want to see more Mashiro from one of many stores (JAST, Denpasoft, Steam, Nekonyan), and have fun.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (09/27/2020)
Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and as for the title I just combined both of Riddle from Riddle Joker and Clover from Clover Day's so that we have Riddle Clover for this week VNTS Review title. The reason for the title is because this week we have Nekonyan did their monthly update, and those two did have the updates. By the way I did a bit of searching about Riddle Clover, and find out that it's one of the fabric product that was available here. As for this week, we have Frontwing release Loca Love Volume 3 with English language support and that we have a news about fault after several years of waiting. Other than those two notable news, we have several usual updates from fan translation and also the aforementioned Nekonyan monthly update. Overall I can say that this week is not too bad even though it's quite plain, and let's see what I can write for this week as well.
JAST did release Kanosen which tell us the story about a student on how naughty his girlfriend is, and said girlfriend is also his homeroom teacher. As for the teacher heroine herself while the MC said that she's kind and beautiful, I'll just say that after I saw the design I'm no longer thinking that Wagahigh heroines chest size is too big anymore or rather their chest are very flat compared to the teacher heroine lol. At least I didn't need to comment about on how her design is too old for the setting like back at Shoujo Dominance. Well go get Kanosen if you like to see the kind and beautiful teacher taking care of the MC's raging libido so that he can enjoy his school life, and have fun. Speaking about JAST, we also have them acknowledged that they still working Majikoi at their tweet (The link to the tweet), so at least it should be good enough confirmation for now to anyone else who still waiting for JAST to release it.
After several years of waiting, we finally have a news about fault side below release estimation and as for the release plan it'll be at spring 2021. While I know that if they finished it at side below would mean that they'll rush the ending, personally I prefer them to finish it now if we need to wait for a long time for each of the sequel. But if you tell me that the cause for the long wait is because a lot of factor such as engine factor and their separation from Sekai, I can only say that I hope the developer can pick up the pace for the next part release if they still want to develop more parts before the finale. As expected Frontwing did release Loca Love Volume 3 with English language support, and they also released download version at both of JAST and Fakku as well (Also not at Steam for obvious reason). The premise is that this time we have out MC getting closer to his childhood friend who actually his upperclassman only that she's shorter than the MC, and that she's working as shrine maiden. What I can say is that just expect this like previous Loca Love in that the MC will gradually getting closer to the heroine, which in this case it's the aforementioned shrine maiden childhood friend. Go get Loca Love Volume 3 if you want to read it, and have fun.
Irru did announce that Trip decided to take some time to do hiatus because of burnout, so don't expect Ginharu update for some time. I don't know when Trip will recover from the burnout so that he can continue Ginharu translation, but hopefully he'll be able to recover at some time in the future. For other updates from fan translation, we have 16,661 lines from Pure x Connect are translated, Loverable was at 91.26% edited, Harugi was at 63% translated with Branch was at 94% translated, Reflection Blue was at 43.3% edited, and Eustia was at 97.78% translated with side routes was at 85.59% translated along with the editing was once again caught up at 97.61% edited. That's all for fan translation updates at this week.
As for Nekonyan's update, finally we have them started the editing progress for Clover Days with the current progress was at 15% edited. For other updates, we finally have Aokana EXTRA 1 was approved for Steam (Which mean it shouldn't have any more trouble to be on Steam considering that Valve is pretty much quite unpredictable when it come to the censorship) and currently it's been at halfway in QA, Kirikoi was at 95% translated along with 70% translated, Riddle Joker was fully edited along with past halfway (55%) in QA, and their secret project was at halfway translated. Speaking about secret project, Nekonyan decided to add one more of it and currently it's been at a quarter translated. As for what their new project is obviously I don't know because it's dubbed as secret project (Duh), although if I may suggest something it could be either Harem Kingdom or Cafe Stella with the latter did have the 4-koma video was translated by Nekonyan (Either way I would like it if turned out the secret project was one of two VNs that I suggested).
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
PS - There's another new VN announced for the release at December 17th later, and the name of the VN is Abyss of the Sacrifice. Apparently the VN itself will depict five girls trapped in a dangerous place and they must do their best to survive, just like Zero Escape trilogy or Root Double. I'll try to comment more on that later.

Foreword - After two weeks with VNTS available, looks like at this week we won't have another one at this week so I decided to make a review of one even without VNTS itself. Enjoy.
Since we have Maitetsu release date announcement at last week from both of Steam and Fakku (Well just yesterday for Steam) and currently I like to browse some Harry Potter info, I made the parody title based on Harry Potter 6th book with the Maitetsu MC's full name (Migita Soutetsu) as stand in for Harry Potter, and I replaced 'Prince' into 'Train' because we have human form train which somehow have a human form. I know that it's an android, but I figure that since the android in Maitetsu looks very human I figured to make it as half blood there even though the android itself might not have the blood. I know the title for this week is not very appealing with Maitetsu MC's name there lol, but regardless welcome to this week VNTS Review and as for the last week we have several release announcements and too bad that there's no releases. But still it's worth to look what kind of the announcements that we have for the last week, so let's see what I can write for this week as well.
As for Neighbor, right now we have it at fully translated while apparently they about to start the editing. Good luck to the editing, even though to tell the truth I didn't pay attention to it much. Other than Neighbor, as expected we have KS for Phantom Trigger Volume 5 with my initial reaction can be summarized as 'When we have KS for Island then?', although in regard of Island VN Frontwing said that there would be more news about that VERY soon though. Anyway for Phantom Trigger Volume 5 right now it's already two third funded, with the exact number of funding was at 20,162 out of 30,000 with 24 days left. Almost forget to say that the KS is for physical edition, and as for the release time frame estimation, we'll have it released at this summer later. Oh, from Sol Press we have two updates in which they doing some QA work for Newton VN last route, and from Yotsunoha we have it was at 93% translated and 84% edited.
Finally JAST announce something in regard of release, and I would be more happy if they did that more often. As for the announcement, they announced that they already prepared for Trample in Schatten preorder, and it was only took six years for them to work on it since they announce it back at 2012. While I understand that JAST is just (Pun no intended) a small company, actually the same can be said to either Sol Press, Mangagamer, and Sekai. Or should I say JAST is the biggest company in regard of VN localization and the most experienced one, which unfortunately plagued by lack of translation staff. While this can be the reason of the slow progress (They should outsources more people then like other localization company), there's still no reason for them to always announced small and redundant title at AX, because I think they can do more on that to the many untranslated title out there.
Back to topic, as for Schatten at first I'm pretty much skeptical about that because it'll take a long time to be released (JAST and all). But after seeing more on that and since it have some mahou shoujo heroines, I think it would be quite an interesting VN considering that mahou shoujo (Magical Girl) in VN is quite lacking saving from some nukige that featured raping Magical Girl. Although from glancing the CG, apparently there'll be some yaoi sex scenes which could be say as my pet peeves, but then again I'm already knew that Subahibi is having yaoi sex scenes and yet I'd finish it, so I will consider to read this if JAST managed to release it at this year (It should be since they already prepared the pre-order) because the initial reception of Schatten is quite good from the reviews that I saw.
As for Maitetsu, after Fakku announced that it'll be added at 29th later, now Sekai was also announced that they'll launch it on Steam later at the same date. So essentially we'll gonna have two version of Maitetsu released at the same time, just like Sekai usual pattern there. While Maitetsu world itself is already confusing with the train can become girl (Mitigated somewhat by making the girl is android AI for the real train), it's also caused quite a stir with most of the heroines looks like a children and with sex contents available come controversy whether Maitetsu support lolicon or not. What I can say is that it would be quite hard to discuss the topic, so I can only say is that you should remember that the game logic is sometimes very different from the real life (The game still need to follow some real life logic though), and therefore just avoid to apply that to the real life. That's all for what I can say, and I'll look into Maitetsu later.
Right now we have Eustia was at 45.86% translated and 33.59% edited; Harugi's Branch School common route was at 10% translated along with Main School common route was at 6% translated, which in turn bring overall progress to 4% translated with the prologue was past halfway (57%) edited; Higurashi Taraimawashi was at halfway translated; and Oreimo Tsuzuku was having 259 scripts finalized. As for this week unfortunately we still didn't hear much about both of Loverable and Majokoi, but hopefully we'll have more visible updates from them in the near future (There's still some off screen work for Loverable at least, but I find that Majokoi description of 'blocked on the engine work' is quite ambiguous to say it lightly). For the last update here, while I already inform that we'll gonna have Chaos Child PC patch at this month, we have Committee of Zero posted the translation of audio drama CD which could be said as the E3 announcement according to them at their Twitter here. What I can say about that it would be that I'm looking forward to this month release of Chaos Child PC patch, in which it can be happened at the last week of June along with Evenicle and Maitetsu making it three big releases at the last week of June.
That's all for this week, and see you next week (Or rather next VNTS Review).

    Visual Novel Translation Status (10/18/2020)
As for the title, since in Robotic Notes we have Gunvarrel giant robot which supposed to be Gundam parody, I decided to just simply return the favor by changing Gundam from 'Mobile Suit Gundam' into 'Mobile Suit Gunvarrel' with the in series name is 'Mobile Battler Gunvarrel'. I'm sure that you didn't need my explanation for Gundam seeing that it's a very famous robot anime franchise, but just in case you want to know more here's the article from Wikipedia in regard of that. Welcome to this week VNTS Review and as for this week I guess I can say that it's been an active week compared to the last week with Robotic Notes and Steam Prison Fin's route release, and other than that we also finally have Mangagamer usual updates. Other than those highlight, we also have JAST announced their new VN and the VN in question is quite twisted to say it lightly. So overall it's not too bad week here, and let's see what I can write for this week as well.
Few days ago JAST announced their new VN that will be released at 21st later. The VN in question is Sadistic Blood in that it's another VN from Black Cyc which as we know like to make a twisted nukige, and Sadistic Blood here is no exception with some CG depicted amputation. The VN itself have two female vampires wondering together and both of them are in love with each other, so at least we can say that this is a GL VN to a degree. In any case, if you want to play it you can wait until 21st later although obviously I won't recommend 15 years old to play this for an obvious reason, and at least I can say that the graphic itself looking pretty. Speaking about release, we have Cherry Kiss suddenly release a nukige called My Yandere Sister Loves Me Too Much back at 16th, and as for the premise it's about the older sister who dotes on the MC who is her younger brother so much that she decided to isolate the MC so that she can keep him by herself. Go get that if you like yandere heroine, and have fun.
Mangagamer did released Fin's route add on for Steam Prison, which mean that you can play Fin's route if you like him ever since Steam Prison released so have fun with his route. For the updates, we have Sona-Nyl Refrain was fully translated, Genesis was fully edited, and Jeanne image editing was completed. For secret projects, the 6th project was at 68% translated along with 67% edited and the 7th project was fully edited. No much to say admittedly, although Mangagamer did tease that they plan something interesting at this month so hopefully it could be something really interesting.
For fan translation, we have Yukikaze 2 was at 70% edited, Loverable was at 91.93% edited, Harugi was at 66% translated with Yuuna's route was past a quarter (31%) translated, Chiccakunai Mon was at 64.5% translated, and Reflection Blue was at 71.77% edited. From Eustia today we have another milestone in that currently it's been at fully edited, and with that I'll fully change my focus on the TLC process in that currently it's been at 55.80% TLC-ed with Licia's Chapter was at 20.36% TLC-ed. By the way I know that we have Akagoei translation project being revived, but since I already stated that my interest was plummeted to almost none thanks for Kinugasa being incapable to end his own story, I would say that I didn't care much about it. Still good luck on the project though, if only for Kinugasa's writing fans and also for the people who've been wanting to play this VN after knowing that it's one of well known untranslated VNs.
Before I talk about Robotic Notes, let me say that at first I find it questionable that Daru of Steins Gate did have MC role in the sequel as of the creator didn't confident that people would like the VN on it's own. Then again seeing that people think Robotic Notes here is inferior to Steins Gate, perhaps what the developer do is right even though I think that it should be okay if Robotic Notes casts are the one who handle the problem by themselves. That aside let me talk about the premise in that we have a robot school club that currently about to be disbanded thanks to usual lack of member problem, and that the club have goal to build Gunvarrel replica. Of course since Robotic Notes here is Science Adventure VNs, obviously there'll be some bad events that'll be happened and it's our heroes job to put a stop into it. By the way it's just too bad in that it have weird choice to not have mouse support which is unacceptable seeing that both of Somnium and YU-NO remake have mouse support and both of those are originally console VNs. So if you interested with Robotic Notes and didn't mind lack of mouse support for PC version, go get that and have fun. Almost forgot to note that the sequel is also translated, and that both VNs are have translation problems so Committee of Zero decided to do retranslation patch for Robotic Notes and aiming to release it within a month (Their tweet for more info).
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (10/11/2020)
As for the title, since we have Eustia fully translated I decided to parodied Love Live Eli's only solo song 'Arifureta Kanashimi no Hate' (Or in English 'The End of Ordinary Sorrow') by changing the word 'kanashimi' (TL Note: Kanashimi mean sorrow) into 'zetsubou' (TL Note: Zetsubou mean despair), and for the info Eustia opening song lyric also have 'zetsubou' word. For the reminder the reason on why I chose Eli's solo song out of all Love Live characters solo song is simply because both of Eustia and Eli are voiced by same VA (Nanjou Yoshino), and yes I know that Nanjou isn't the one who sang Eustia's opening. As for this week, other than Eustia full translation we also have Piofiore release along with Venus Blood Hypno Kickstarter (KS) success as the main highlights to me. In the end, I guess I can only say that this week is quite plain even with notable Eustia complete translation progress, and let's see what I can write for this week.
After one time delay back at August, we finally Aksys Game released Piofiore in that it's otome VN with the story that the Italian female MC was involved in three way mafia wars thanks to her being captured by one of mafia boss that was in the war. From what I read, I guess I can say that the VN itself might be fascinating seeing that the story can be brutal because of the bad endings and mafia wars. Then again I don't exactly play Piofiore here and that the reviews are pretty much have different opinion, so if you want to find out on what's your opinion on Piofiore itself then go get that and have fun. Note that it's still only available for Switch, so unfortunately you can't play it if you still didn't own Switch yet. I don't know when Aksys will port their console only otome VN into PC, but I hope that they'll do it in the future for the sake of otome VN player that only have PC.
From Nekonyan we have them announce that they'll release Aokana Extra 1 at November 6th later, so if you've been Mashiro's fan ever since Aokana being released and want to see more of her then go take note on the date to get that later. As expected Hypno's KS was ended up being successful, with the fund gathered was at 37,663,844 yen. While it's a very good news, it also exceed Frontier's KS in that back then Ninetail only manage to gather the funds at ~23,600,000 yen if I remember. We also have fine out of six stretch goal was achieved, so we'll have more expansion contents compared to what we have at Frontier when they only got achieved three stretch goals. The plan was to have Hypno released at December 2021 later which to say was quite reasonable thanks to big contents that Hypno have, and also it's the same time length that Ninetails need to worked on Frontier. I'll look forward to their first translation progress on Hypno later.
For fan translation, we have Loverable was at 91.82% edited, Reflection Blue was at 66.96% edited, and Harugi was at 65% translated along with Branch was fully translated and Yuuna's route is at 16% translated. We also have Hoshiori mini FD surprise release in which it's focused on Rikka's birthday that happen in between high school and after story. While you may think that Tsurezure did the job, this time it's not the case because the translator is an user called Garudyne. While contents wise it didn't have much seeing that it only a very short VN and that it didn't have voice, it still nice to get if you've been Rikka's fans when you read Hoshiori and want to see her more so go get the mini FD if you interested and have fun. Last but not the least, once again we have Eustia was fully translated along with the editing was almost catching up at 98.76% edited. Of course it's still not the end yet seeing that there's still TLC and QC left and that TLC-er need to work harder, but at least it's still the important milestone for Eustia translation itself. The translator himself also said that he's hoping that Eustia's full patch to be released at this year, although it would be almost impossible to do so he hope that at the very least the TLC can be done at this year.
That's all for my VNTS Review at this week, and see you next week.
  11. littleshogun
Welcome to my VNTS Review for this week, and as for the title since we have Mugen Renkan release and the VN itself telling us the story about a beautiful immortal who suffer a lot of sexual violence, I decided to derived the VN Abyss of the Sacrifice by changing 'Sacrifice' into 'Immortal' so we have 'Abyss of the Immortal' for this week title which to say is quite poetic lol. As for this week, what I can say is that it's not quite bad with Mugen Renkan release and Iwaihime announcement, with the latter was one of most requested VN to be localized courtesy of Ryukishi07 who write the scenario for that. Other than Iwaihime announcement, we also have Mangagamer announce their next release as usual after released Mugen Renkan and the release in question in Rance 01 and 02 bundle. So I can say that this week is slightly less active compared to the last week, but in exchange it have a lot of new release announcements compared to last week. Let's see what I can write for this week as well.
Like I say beforehand I'll talk about Abyss in the Sacrifice. As for the VN itself, what I can say is that the casts itself is definitely the main strong point with name such as Kitamura Eri and Yukana. The premise itself was about the usual escape game like Zero Time Dilemma, although instead of nine people we'll have five people participating in the game with all of the players are schoolgirls. It should also be noted that the girls are from different countries, although of course it probably won't factored much in the escape game. For one more info, the VN itself is from 2010, so in case you find the graphic quite outdated it's pretty much quite understandable. I don't really know though whether the VN is good or not, seeing that there's no much review that talk about this VN. For the reminder, Abyss of the Sacrifice will be released at December 17th later so you may note the date if you want to play it.
Sol Press only give one substantial update from Nukitashi in that it's been at 45% edited, while for both of Sakura Celebration and Irotoridori they still waiting for the QA. Actually they also have the updates for the rest of their leftover licenses, although in this case it's more like they tried to search for the translator after the staffs left them. For the detail, currently they tried to do some restaffing for both of Shitsuaru and Himawari no Kioku (Which should be obvious is quite ironic because they talk big about on how they'll deliver the release quickly back at AX and not give much updates after the announcements), and they tried to searching the staffs for Windmill VNs (HHG and Witch's Garden). After I see the controversy, I guess I can say that Sol Press is not to do well at this moment to put it nicely and so I can only say that at least they still not desperate enough to cancel their Windmill VNs licenses yet.
As for fan translation, no much to say other than we have some nice updates as usual. For the updates we have Loverable was at 91.32% edited, Chaos Head Noah did have four routes are fully translated (Or rather finished the first pass translation) with some other routes got some significant progress (The translator blogpost for more detail on the progress), Reflection Blue was at 63.34% edited with Shizuku's route was fully edited, Harugi Branch was almost fully translated at 99% translated, and Eustia was at 98.78% translated with side route was at 92.07% translated. We also have the patch for Miotsukushi Ura that was released just recently, so if you want to play one more different version of Miotsukushi then you can get the patch and have fun (Although getting all of Higurashi original parts (Onikakushi to Matsuribayashi) with PS3 graphic and voice is more than enough to me). For the next plan, they'll working on both of Hajisarashi and Kotohogushi arcs so you can look forward for more additional arcs of Higurashi if you've want more of it.
Since Mangagamer released Mugen Renkan, as per tradition they'll announce the next release and in this case it's Rance 01 and 02 bundle. For the release date of first two Rance remake, it'll be at 29th later so you didn't need to wait until November there. As for Mugen Renkan itself, it tell the story on a nameless woman who become immortal and thus won't be able to death. Of course it come with disadvantage, with the woman herself is a slave and it mean she's a convenient object of physical torture. She obviously didn't like the torture, and thus she decided to ran away from the immortal king who rule the world. Her journey won't be easy, seeing that the king sent the cadres to catch her and bring her back to the king, and so the MC's journey would involved running away from the king's cadres across several eras. While in the end it's the story about a meaning of life for the immortal woman, it should be noted that there's a lot of sex scenes in there with most of those involving rape, although it's not worse compared to either euphoria or Maggot Baits if you wonder about that (I still won't recommend 15 years old player to play this though). Go get Mugen Renkan if you want some dark VN with female MC, and have fun.
For Iwaihime, it's been one of VN that was predicted to be one of ShiraVN project, and turned out that ShiraVN manage to get it localized with Lemnisca was the one who work on the translation. As for the writer himself, surely you know that the one who responsible here is Ryukishi07 of Higurashi and Umineko fame. Of course seeing the writer, it mean that there'll be a lot of horror involved in the story. We also already have the trial for this released at Steam, so you can try the trial if you curious and have fun. By the way I already see the trial for a bit, and I can see that Ryukishi here did apply quite a number of his Higurashi writing in Iwaihime so you may feel some deja vu if you already read Higurashi. I'll tell the premise when it's released in English, and you didn't need to wait for too long for the release seeing that ShiraVN already announce that it'll be released at 23rd later. You didn't need to worry about the censorship from Steam, because this VN itself is an all age VN in the first place (Looks like Ryukishi prefer to write all age VN there, although he still manage to write some scenes that barely looks like the sex scenes).
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (09/20/2020)
Seeing that we have Salthe release with Mersin as the main setting place and that we have Wan Nyan A La Mode was released back at 18 days ago, I decided to parodied the old anime Tokyo Mew Mew in that I changed 'Tokyo' into 'Mersin' which ironically quite fitting seeing that the producer for Salthe was also the one who wrote first three Nekopara VNs (Although obviously the tone is very different). For more trivia, Tokyo Mew Mew itself have sequel manga with the sub title A La Mode although the manga itself is quite infamous though. As for this week, I guess I can say that this week is quite active with several releases (Most of those are just nukige releases though) along with some updates as usual. That said, at least I can say that I find that Salthe here is quite interesting to a degree even with the fact that it have a lot of torture and rape and that it's a nukige as well. Let's see what I can write for this week as well, and sorry for being late.
I can't comment much on Monster Girl Breeder other than it's yet another isekai nukige VN release from Cherry Kiss Games that focused on Monster Girl, but if you like to play it because of the monster girl then go ahead. Other nukige releases are from fan translation section, with one of those have a very indicative title (Tomodachi Sex). The premise for Tomodachi Sex is that we have female MC was have sex friend who also his childhood friend and yet she already have a boyfriend, so essentially we play as a girl who have sex behind her boyfriend. By the way I want to nitpick about the appearance, in that the childhood friend is drawn more like a nice guy character while the boyfriend was drawn like some usual cool guy rival character, so perhaps the girl was wrong in regard of choosing her boyfriend because she should be with her childhood friend lol. Another releases was in regard of Appetite VN which obviously another nukige as well, although I can't say much on that as well other than it have goddess heroine. Go get two other nukige if you interested with those two as well, and have fun.
For fan translation update, we have Loverable was at 91.03% edited, Harugi's Branch was at 87% translated, Reflection Blue was at 15.29% edited, and Eustia was at 96.39% translated with side routes was past three quarter (76.58%) translated. There's also Noe's route patch from Steps to Love VN was released in that it's obviously translate both common and Noe's route, and with that it mean only one route left before the full patch release seeing that it only have two heroines (Although I'm not particularly looking forward to the release of full patch though). Lastly we have Table of N translation patch released, although I don't know much about it though other than it's short otome VN with vampire and that the staffs are experienced in writing otome mobile VN. Go get the patch from this thread here if you interested to know on what kind of story that the short VN have, and have fun.
We also have Taisho x Alice Episode 2 release, in that following the previous volume we'll going to have our female MC dating one of handsome version of fairy tale heroine, and this time we'll have the MC dating both of handsome Kaguya and Gretel. Also in case you worry about bad translation and bad dub, worry not because the translator is still Verdillish and that the voice of the heroes is still in Japan. Go get it from Steam if you like otome VN, and I hope you'll enjoy it. Speaking about otome VN, we have Mangagamer announced the release date for Steam Prison Fin's route DLC, and it'll be at October 15th later. From Sekai we have Bokukotsu FD currently waiting for approval, and more importantly we have Nine Episode 4 was halfway translated.
About Salthe, first of all it's produced by Soiree who as I see from VNDB is Smile's imprint in that it's the same company that was produced Bokukotsu. Although Bokukotsu here is more or less very light moe nukige with same art as Nekopara (Same artist and all), Salthe here is far from light seeing that it have torture and rape. And apparently the contents of that was quite severe, so much that ShiraVN did need to release uncensored patch outside Steam, with the censored VN itself was already categorized as adult only game at Steam. The premise here is like we have our female MC titular Salthe who find herself act in what the VN call a comedy show in order to reenact on how she find her demise, and turned out that it full of torture and rape. Note that while the VN call it as comedy, obviously the comedy here is not like what we see at Bokukotsu although whether you'll agree that the VN itself is a comedy or not I'll leave it to each of their own. Granted that initial reaction would say that this VN is not a comedy, although I won't know though if the same can be said if you finished Salthe. If you want to see on how Sathe's act will going, find out more about that by yourself and have fun (You can get Salthe at Steam legally for the info).
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (09/06/2020)
I'll tell the title at PS later, and welcome to this week VNTS Review. As for this week, I guess I can say that it's being another active one with both of Wan Nyan and Nine Episode 3 release in that the latter is Sekai's first big release at 2020. Other than those two releases, we also have MDZ of Koiresort translation fame decided to being active and recently he released Kosaka-san translation patch. The rest of the updates are mostly the progress from both of Nekonyan and fan translation, and also we have JAST announced yet another of monoceros's nukige. Let's see what I can write for this week as well.
For fan translation updates we have Harugi's Branch was at 82% translated, Shin Koihime Musou was at 36% edited, Loverable was at 90.38% edited, Reflection Blue was at 6.2% edited along with Alka reworking on the translation of original Summper Pockets (The translation on Reflection Blue is still resuming, and currently they working on the lines that mostly related on ping pong mini game), and Eustia was at 95.57% translated with side routes was at 71.24% translated. As for Kosaka-san, from what I read apparently the atmosphere of the VN is like Subahibi in that it's about the world that about to face apocalypse, and that it's quite short. For the premise, the MC was like to be going to the rooftop in order to escape from the bustle of lunchtime at school hours, and one day the MC met with a girl that was called Kosaka-san who inform that she want to commit suicide before meteorite destroyed the Earth in the short time. Go get the VN if you interested or want to see on whether it'll be really like Subahibi or not (I mean in regard of the atmosphere, not the twist), and have fun.
Turned out that Chinkamo here is indeed Love Lab's secret project and that it's been fully translated and edited, and for another update from Love Lab we also have Humbling of Holy Maiden was fully translated. JAST did have another monoceross's nukige, and this time is a nukige with the teacher with the name Kanosen. They also already have the release date for this, and it'll be at 25th later. This time I won't comment on how the heroine design make her look older like back at Shoujo Dominance, although her breast there is suddenly make me think that Wagahigh heroines breast are very small lol. Lastly we have Ninetails announced that they'll start the KS for Hypno later (ie today), so let's see on how they'll do the KS later in regard of their goal and their merchandise.
Since we have Mangagamer released Wan Nyan, of course they had announced their next release for the next month. And in this case, their next release is Mugen Renkan with the release date at October 1st later. Back to Wan Nyan, what I can say is that it's pretty much just very normal moege even with the sexy alternative costumes that they have, and for more info the heroines here are pretty much normal human who cosplaying as doggirl and catgirl to run the cafetaria although I have to wonder though on who would use dog and cat in real life family name. Also the MC here is a wanderer who have a lot of absence in the school and yet managed to be prodigy in sweet making because he's a bit obsessed with ultimate sweet, and that he managed to met all of six heroines in one way or another. If anything at least the MC have face and it's quite good looking so it's reasonable for the heroines to fall in love with him lol, which to say pretty unusual for this type of VN. Go get Wan Nyan if you want some pseudo doggirl and catgirl who run the cafe like Tokyo Mew Mew, and have fun.
Before going to Nine Episode 3 release, we have some updates from Sekai in that they fully translated Kimagure Temptation and that they have overall Rewrite was past halfway (55%) along with 44% edited. I won't bother to note that progress though seeing that it's too bothersome to count the lines for both of Rewrite+ and Harvest Festa, especially after I know that Rewrite+ cut some lines in exchange for adding some more new lines. For Nekonyan after their IxShe Tell release, we have them did usual updates. As for the updates, it goes like we have Aokana EXTRA 1 was fully translated and edited and currently the engine port for that is ongoing, both of Melty Moment and their secret project was at 40% translated, Riddle Joker was fully translated along with 98% edited and 40% in QA, and Clover Days editing will begin in this week with the engine port was delayed. After looking at both of Hello Lady and Riddle Joker progress, their next release might be Riddle Joker seeing that they decided to not port it to another engine unlike Hello Lady, although of course it can be change again.
For Nine Episode 3, this time the heroine is Haruka who is known as upperclassman heroines for Kakeru. As for the premise, this time Kakeru decided to infiltrate the rival group in that he suspect that one of the member might be the culprit behind the petrification case that was happened in the town. While at first the love between Kakeru and Haruka seem impossible because both of them are in opposite position, turned out that it can be happen there. Other than Kakeru x Haruka romance, this episode also reveal a lot of thing that was relevant in Nine and also the preparation for the finale at next episode (Which turned out might be not the finale seeing that Palette teased us for Episode 5 at 9th later). There's also some bugs happened in the translated version, namely that there's a CG that can't be displayed in the CG mode and some untranslated test, although it's more or less minor though (Not like I expect Sekai will fix those quickly anyway). Go get Nine Episode 3 if you've been like it since the first two episodes (Perhaps because of the arts that are quite beautiful), and have fun.
That's all for this week VNTS Review and I'm sorry for being late here. See you next week.
PS - For this week title, seeing that we have Nine Episode 3 as Sekai's big release I decided to make seiyuu (VA) joke like my past VNTS Review when two parts of Nine are released. After 'Hoshizora Miyako' and 'Kamijou Sora', this time we have 'Yoshikawa Haruka' as the parody of the heroine of Nine Episode 3 (Kousaka Haruka). Of course 'Yoshikawa' here is the VA joke in question, in that it's from Yoshikawa Yuko of Hibike Euphonium and that the character share same VA as Haruka (Yamaoka Yuri). As for both of Yuko and Haruka. the only similarities that I can say is that both of them are the upperclassman characters for the MC of the respective works (Kumiko and Kakeru) and that both of the characters at first are more or less at odds with the main characters (Haruka is more serious though).

    Visual Novel Translation Status (08/30/2020)
Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and since I have nothing to say about Zakabox at this week let me going straight to my review for this week. As for this week overall I can say that this week is quite active one with one release from Nekonyan (IxShe Tell), one release announcement from Sekai (Nine Episode 3), one new VN announcement (Salthe) and several updates from official company (ie Mangagamer, Sekai, and Sol Press). So overall I guess I can say that this week is pretty much quite an exciting one, although it's still too bad that Mangagamer still not revealed their secret project so for now we can only wait for them to reveal their own secret projects. With this done, let's see what I can write for this week and I'll tell the title at PS later.
I guess I should start from Mangagamer in that they gave a number of updates at this week in that some of those are finished the testing. For the updates that finished the testing, we have Rance Quest, Sukehime, Steam Prison Fin's route, and 3rd secret project. The other updates that we have from Mangagamer are Musicus was in programming, Sona-Nyl Refrain was at 92% translated, and Genesis was at 60% edited. With this it mean that currently there are seven projects that were already finished the testing, and if we look from the past pattern there's a big chance that they'll announce Mugen Renkan as their next release after they release WanNyan at September 3rd later. Although of course it still depend on Mangagamer though whether they really will do it or not. As for third secret project, what I can say is that they obviously must reveal it if they about to release it, so let's wait and see here. As for Rance Quest, while it's good news to see it finished the testing we still need for a while so we still need to wait for some times before the release. That's all for Mangagamer's updates.
Sol Press did remove Daresora from their own Steam store, which mean that they won't work on Daresora anymore. While it mean that Sol Press did technically cancel one of their license yet again, I can say that I didn't lose much seeing that Daresora here is more or less just an episodic release with volume 1 is very short so it's not exactly good format for the VN here, and not even episodic format excuse here can save this VN here because Daresora here is failed to resolve the plot (To be fair it's supposed to be released like that, and currently Japanese version of this was also inactive as well). With this it mean one less project from Sol Press and hopefully they can keep up the work from their remaining projects. For the updates, we have Nukitashi was at 31% translated, Sakura Celebration was finished the editing progress, and both Irotoridori and Sakura Celebration waiting for QA build (Why the updates are like Sekai?). That's all for Sol Pres updates.
We have Shira VN announced that they'll release Salthe at September 15th later, and looking from the writer's CV we can say that it'll be a comedy VN just like what the producer usually did with Nekopara. Although in this case the comedy itself is quite dark with torture and rape though, and the VN itself was called as dark nukige which to say not something that Nekopara writer did write in his Magnum Opus (Otherwise Nekopara franchise would be more well known because of torture and rape instead of usual lighthearted catgirl story lol). Other things to note would be it'll be featuring female MC (And no this is not a otome VN for the info), and that Shira VN was forced to censored it on Steam so they also provided uncensored patch that was supposed to work on Steam version (And the censored version itself is already categorized as adult games, so yeah it's says a lot).
From fan translation we have Chaos Head Noah projects did have some new activity after some times of being inactive, and apparently they bring some new staffs into working on the translation. For the progress, currently we have three routes are fully translated (Sena's, Kozue's, and Ayase's) along with Nanami's route was at 45% translated, Yua's route was at 44.36% translated, Rimi's route was at 37.93% translated, B route was at 12.40% translated, and common route was at 4.34% translated (Note that common route here is basically two third of the game). Other than translation progress, apparently the porting is doing well so at least there's some big progress on Noah. For the next update, they'll do it at October 1st later so let's wait and see in regard of that. There's also some other updates in regard of White Album 2 at Discord, and what I can say is that the work is currently going well thanks to the new translators already finished some routes in Coda chapter with the plan for release the full patch was estimated at sometimes in the near future (ie at 2021), although of course it can be change in the future so I can only say that I'll keep my eyes whether the team can achieve their plan or not.
For the other fan translation updates, first of all we have Pure x Connect script was at 9,324 lines edited while for the translation it was at 16,614 lines translated (Honestly it's hard to confirm if it's correct or not because the translator did the typo, but for now I treat it as 16,614 lines are translated). Other than that we have Miotsukushi Ura was fully translated, Eustia was at 95.32% translated (Side routes was at 69.61% translated) along with 94.67% edited, Harugi's Branch was past three quarter (76%) translated, Loverable was at 90.35% edited, and Reflection Blue was past three quarter (88.3%) translated along with 3.31% edited (Also Shiki's route is already fully translated). We also have Iro Yoridori patch release, in that it's a NTR VN with the premise the MC's female childhood friend was in danger to be fall to the school playboy, and it's up to MC whether the playboy can get what he want or not. Go get the patch if you want to play it and have fun.
For Sekai we have they did add two more secret projects, although for now I won't comment on this until they reveal it. For the roundup we have Rewrite+ was at 20% edited, Bouquet of My Beloved (Seriously I never pay attention to this announcement) was at halfway translated, Koiama 2 was fuly translated and currently waiting on English build, Nekopara 4 was fully edited and currently waiting on QA build, Island Diary was also waiting for QA build as well, and Nine Episode 4 was at 38% translated along with 30% edited. Last but not in the least, we have Sekai announced Nine Episode 3 release at tomorrow and of course this'll be another VN with Tsubasu's art along with that it'll reveal a lot of secret in Nine VNs. I'll look forward to the release later, obviously for both of the arts and the stories (And yes I know that Episode 4 here is Nine's finale).
This week we have Nekonyan released IxShe Tell, and while for sure it's not as big as either Hello Lady or Clover Days I would say that you can still look forward to play it, if only for the sake of the comedy that was available in there. While granted that it's still quite underrated as of now, I believe that some people may enjoy this VN especially if you're in need of some lighter VN that was full of comedy. So my suggestion for IxShe Tell here would be just treat it as pure moege instead of charage, and not expect much story from this. For the premise, we have our MC Hajime in that he's the so-called school hero who abolished a century rule that banned the romance in the school, and after he's being successful he enjoyed the result with five girls approaching him one by one. Seeing that Hajime didn't have enough time for romance beforehand, he's very confused about it so it's up to the player to help him find his love. Go get IxShe Tell from one of many stores like usual Nekonyan's releases, and have fun.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
PS - For the title seeing that we have Chaos Head Noah big update along with Salthe announcement, I decided to combined 'New Generation' from New Generation murder case at Chaos Head Noah (Forgot to mention that Noah here is the upgraded version of Chaos Head) and 'Comedy' from Salthe (Because it put the emphasis on the word comedy very much at the premise), so we have 'New Generation Comedy' as this week VNTS Review. Note that comedy here is depend on each of their own in regard on how funny it is, and of course the twisted murderer of New Generation murder here would surely find it as funny.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (09/13/2020)
Surprisingly Zakamutt was very quick with this week VNTS, so let me straight to the point with my late VNTS Review here and I'll tell about the title at PS. For this week, the most obvious big news here would be Hypno Kickstarter (KS) in that it's started back at 8th and already funded. Other than that, there's some fan translation updates and several releases announcements, although none of those are interesting to me though. I think what I can say about this week would be quite a calm one, although Hypno's KS itself is quite interesting update to me. Let's see what i can write for this week as well.
For the first updates, we have two news in regard of otome VNs release date. For the first news it's in regard of Taisho x Alice Episode 2, in that the release date of it was decided to moved up from October to 18th later, so if you want to date handsome Kaguya and Gretel then you can note the date. While for the other news, it's about the delay of the release in that Piofiore was delayed from 10th to October 8th later so if you already looking forward to Piofiore it mean that you need to wait a bit longer. Speaking about release date, we also have Sekai announced the exact release date for Nekopara 4 as well in that it'll be at November 26th later and they also already opened the Steam store for that. And we also have new VN annunced in that Cherry Kiss did announce that they'll release yet another isekai nukige with the name Monster Girl Breeder at 19th later, so if you want to see an isekai story when you'll breed a lot of monster girl then you can wait until 19th later.
The editing for Eustia was caught up with the translation progress in that currently it's at 95.57% edited with the translation number was slightly up with the current progress was at 95.60% translated with side routes was at 71.46% translated, Harugi's Branch route was at 84% translated, Loverable was at 90.56% edited, Nursery Rhyme was at 36% re-edited, Miotsukushi Ura was at 41% edited, and Reflection Blue was fully translated along with at 10.16% edited. For more elaboration on Reflection Blue, currently Alka have been reworking 10.6% of the original Summer Pockets so it could still take a while before the release for Reflection Blue full patch even though it's been already fully translated. Other than Alka manage to fully translated Reflection Blue (Summer Pockets new contents for the reminder), no much to say in regard of fan translation section so that's all for this week fan translation updates roundup.
As for Hypno's KS, like I said it's been already started and currently it's been already successful with the base goal was at 13,200,000 yen with the funds that they currently gather is at ~16,200,000 yen. So currently they tried to get some stretch goals, in that the highest goal will be worked on later if the funding reach 39,600,000 yen. For the Hypno itself, the setting itself is quite dark with human souls are easily usable as fuel for demon's weapons although our focus here is obviously not on human though, but rather the demon that would happen on the civil war after the biggest nation (Varganian) declare the war to conquer whole Helvetia (The world name in Hypno). You can try the demo first if you want to find out about the gameplay, and if you didn't like tentacle you can try all age version because 18+ version trial have two sex scenes with tentacle. They already estimate the release timeline for Hypno as well in that it'll be at December 2021, which to say pretty reasonable if you recall Frontier was released one year after it's KS at December 2019 and that Hypno story is 1.5 times linger than Frontier from what Keimaru (The director of Ninetail) said.
That's all for my VNTS Review at this week, and see you next week.
PS - As for the title, I decided to parodied Tokyo Mirage Sessions because this week we have Hypno Kickstarted and that the place setting is the world call Helvetia. Helvetia itself is actually the national personification of Switzerland and Switzerland capital is Bern, and so I change 'Tokyo' into 'Bern' seeing that Tokyo here is Japan's capital. As for Tokyo Mirage Session itself actually it's crossover of Fire Emblem and Shin Megami Tensei, and so I likened Venus Blood with Fire Emblem seeing that both of those are strategy games even though it have different gameplay (And Tokyo Mirage Sessions itself is more like normal RPG than strategy games).

While the title is pretty fitting for Utawarerumono remake that was released back at May 26th, unfortunately it's not the case because the subtitle for the remake is 'Prelude to the Fallen' which to say was not idiosyncratic with the rest of the trilogy. Anyway welcome to this week VNTS Review and as for this week we have the highlight Utawarerumono remake release and more importantly Sol Press big decision in regard of their VN business, and along with that we also have Nekonyan and fan translation updates here. So yeah overall this week is more active compared to the last week which is good enough, and let's see what I can write for this week as well here.
The release for Wanko of Marriage was delayed, and let's just say that they should make sure that they already ready before announce the exact release date. From Sekai we have Amairo Chocolata was at 45% edited, and their third secret project was at 37% translated (I wonder when the project will be revealed). From fan translation we have Taimainin Yukikaze 2 was at 60% translated, Kud Wafter all age version was at 40.48% translated, Miagete FD was past three quarter (76.83%) with Miharu's (The former elementary teacher of the MC for the info) route was fully translated, and the new fragments from Matsuribayashi PS3 version was at 39% translated.
Recently we have Sol Press gave us some big updates along with the big announcements in that they'll stop licensing new VNs because turned out that the VN markets is not quite profitable for them. While it's too bad that Sol Press probably wouldn't joined the VN localization market, honestly it should be the best action for them seeing that they already gathered enough circumstances on how they may overwhelmed with the VNs license. So hopefully with no more VNs announcements from them, they can start clean their VNs backlog one by one as they planned. If I want to summarized what Sol Press did it wrong in regard of VN market, there would be too much seeing that they made so many questionable actions in the past. As for the updates, we have Irotoridori was at 88% translated along with 66% edited, Nukitashi was fully translated along with a quarter edited, and Sakura Celebration was almost fully (99%) translated along with 61% edited. That's all for Sol Press, and hopefully they'll be able to be able solve their own problem (Along with start working on Mirai Radio).
As for this month Nekonyan's updates, we have several. For the roundup we have Riddle Joker was 20% in QA, Aokana Extra 1 was at a quarter translated along with 10% edited, IxSheTell was at three quarter translated, and their first secret project was at 23% translated. Other than the roundup, we have Kirikoi update in that apparently Nekonyan team did have a hard time to work with Siglus engine (The engine that Visual Arts VNs used, and it mean Saga Planet VNs as well seeing that it's under Visual Arts), so they decided to port it to Unity and right now the porting in progress. For Kirikoi's translation progress, currently it's been at 65% translated along with 20% edited. Lastly we have Hello Lady FD fully translated along with the editing was planned to be finished by the end of this month (June), so naturally we can say that Nekonyan's next release should be Hello Lady but whether they can do it at this year or not let's see it later. That's all for this month Nekonyan's progress.
For Utawarerumono remake the publisher did promise us that the gameplay would be like the sequel duology, and admittedly it's quite close although they didn't fully implement the feature from the sequel though. Of course even with no full feature implemented the new version here is still the massive improvement compared to the old PC version, and in addition there's the additional fights that allowed the grinding in order to make the harder battle easier. I think I didn't need to tell the premise of first Utawarerumono here seeing that it should be already well known seeing that it's been available for 12 years, and in case you didn't want to play there's always the anime to understand the story (The story in the remake is almost the same with the older version). As for the release, currently we only have console version although apparently there'll be PC version so if you want to play the improved version of Utawarerumono on PC then you should wait more. Lastly get Utwawarerumono remake if you've been wanted to play the improved version for a while and own the console, and have fun.
Almost forget that we have Kimikoi released at Steam so if you want to know on why people did keep compared Kimikoi to DDLC and yet didn't want to read the sex scenes, then you can get it from Steam. Of course while it's been censored, Kimikoi here is still not fitting for the children at under 13 years old. Or really you shouldn't play it at least until you're 18 years old, because even without the sex scenes the topic that Kimikoi discussed here is rather heavy and don't forget the infamous disturbing scene that surely wouldn't been censored by JAST. I bring the age here because there's some controversy about age in regard of DDLC so much that it was talked in BBC News, and that some parents blame DDLC just because their children did ignore the warning or something like that.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
  17. littleshogun
Because of Flowers Autumn release and that I already said that I'll combined Saga Planets season VNs with 'Flowers', we have 'Kisaragi Gold Flowers' as this week VNTS Review and obviously I parodied Kisaragi Gold Star in that it represent autumn. For a bit more translation note, we can also translate Kisaragi as 'like the moon' with one of the kanji writing have 'moon' kanji. For on how it have the connection with autumn, it's from Japanese culture in that one of their autumn tradition is moon viewing. While at first I didn't know if Niijima Yuu think about that when he made Kisaragi Gold Star title, after see the CG that depict the group in Kisaragi did moon viewing on rooftop I can say that he think about the moon connection with autumn when he made the title. Anyway as for this week other than Flowers Autumn release, we also have both of Nekonyan and Mangagamer gave us a number of updates. There's also fan translation updates as well, so overall I can say that this week is quite active. Let's see what I can write for this week as well.
We have Sol Press did update that currently they have Sakura Celebration was at 83% edited, and what I can say is that on how much their progress on Irotoridori in regard of the engine works recently. In any case I just hope that Sol Press will have smooth release on Irotoridori, which to say might be easier said than done considering that Bokuten was banned (Granted that turned out the file still have some 18+ CG, but still quite enough for a wake up call). Other than that, there's Eden's Ritter release in that it's the first release from Shira VN when it come to nukige (And a dark one at that). What I can say is that if you like dark nukige with big breast heroines (Same developer as Funbag for the info), go get the VN and have fun. For Photonmelodies (Another Muv Luv fandisc after Photonflowers), I guess I can say that you can get it if you want to see more Muv Luv and more importantly want to see the epilogue of Alternative from Altered Fable so have fun with that.
Sekai did delayed Rewrite+ release from November 2020 to January 2021, which to say not surprising at all. Although if the delay mean that Sekai would willing to hasten their interesting VNs releases such as Harukuru, Nine Episode 3, and Daybreak then I don't mind the delay lol. That said it mean more waiting for Rewrite fans, so hopefully they'll be able to get around the delay somehow (I still think that Rewrite+ release is redundant one though). From Mangagamer, we have updates from their secret projects in that the 4th was both fully translated and edited, the 6th was at 64% translated along with 62% edited, the 7th was fully translated along with 88% edited, and the 3rd was currently in testing with both of translation and editing progress are finished. For other updates, we have Sona-Nyl Refrain was past three quarter (76%) translated, Sukehime was in testing, Rance 02 was finished the testing, and Musicus was fully translated and edited with image editing for that was currently ongoing.
From fan translation we have Eustia was at 92.98% translated with side routes was past halfway (54.43%) translated, 15,267 lines of Pure x Connect are translated along with 8,289 lines are edited, Loverable was at 89.5% edited, Harugi was at 58% traslated with Branch route was at 42% translated, and Ginharu overall was at 65.84% translated with Yuzuki's route was at 21.46% translated. We also have Alka manage to translated more than halfway (51.5%) of Reflection Blue with Shizuku's route was fully translated and Miki's route was at 67.1% translated, although it didn't mean that they'll directly release the patch as soon as it finished though (ie no August or September release) because Alka still need to get through several process before releasing Reflection Blue patch. Lastly we have Alka did inform that they'll release Miagete FD patch at first weeks of August, so let's see if they can release it at this month later.
While I did expect that Nekonyan will release Hello Lady next at this year, turned out that IxShe Tell is more likely to be Nekonyan's next release because currently it's at 70% in QC while Hello Lady was at halfway in QC (By the way IxShe Tell was already fully translated and edited). There's also the fact that Hello Lady engine was currently being worked on by the developer, so perhaps we must wait for a while before the release. For the rest of Nekonyan's update, we have both of their secret project and Melty Moment was at 35% translated, Aokana Extra 1 was at 90% translated along with halfway edited, Kirikoi was at 85% translated along with 45% edited, and lastly we have Riddle Joker was at 90% for both of translation and editing progress along with 35% in QC.
As for Flowers Autumn, the premise is still in regard of GL story with the MC for this time is Yuzuhira who about to be graduated from Saint Angrecaum school and that she still have some regret even when she's about to handing her position as student president council to Suoh (Flowers Spring MC). In order to resolve the regret, Yuzuriha decided to ask some help from her best friend since childhood Nerine who may or may not become her lover in the future. With this it mean that we already have three quarter of Flowers tetralogy being translated, and looks like it'll be right that JAST took two years to release each part of the tetralogy. While granted that we still didn't know when exactly JAST will announce Flowers Winter, it should be obvious that JAST will take the license of if they want a complete tetralogy barring some special circumstances. In any case if you want to see more Flowers, you can get it from either JAST store or Steam and have fun. Oh and even though this is the third part of the tetralogy, the VN itself is still complete enough so you can play it right now if you worry about whether you should wait for Flowers Winter or not.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

Foreword - Currently admin Tay is atill missing, so obviously it mean that the font page is still not fixed and therefore no VNTS. So here's another VNTS Review from mine, and I hope that you'll enjoy it.
Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and as for the title I'm simply parodied Romance of the Three Kingdom that was the main inspiration of Koihime Musou franchise (Albeit loosely one at that) into 'Romance of the Three Queendoms' simply because we have Shin Koihime Musou was fully translated, and the Queendom part should be obvious because in Koihime Musou we have almost all Chinese historical figure were genderbent into woman. And by 'almost all' I mean all except one character in which that one character only was a naked muscle man, although he's not the king though so the Queendoms part should still applies even though the game not said that. As for this week, other than another fit from Steam there's not much news here other than regular updates, so if I may blunt here this week is kind of dry. That said, let's see what I can write for this week as well.
As for Steam's fit, this week we have HGB was removed from Steam page and banned, in which it proved that my worries was right that Steam may change their policy after allowing 18+ VNs to be added into Steam store. To make it worse, the version of HGB that was added was supposed to be wouldn't have any sex scenes also at least the work should be safe to be added at Steam, even with the fact that 18+ patch will available later. While granted that the deletion was might be just personal matter of taste from the one who reviewed and deleted HGB store page, it's still shown that Steam is not free of censorship and to make it worse it's not clear what kind of the game that would be not allowed on the store page. In the end, what I can say is that while Steam is good platform to market the VN, it would be better to not depending on it too much considering their inconsistent policy (Sorry for going a bit emotional here). If anything at least HGB release was already decided at January 25th later (Good that it's still on time for summer release if you live in Australia) which mean that at least the Steam ban didn't affected the release, and as of now Nekonyan did try to port HGB into their new engine for Englsh release later.
Like I say earlier, we finally have Shin Koihime Musou was finiased the translation progress after a lot of translation works. That said it didn't mean that the work for it was fnished though, because there'll be a lot of editing work in which currently it's at ~28% so easy to say it would need some times before finally we can play Shin Koihime Musou in English. Other than Shin Koihime Musou, we have Eustia was at 60.35% translated along with 44.65% edited, Harugi's overall was at 34% along with Miyabi's route was at 69% translated, Watamasu was at 35% translated, Loverable was at 51.68% edited, Pure Pure was passing 90% mark translated with the current progress was at 91.15% translated for overall with Tobari's route was at 85.05% translated, and Yoigoshi was at 87% translated. Other than those usual updates, we also have Rhapsody's update in which the translator was already finished with Chapter 8 of Lavirie's route translation and currently working on Chapter 9 with around halfway of the chapters were already translated. Other than the update, we also already got the editor for Rhapsody's project so at least it should help the translation. For last update from fan translation, we have Tsurezure did managed to almost halfway translated Rikka's route with the current progress was at 49.51% translated, and with that it bring overall Hoshiori translation progress to 45.12% translated.
For additional update, just in case you already have PSV and been looking forward to London Detective Mysteria otome, be happy because XSEED already announced that they'll release it at 18th later. While for PC version, apparently they work on that version so that the PC player will have good experience, and therefore they still not determine when there'll be PC version release. In that case, then hopefully it mean that they'll take care the porting very seriously.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (05/07/2016)
This time I'd must admit that I'd had hard time to find fitting title for this week, so since there's a VN with post war setting and another VN with Yoake (Meaning Dawn in Japan) word release, I'd decided to use poetic word 'Dawn After the War'.
Anyway, even though I made poetic title for this week VNTS Review, actually the inspiration title for this week kinda mediocre. For Yoake one, actually it was some short dark yuri nukige which according to Decay the size was at 9 GB, which to said the size was too big (Although maybe SakuSaku from same year (2014) release was also at 9 GB for the game file though, but at least it's justified for quite beautiful art). The rating at VNDB this time was quite high (Average at 8.01 and Bayesian at 7.36, although the voter might had particular taste though). Well, I guess this VN would be good for dark yuri nukige fan though. For post war VN, actually it was inspired from the anime which some people called 'K-On on Military' just because the girl design was cute. Anyway, for some who curious here's MAL page for the anime itself (So Ra No Wo To), and I would suggest instead of searching PSP Emulator or something like that, just watch the anime should be enough (Although I didn't knew if there is new content on the translated VN itself though). For the 3rd release, didn't knew much other than it as from same creator as Tokyo School Life.
Okay, after commenting the release for this week (Which compared to April when we got many big release was quite bland), this week was also quite plain to be honest ie not much happening other than some progress. After JAST released Seinarukana (And Steam version for later months), as expected there's not much progress from them. For Mangagamer, as usual we must wait for another week here and we had one certain news that Mangagamer will release The House of Fata Morgana next week. I'd knew that this VN had some people who like the art, hope it'll satisfied the people who like gothic art and unusual character design though. Also I'd heard that the story was also had horror element here.
Since Tay also made a remark about ChuSinGura Kickstarter failure, might as well report it that right now they managed 9,368 out of 160,000 (I'll need to write the number for the reminder here just in case it'll be change next week). Speaking about Kickstarter, actually it was from last week but I'd forgot to report that Libra managed to had the common route 100% translated and it mean that they'll move to heroine's route (I don't know if they'll deliver the release for either Halloween or November though). One last thing, because I'd also forgot to mention Frontwing will release Corona Blossom for English speaker first last week, my comment here it would be interesting I guess, although for now I'd only knew that the people behind design character was also responsible for Grisaia character design and their own 'Hunie Pop' girl thing.
    Sekai Project
The only legal company which had the progress this week. Anyway, Maitetsu this week was moving slowly by 0.85%, WEE Episode 3 touched 70% (71.54% to be exact), Darekoi at 64.24%, and Memory Dogma at 13.15%. Well, not much other than Maitetsu and WEE was had some nice progress here (Although Maitetsu was slowing down). Although for Memory Dogma and Darekoi I didn't follow them much though, but nice progress I suppose. And one more thing, they didn't show the progress for Tenshin Rahman and Chrono Clock this week.
    Fan Translation
First of all, I'm sorry to said this but Dergonu was decided to stall his project because his real life circumstance. Hopefully he'll be able to get through his circumstance and he'll be able to translating it just like what he want in the future after once again he finished his circumstance.
Anyway, let's move to the update. For Kiminozo we had Akane route transalted. Actually, from some source that I'd read Muv Luv was supposed to be spin off for Kiminozo. Who knew that Muv Luv franchise which grew bigger into Cash Cow Franchise for age was started from Kiminozo in the first place. Anyway, for more history lesson Kiminozo also had dubbed and the anime was get the Western name 'Rumbling Heart'. I'd heard that Kiminozo had some sort of depressive ending and VNDB categorize it as Utsuge. This might be good, although if you want very happy ending don't play this game.
Astral Air, well after one week update absence they managed to had another update this week at 76.06%. For SakuSaku, this week the TLC was at 100%, although the release might be still not very soon though but hopefully this year. For the last update, congratulations for big jump for translating Izumi route at Clover's Day (12% to 50%), ittaku and thanks for your effort. Other than nice progress, I think not much comment needed for now.
I think that's all for this week VNTS Review.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (08/23/2020)
Before going to my VNTS Review for this week, let me try to comment on Zakabox at VNTS below.
For Evenicle 2 demo censorship, let's just say that both Twitter and Steam did have a lot of complain in regard of the censorship. Also surprisingly 4chan was quite reasonable at this time, which is good to me because I find that some comments in regard of censorship are quite out of control. The sex scene that was cut is plot relevant, with Alex marrying his first wife (Kano) at 13 years old through sex so I guess the reason for the cut is quite reasonable seeing that Steam may ban Evenicle 2 trial if the scene is still there if we look back at Bokuten. Not caring much about Chinkamo other than it have cute and sexy little sisters lol, although I guess it's nice to see the Japanese play word. Nice to see that finally people can get Loca Love 2 legally from another source (JAST and Fakku) other than Frontwing physical copy which surely would be quite difficult to get even though it also contain English translation (No idea why 4chan didn't add that little bit of very important information, but I guess they too busy with cancelled Steam version). Rest in peace to Akagoei translation project, or if you prefer Latin then Requiescat in pace to Akagoei translation project. After I know that the writer is Kinugasa and some of the reviews did state that he like to not end his VN properly, my interest to get Akagoei is plummeted to almost none. Also I agree in that after several examples I can say that unspecified 'technical difficulties' in fan translation could be use as euphemism for going official, although nowadays it's rare to see that kind of status in fan translation. Agree that it's pretty awkward to have FD uncensored and yet the main game is still censored as of now (Thanks to Pulltop's hard and unnecessary works), and if anything else at least I can say that if Pulltop ever want to localize Miagete FD then I would say that it's one of their best decision lol (Obviously because it'll be a redundant and censored (Of course) release). Anyway with my relatively long comment on Zakabox done, welcome to this week VNTS Review. As for this week while technically we didn't have updates from both of Mangagamer and Sekai it more than make up with some releases, controversies, and the updates. The controversies here is obviously in regard of Evenicle 2 demo release which come with the censorship and all, and while for the release we have Miagete FD in that finally Alka manage to resolve their patch breaking bug at Hinamin's route. We also have two new VNs announcement, in that both of those are can be classified as moege (Chinkamo and Loca Love Volume 3). Let's get to see what I can write for this week here, and I'll tell the title at PS later.
While Evenicle 2 trial release is good and that actually the gameplay is not much changed along with the writing, unfortunately it's overshadowed with controversy. Namely that it still have mosaic and one cut content. While mosaic is not too much problem to me, unfortunately cut content is another matter especially when it depict Alex's (The MC) first marriage. While at first it's quite worrisome, at least Alicesoft here did say that they'll try to search for the other storefront that would accept the uncensored version of Evenicle 2 if possible. One of the most possible store at this moment is Mangagamer, in that it's their previous partner for the overseas release. Granted that we can say that their relation is worsening, although looking from on how Alicesoft stated that Mangagamer still handle Rance, I would say that perhaps the relationship wouldn't be as bad as some people said. Anyway what we can do now is that we can only wait and see whether Alicesoft can released their promised uncensored version or not, and I hope that they'll be able to do it. Go get Evenicle 2 trial though if you want to try it and not bothered by censorship, and have fun.
Congratulation to Alka in regard of their Miagete FD release, although unfortunately the main VN is still not uncensored. As for the release, I would say that it should be good if one want to see more of Miagete casts if you liking Miagete. Although my policy in regard of FD is still the same though in that I wouldn't interested with it and moreso it would be pretty awkward to have the FD uncensored while the main game is still censored, and speaking about that unfortunately Alka was too busy so they wouldn't have the chance to take care of decensoring Miagete (At least they'll facilitate anyone who want to do some decensoring effort if anything else). Still you can get the patch if you want to see more Miagete or somehow want to see the sex scenes after playing Miagete censored edition (Well at least it's pretty much the point of FD I suppose) or just want to play some additional new short routes, and have fun.
With two works that have two different types of censorship decision was released at this week (Well one of those are only the FD of the censored work), I guess it would be proper to try discuss a bit about that. As for Evenicle 2 censorship, the controversy here is like Baldr Sky in that back then it's more uncertain when it come to the uncensored version. I also says something like that I'm hoping that GIGA would make some replacement scenes for the Steam version, although of course back then I'm not exactly expect that Sekai will make Baldr Sky all age only thanks to GIGA's pressure. Back to Evenicle 2, while I did say pointless anger back at Baldr Sky Steam announcement at least this time I can say that the anger is not pointless in that they manage to pressure Alicesoft to state in regard of cut content and mosaic (Although to me the anger in regard of mosaic is very pointless). While some people can say that it's too late and it's just an attempt to save face, I would say that to me Alicesoft here is already better compared to Sekai when they silent about Baldr Sky censorship for more than three years, and more importantly Pulltop in that there's never any attempt to acknowledge the censorship from them in the first place even after several instances of critics. I think that's all for my take on the censorship, at least for now.
For some other updates, we have Frontwing released the trial for Loca Love Volume 3 that was somehow under the radar thanks to Evenicle 2 trial release controversy. As for the plan, I guess it's almost certain that they'll release the English version alongside Japanese version at September 25th later although obviously it'll be in physical version. No word in regard of selling it to another store, but at least Frontwing most likely will sell it to the same store at when they sell Loca Love 2 and of course it wouldn't be at Steam. Somehow I manage to forgot Taisho x Alice Episode 2 in the past so let me say that the plan was to release it at October later, and no you didn't need to worry about the bad translation and one man dub because Verdilish is still the one who responsible for the translation. We also have Love Lab have some progress with Humbling of Holy Maiden was at 90% translated, their secret project was fully translated along with 80% edited, and that they announced little sister moege (Most likely nukige) Chinkamo (Apparently not the secret project). No much comment other than at least the two sisters are quite cute and sexy I suppose.
From fan translation, we have Mitosukushi Ura was at 93% translated, Taimanin Yukikaze 2 was fully translated, Harugi's Branch was at 72% translated, and Eustia was at 95.15% translated (Almost there) with side routes was at 68.54% translated. After one week break, this week we have Ginharu update again with currently Yuzuki's route was past a quarter (30.62%) translated and overall Ginharu was at 67.24% translated. Lastly other than Miagete FD release we also have Alka updating their Reflection Blue progress, and currently Shiki's route was past three quarter (78.2%) translated with overall Reflection Blue was at 80.9% translated. About Mimei, to be honest I just know it back at last week so I can't say much more other than it's another Shiba Satomi VN with her more well known work is True Remembrance. Speaking about True Remembrance, there's a new patch that import 3DS version graphic into PC version along with some exclusive contents, so if you prefer 3DS graphic of True Remembrance than get the patch and have fun.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
PS - As for the title, I did repeated my past VNTS Review title here which is quite fitting seeing that we have Miagete FD released. For the reminder, I did parodied Konosora English title that was censored by Pulltop (If My Heart Had Wings) and I changed 'Wings' into 'Stars' (Of course the FD here didn't have censorship problem). I also parodied Konosora FD title, in that I changed 'Flight' into 'Observation' which obviously not make the initial as FD like Pulltop always do at their FD. As for observation part other than watching the stars like Miagete casts did, it also could mean that a process where the doctor keep watching the patient progress in that it obviously fit Evenicle 2 in that the gameplay also focused on how Alex curing the disease that his wives have.

Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and sorry for being late here. For this week title I parodied the old nukige Discipline by changing the 'Crusade' to 'Celibate'. The reason is becuse we have Nukitashi was almost fully translated along with the reveal of the localized name (Nukitashi: I’m a Celibate, Get Me Out of Here!) that did have the word 'Celibate' (And that Nukitashi premise here remind me of Discipline), so we have 'Discipline: Record of a Celibate' as this week VNTS Review title. As for this week, most of interesting updates are comes from the update while for the release there's not much to say here, so I guess I can say that the week is overall quite a plain one here. Before I continue, I know that Mangagamer did release Funbag Fantasy 2 and announce Sakuramori as their next release (At April 9th later) today, but I'll talk more about it at my next VNTS Review. Let's see what I can write at this week.
From Cherry Kiss we have yet another isekai nukige with the MC here is basically the isekai hero who somehow manage to marry a cute demon king (Should be demon queen I guess), and that they'll release the nukige at 27th later. For the release, we have SF which as we know one of Tetsuzou VN who is more well known for his colorful word back when he find out that his works being fan translated. Well since it's a nukige and most of Tetsuzou VN are only have the advantage in the animation, safe to say that I'll just ignore it (Have fun though if you like it). In any case, I just hope that Sekai started on their serious project such as Amatsutsumi or Nine Episode 3 if we talk about their AX announcements here. We also have a word from Frontwing in regard of Sharin, which basically said that they need to delay their merchandise production for Sharin because of Corona virus pandemy, and I'll just basically say that unless you back it or waiting for it just play the available Sharin translation if you've been wanted to play it.
I guess this week we also have significant update from Sol Press, although it's still faraway from being ready for the release though. The first update from them was in regard of Irotoridori in which currently was at past halfway (55%) translated along with 31% edited, while for the second update we have Nukitashi was almost finished the translation at 98% translated. In any case, good luck to them despite their rare update roundup from them recently.
From fan translation we have surprising update from Gore Screaming Show, in which they just recently showing their activity with the current progress for the translation was at 13.4% translated. Speaking about recent activity, we also have some Pure Pure progress after the translator been busy for several months with real life matter, and the newest progress for Pure Pure 94.47% translated. From Higurashi PS3 arc, we have new progress for Miotsukushi Ura and currently it's at 4% ported to PC. For the rest of the roundup, we have Angel Beats show a massive progress with the curent progress was past halfway (51.66%) translated, Eustia was at 88.76% translated with side route was at 27.03% translated along with 86.62% edited, and Ginharu show some big progress with Momiji's route was at 85.12% translated and overall Ginharu was at 59.79% translated.
That's all for this week VNTS, and sorry if it's been too short here. See you next week, or perhaps in a few days later.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (04/09/2016)
To be honest the title for this week was quite cheesy and for the header image this time it was quite hard to find the fitting title. Anyway, the man on MC's lap (Yes the header image was from otome game) was Hanbei Takenaka from just recently released Destiny Princess. Anyway, this is another my review on VNTS here, and from now on I'll commented based on each segment just like last week. For my opening comment, this week was quite plain to be honest. And if Tay interested in otome game, I'm not by the way.
    Sekai Project
Well, not much to be honest other than KARAKARA managed to reach the progress at 77.22% and Maitetsu at 6.39%. Both of those was more interesting because of the seiyuu to be honest, and also factoring the opening video (Or maybe I'm far more interested in those 2 production value). For Korean VN, the progress was at 1.29%. Lucid9, the girl's sprite quite good looking, although I must questioning why Sekai released only prologue here and if you allow me to speculate maybe they want try to repeat Katawa Shoujo success which start from releasing the common route first, and then waiting for 4 years to finally released the full version. The production value was quite high with voice acting there, and well let's just hope Lucid9 take time to made the character route worthwhile unlike No One But You which is rushed according to the review here.
One last note, as for Root Double (And in response to Decay musing), I'd still suspect Regista or Yeti was behind the delay instead of Sekai, but I think if somehow the Japanese company managed to force Sekai to delay it more in this month, well there's still May to speculate I guess (Or in another word I'm willing to wait for 51 days more).
    Fan Translation
Astral Air this time managed to pick up again at 0.69% compared to last week which is only at 0.2%, and interestingly apparently Chuee (or Supreme Tentacle) also pick up on Corona's route this week. Sakusaku, I think I already made the comment on my thread, but let's wait until May 2nd for more update here once again. Irotoridori, well this one had history in regard of the translation and good luck akerou (Oh the progress now was at 8%). Monster Girl Quest Paradox, I knew the original had interesting story but maybe this game set in alternate history (Also will the artist update the H-Scene drawing so we'll more willing to lost instead of encourage us to winning indirectly because of bad drawing) and to be honest I didn't know much about this.
I think this time we had some interesting news from community member here. For Ittaku, congratulations to find one more editor for To Hearts 2 and by the way for anyone else who read this will some of you interested to editing twin route at To Heart 2 (Not mine since I didn't had confidence enough in English editing). As for Bishoujo Mangekyou, congratulations for reaching 50.5% for the progress, Arcadeotic and if you ask me the VN was quite interesting with the score apparently quite high at VNDB for something labeled nukige (The again so does Monster Girl Quest), the premise was like teacher and vampire thing, and according to VNDB Ringorin was voicing white haired girl. Good luck Arcadeotic. We also had new translation project from dergonu (Maybe will be added on VNTS project in coming weeks) here, and by the way if you expected it was yuri VN, the answer was correct. Good luck Dergonu, and as for the progress right now it was at 3.1%. Oh, and about Tokyo Necro, I think I just wait and see for this since there's a wall with name JAST USA there, and recently I saw the CG from there and it was very scary (Some of these involving brain iirc).
Oh, congratulation for the establishment of 'Dracu Riot Completion Translation' project, although to be honest there's still not much news and progress this week, other than good luck Decay in your new position. But seeing fiddle's habit when they submit the progress when each route is finished back at Noble Noodle Works translation project, I think that's understandable. And for the untranslated script in Miu's route, the line count was comparable to some short VN (Around 5000 lines) so maybe the progress still take a while. Well, let me said thanks to one of 'Elite Four of Fuwanovel' Nosebleed here for establishing this project once again.
As for my closing comment, for Sharin localization announcement, no much comment needed. Also I'm waiting for Dangan Ronpa 2 if only because of the involvement many famous seiyuu there. For Fata Morgana house, not interested but maybe there was some user here who interested with that kind of graphic.
I think that's all for this week.

    Visual Novel Translation Status (02/25/2017)
The title should be very obvious, especially if you're fan of Madoka. The gist of my title would be very obviously parodying very famous anime Madoka (Duh), only in the title I changed 'Madoka' to 'Mina' in the title because the girl in the image header was not Madoka of course, but rather our MC from recently released Shadows of Pygmalion Hajiro Mina. As for the Pygmalion, I played the demo already and saw some info on the internet, at Mangagamer blog post in which they said that Pygmalion here was quite comparable with Madoka there. In the end, it's just my opinion though that Pygmalion was quite parallel with Madoka, although perhaps the real reason I made the comparison between that was one segment from the demo and a scene from Madoka quite similar imo - also more interesting with one certain seiyuu (It was near the end of the demo, and the seiyuu in question was Kitamura Eri which also voiced Sayaka back in Madoka. Do the math). That's all for my writing about the title here, and welcome to this week VNTS Review in which I'll try to comment the progress for some updates here again.
Okay, as for this week it's the most interesting weeks if we looking at the announcements from some company and planned release (At least for this year, which admittedly was only going at 2 months for now). This week we had some usual updates from both of Sekai and fan translation, a release of Mangagamer in which I already attempt talked about, and the biggest one here would be the announcements from Frontwing. As for what order I should write here, perhaps I'll start to talk about Sekai Project first here.
    Sekai Project
They apparently had planned an interesting release for next week, but there's no info from my attempted search there. But first before I writing my opinion about that, let me do some roundup for their usual progress here with the exception the planned release. Okay, the roundup goes like Maitetsu was at 95.92% translated, Tokeijikake 2 was 60% translated (I'll just called this update Daybreak for next week here), 1st sekrit project was fully translated, Bokukotsu was at 33.54% translated, and Kanonana was at 32% translated. As for Tokeijikake kickstarter, it's already success from the last week and it's already gather more than 90,000 so no comment here. Almost forget that right now Rakuen was fully translated and starting the editing process (They still on track to release it on March - at least the Steam version iirc). That's all for the updates here.
As for the planned release for next week, it should be very obvious enough. But just in case someone didn't get that, it's Chrono Clock in which apparently will be released at 28th. While the news here was of course very good if I may admit here, the info in regard of the release was still quite vague at that (Whether it's real or not, and I wouldn't count ANN as reliable source for release date). What I want to said is that one again there's still no indication when Chrono Clock is released as of now (Both of Steam and Nutaku page still said that the release date was 'Soon'). Therefore it's possible that Chrono Clock will be not released at 28th, but maybe at March it could be possible if I said here (Especially with this game was currently at 97.28% translated right now, which is slightly less ideal if one want 28th release). Despite what all I'd saying here earlier, of course I still interested with this VN and I would be happy if the release date was indeed right at 28th. For now in regard of Chrono Clock, I'll just wait and see here like usual.
    Other
This week we had some interesting surprise from Frontwing. But first let me state that Phantom Trigger was already prepared their prefundia and the goal was at 80,000. Not the VN that I had interest with in the first place, so I'll pass. Though if some of you here want more Grisaia, go ahead and feel free to look at their Kickstarter later though (I'll report weekly fund gathering if possible here later). As for interesting surprise, there's two this week but first let me state the first interesting news. The first one was in regard of Island translation, which announced back at AX 2016 and right now it was in translation progress. For more info it was at halfway translated, and they planned to release it this year. Let's just see it later here.
As for the second surprise here, it was Subahibi in which definitely had some history with VN Translation scene. This VN was quite (in)famous for apparently quite hard to translate prose, had some controversial sex scene even to me (I'm quite with with yuri in the first place and I could handle bestiality here slightly, but maybe I'll need to tolerate yaoi here), and apparently had some philosophical thing. As for more info, the translation was already there since back at 2012 around time when Kajitsu translation was announced (Both of those projects were at TL Wiki by the way). Of course, looking at current situation here Kajitsu was already finished as fan patch and officially released (Including became popular and discussed to the death), while there's still no complete Subahibi translation here. With this announced by Frontwing, hopefully we got this VN with complete translation here and many more people became aware of this great (Perhaps) - with side effects including there will be more Subahibi fanatic out there later lol. Oh, and Frontwing was also planned to release Subahibi this year as well.
Other than Frontwing interesting surprise, there's Whirlpool with their new VN was apparently about entering Steam but it's not my interest there so I'll just pass on that (It's still quite unconfirmed by the way). Oh, and there's also two more Sakura games release at this month (Valentine Days and Magical Girl) which is awesome that Winged Cloud managed to released two VNs in one month (Although the story and production value from them was another question though).
    Fan Translation
First of all, there's usual Majokoi update for this week (73.3% translated and 67% edited). While the updates was usual for this week, there's some worryingly news namely that apparently the lead translation for Majokoi was already missing for some times and therefore the project will see some obstacle before finally they got the lead translator again. Hope the best for Majokoi team there. Oh, and speaking about Majokoi there's bigger news in regard of the team behind it - namely that apparently Luna Translation was dissolved and becoming inactive there. Quite sad to hear that, but nothing I could do here to be honest (Although if one interested to the projects, I think they'll just go independent again. Shin Koihime Musou already said that, while perhaps for Tsui Yuri there will be confirmation later). By the way, the Luna Translation drama wasn't affected Majokoi translation effort there (Just coincidence iirc). And speaking about Luna Translation, there's two updates from their projects at this week in which they had Ushieta was at 35% translated and Tsui Yuri was at 67% QC-ed. That's all for Luna Translation final update here (Probably).
As for other updates from fan translation, there's only some usual updates there (Although there's one nukige release which I forgotten from last week). The updates were from both of Loverable and Konosora restoration. For more detail, Loverable was at 54.46% translated, 21.27% TLCed, 16.81% edited, and 78 out of 142 mail was image edited (Overall image editing was at 76.98%); while for Konosora right now Amane's route was at 55% retranslated and apparently there's release plan in April later. For the last update from fan translation here (I knew there's some, but both of the other updates was BL and more nukige in which I'm not quite interested with that), it was came from Fortune Arterial project and right now the translation for 3rd script for Erika's route still continuing at 38% translated.
    Mangagamer
Once again this week we had Pygmalion, although other than Pygmalion Mangagamer also bring some other updates here which while not as juicy as expected it's still interesting (At least to me, although admittedly I only interested in both of Hapymaher and Sorcery Joker for now). I'll list all of the updates here first of all.
Hapymaher was 67% translated and 52% edited Sorcery Joker was 76% translated and 65% edited Naked Butler was reaching 40% mark re-translated Fata Morgana fandisc was at 46% translated and 11% edited Kuroinu 1 will be released at March 31st (Not the one that I interested, but apparently it got some interesting story there) Kuroinu 2 was 43% translated and 11% edited Boukaku was both at 69% (Interesting number I think) for both of translation and editing progress Maggot Bait was 16% translated Imouto Paradise 2 was 56% edited 1st secret project was at 72% for both of translation and editing progress 2nd secret project was at 41% translated and 11% edited 3rd secret project was at 21% translated and 20% edited 4th secret project was at 63% translated and 37% edited 5th secret project was at 56% edited Other than my earlier nitpicking, overall Mangagamer bring some nice updates for their secret project there That's all I could said in regard of the updates from Mangagamer here.
As for Mangagamer release at this week, it was once again Pygmalion in which I'd already describe enough parallel with Madoka. As for my story about Pygmalion, I remember that when I'm in vacation I checked Otakon 2015 announcement and of course there's announcement for both of Tokyo Babel and Pygmalion. Back there, I was interested with both because I think those two was had the most nice looking graphic compared to all announcements from Mangagamer (Except Supipara, but that's chapter based and unfinished to boot so it wouldn't count), and I also thinking that Jessica looking nice in that gothic outfit. Enough nostalgia there, and while I knew the review was quite mixed in Pygmalion I still interested with that here. And to close this section I would said better not expecting something like Tokyo Babel though ie many action - I mean don't expect too much from Pygmalion here otherwise there'll be many disappointment like our Clephas there (It's still good once again - at least from the demo imo).
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
PS - There's more updates, and today HatsuKoi partial patch for Midori's route was released (Which of course made Midori's route obviously fully translated (Duh), although it's already is from few days ago though). Also HatsuKoi translation team was already planned their next route to be translated, which is Runa's route so I'll report each update for Runa's route if they had updates there from next weeks. For closing additional update here, right now overall translation for HatsuKoi was reaching 30% mark translated or to be exact at 30.93% translated. That's all for HatsuKoi update.
PPS - Almost forget there's also an update from Denwalts new secret project, in which right now it was at 10.44% translated. No line count indication there, so I don't knew if the VN was long or not for now.

Foreword - Since we already knew that Decay would gonna be busy in regard of Nekonyan seeing that he's one of their staff and admin Tay was still absent (Probably from travelling), predictably we didn't have VNTS for this week as well. So one again I decided to write this week VNTS Review, and I hope that you'll enjoy this week VNTS Review.
As for this week title, I understand if most of the user here wouldn't understand it just by looking it alone, so I'll explain the title first. For the information about who is Kirara and Wataru both of those two were the characters from Go Princess PreCure (GPPC), in which the former was a PreCure while for the latter he's the big brother of Kirara's fellow PreCure. As for the shipping, I'd read that the coupling for those two characters were quite well known albeit very subtle because there's more prominence shipping at GPPC there. Obviously I wouldn't talk about the GPPC shippings here, but instead I'd use the shipping as the seiyuu joke here because we have Hello Lady announcement from Nekonyan. For more detail here, the seiyuu for Wataru was Okitsu Kazuyuki who voiced Hello Lady badass MC Shinri Narita using pseudonym Umesaki Charlie, while the seiyuu for Kirara was Yamamura Hibiku and in Hello Lady she was voicing Katsuragi Sorako using pseudonym Mizusaki Lime.
My rambling aside, this week we have exciting announcements from Nekonyan and an average one from Sol Press. Other than the announcement from those two companies, we have some updates from both of fan translation and Mangagamer. Speaking about fan translation, seeing that some of the official translator was probably the fan of their work and we saw many of fan translation project going official, perhaps rather than fan translation it would be fitting to call it unofficial translation. But still I understand though if people felt that the word 'unofficial' could be sounds rude for the people who do the translation, so I'll just keep the term 'fan translation' here. Anyway, welcome to this week VNTS Review and let's see what I can write for this week as well.
No big update from Sekai at this week, but it seems to be the norm for them so whatever. I know that there's some background work in regard of their projects, but so far there's no visible progress on their bigger announcement such as Senren Banka and Nanairo, with the former is going to be ironic because Nekonyan managed to get first official release of Yuzusoft VN (Sanoba). That aside, even if I say 'no big update' it didn't mena that Sekai didn't have any update for this week because they still have one small update, and it was in regard of the exact release date for Love'S Sweet Garnish aka Koiama. The premise was looks like usual moege with cafe, so I'll just pass on this for now.
As for fan translation more or less it's another usual week, although too bad though that Summer Pocket demo release was delayed again and this time they want to look up the script so the estimation release date for now was unknown until it was announced (Hope the best for the team). Speaking about delayed, Astro did say that there's some mess in regard of Clover Days so he couldn't release it because of some legal matter or something like that, so safe to say that perhaps he did messed up in regard of the project. I hope that the mess in regard of Clovers Days were sorted out now that the project was in torpor (Because Astro didn't say that it was dead), if only for the sake of the translator (Ittaku) - sorry for going personal here. For the progress, we have Eustia was at 50.42% translated along with 41.07% edited, Harugi's overall was at 15% translated with Toko's route was past halfway (51%) translated and Branch was at 26% translated (Along with 13% edited), Pure Pure was at 82.31% translated with Tobari's route was at 32.71% translated, and Watamasu show another progress with current progress was at 14% translated.
From Mangagamer, we saw in Twitter that they indeed finished the translating and editing processes for Haretaka, and since we already knew about that back at Otakon we can treat the tweet as a direct confirmation from Mangagamer. For now I just wonder when they'll do the beta testing for Haretaka, and I hope that they'll do it in the near future. Other than Haretaka, we have Maggot Bait was at 95% translated (Good job to Kouryuu for almost survive in Maggot Bait), Amrilato was both fully translated and edited, Kyonyuu Fantasy 2 was fully translated, Son Nyl was at 58% translated, Trinoline was at 80% edited, Sukehime was at 10% translated, and Escalayer was at 72% translated along with 56% edited (Good job for the progress there Quof). Also while this is not included in their Twitter, the crowdfund for Overdrive's Swan Song (MUSICA) was already going and right now they almost gathered 90 million yen or in dollar it would be at 800,000. Even though we still don't know much about this, I'll going to keep my eyes on this since looking from the base goal alone it looks interesting.
    Other
There'll be much to talk about Nekonyan's announcements here, but before that let's see some roundup for this section first. Since August here was already ended, obviously the KS for Frontier was delayed and therefore they'll set up the new month in which it'll be at this month - I just hope that they didn't keep delaying it to the next month each time the month ended. There's neighbor as well, in which they already released the demo for the backer. While I did saw some good news about this, unfortunately the graphic was quite bad so I would pass on this. Although of course it might have some potential, just like Fata Morgana.
We also have Punchline VN release, in which it was adaptation from the anime series with new scenario. While the staff behind it looks promising with Uchikoshi work as the writer with both of Nakazawa (As senior director) and Abo (As other composer), it would be quite hard for them to have Punchline to be equal to Ever17 (Those three people were work together in Ever17) because the premise itselves were quite absurd in the first place. The premise for Punchline itself is that we have a boy who have a curse that if he saw woman's panties twice he'll be dead and a meteor would destroy the Earth (There'll be alot of that seeing that this is one of fanservice anime), and yet it shouldn't be a problem to a boy himself because he have an ability to travel back in time as a ghost to fix up his mistake. I'm definitely don't make up the premise here, because it's the real premise itself. So if you want to see of how both of Nakazawa and Uchikoshi handle the game itself, you need to approach it with open mind very much just to accept the premise. Anyway, as for the release it was released for Europe back at August 31st, with both of USA and PC version coming later. Have fun if you've been interested with the anime and want to try the VN itself.
Once again back at this week we have big two announcements from Nekonyan, and those two were the projects that most people were been wanted to be localized. In regard of Nekonyan itself, I think so far they show that they'd eager to improve more in regard of the release so I would like to see more of them in the future, especially in regard of their two additional secrets announcement after Sanoba release. For now I just hope that they'll be able to handle the works himself seeing that they currently have to work on nine projects with three were working on and the other six (Including two big announcements and two secret projects) were in work, and hopefully the won't suffer the burnout too much because of too much projects.
For the first announcement itself, it was Hello Lady in which it's one of the VN that I've been interested into as GPPC fan, mainly because of the seyuu themselves like I said before lol. Although if one want to see it from the VN itself, it was a chuuni VN which told the story about Narita who is quite capable transferred onto the high class school and managed to become the member of student council which mostly comprised girls (Eroge and all). Of course seeing that Narita himself is quite capable and badass, naturally he'd have dark past which cause him to have one goal in his mind and it was revenge. Almost forget that we also have some sort of special ability seeing that it's chuuni VN and all, so we'll see more action just like back at Comyu (Same developer). For unrelated notes here, from what I saw usually the MC from Akabei Soft and it's branch (Including Hello Lady developer Akatsuki Works) were quite capable and well developed, so once again if one want capable MC then Hello Lady should be good enough.
As we know, their second announcement is Aokana in which it did go through drama road before finally saw the chance to be localized here. Before the announcement, most of the people were correctly predict that it'll be localized by Nekonyan seeing that Sprite already tweet that it'll be localized overseas, although their wording is questionable though (Overseas transplant) so I'm worried that SG might get this. For the drama, it's interesting to mention that both Ren and Astro did work together, and it's quite unfortunate that they didn't managed to finish the project properly because of the discord that happened, so much that the project was cursed. Enough about the past and let's try to talk about the premise, in which we'll gonna have the heroines will do Flying Circus (FC) with magical girl like tight body suit along with MC as the retired FC athlete did the coaching. The FC itself did have enough detail for a fictional sport, so perhaps Japan can make an exhibition match for that at Olympic 2020 later lol. Seeing that the girl was look like a magical girl in their suit, I'll look forward to the release.
For the release plan of those two Nekonyan announcements, they said that they'll launch it at Q2 2019 later with Hello Lady first and after that Aokana at summer later, which is quite fitting flr the latter case seeing that Aokana time setting was in summer. Also they plan to release it a console port version and they'll add 18+ patch for the releases, which is not a big deal more than it sounds because both announcements did have low sexual content and I'm sure that there's no problem if they cut the sex scenes. They also work together with Hikari Field, in which if we remember was responsible with Tayutama 2 infamous translation, so Nekonyan here may have license Tayutama in the future.
That's all that I can write for now, and see you next week.
PS - I'd just realize that I forgot to write about Sol Press announcement (Daresora), so I'll write about that at next VNTS Review.
  25. littleshogun
Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and apparently once again we have our Decay was being busy so we can't have VNTS here. As for the title seeing that we have Nine part 2 released I decided to make a seiyuu joke for this, and I'll tell the reasoon at PS later. As for this week, well we have a very predictable delay from Sol Press in regard of Kimiaogi which to say was not a good news here along with Nine 2 release and some updates from fan translation. Overall this week was quite a plain one here, and let's see what I can write for this week as well.
As for Kimiaogi delay while granted we already can predict it from back when they announced the exact release date back at AX, it's still quite unbelievable to me seeing that actually they announce the delay at the date when they supposed to do the release back at 16th. Apparently the reason for that is because they have some bug that was quite hard to solve immediately, and currently they working together with the developer to solve it. While there's might be another reason for the delay, I figure that it would be better to not say it seeing that at most it would be only a speculation. In the end, what I can say is that it would be better for Sol Press to not announce the exact release date until they are very absolutely certain that their product was fully ready for the release, although it might be too late for them (Honestly I don't believe that we'll going to see Nukitashi released at November 22nd later, but we'll see).
Speaking about announcing exact release date, we have Lemnisca announce the release date for Raging Loop so you may note the date here. For the date, they'll release it for NA version at October 22nd later and for EU version they'll release it at October 18th later. I don't know much about the region release things here seeing that I didn't experienced much here, other than obviously we still didn't get this for PC. It's too bad that Frontwing need to delay the release for Loca Love volume 2 thanks to Valve going berserk for seeing school setting in adult only release by deleting the store page for that, so we need to wait until FW cleared some issue. We also have Asagi apparently will be released on Steam (Perhaps it'll be successful seeing that it didn't have school setting unlike Loca Love), and Frontier was almost finished with the translation (Well they already said that they'll try to release this at December later, so let's see it later).
From fan translation we have Eustia was at almost three quarter (74.51%) translated with Eustia's chapter was at 26.99% translated, Miotsukushi Omote was at 14% translated, and Summer Pockets was at 39.51% translated with Tsumugi's route show some surprising progress at 37.91% translated. The reason that it's surprising was because I thought that they'll finish Kamome's route first seeing that back when Shiroha's patch released it have the most progress, but apparently the translator for Tsumugi's route was fired up to finish her route here. Well either way no problem to me here, as long as they can finish it. We also have a sudden activity from Yosuga no Sora in that apparently they add some new members into the team, so hopefully they can work hard for finally have this VN to be fully translated after almost eight years being in translation.
For Nine part 2 while it's still not acceptable that Sekai decided to delay it back at when it's supposed to be released (At 10th), at least it's nice that we didn't need to wait for years to see the story continuation unlike Tokeijikake. As for the premise, we obviously have the continuation of first Nine in which turned out that Kakeru's little sister Sora gaining the power from the artifacts, and that she started to help her older brother to investigate the mysterious incident that happened in the city. In this chapter, instead of Miyako we'll have Sora as the main heroine and that she's quite dedicated to Kakeru here. With this we already half of the four parts of the VNs (Supposedly), and hopefully Sekai can keep up their pace for Nine part 3 release here. Almost forget to say that Tsubasu obviously still in charge of the art, so perhaps you may interested to get this if only for the art alone (Once again her art is very good). Go get Nine part 2 at either Steam or Denpasoft, and have fun.
That's all for this week VNTS Review, and see you next week.
PS - Since we have Kakeru's little sister Sora as the main heroine, I made Sora's family name into Kamijou for this week title. The reason is because in Nine here we have Kakeru have the voice all the time and the seiyuu/VA for Kakeru is Atsuhi Abe, and recently I just know that Atsuhi Abe was voiced a protagonist for a very well known series 'To Aru no Majutsu Index' Kamijou Touma. Of course we never have Kamijou Sora as Touma's little sister in the real series, but maybe some fanfic writer want to write that if they wish so. Also it's interesting to note that we also have Sora that was voiced by Kirihana as well back at Hoshiori, which to say was quite a coincidence even with different writing in their Japanese name.
